Girls Friday just released the disturbing news that he won’t be writing any PPV fights this month. The details of this PPV were released on September 23. I am working on the hopes that Girls Friday has already had these fights done. I have had all the predictions done by Sept 30 except the final fight which I did today. I hope Girls Friday has these fights done. If not. We are going to miss an enjoyable PPV
RIBEIRO/M.HUNT. To say that Ribeiro got off to a bad start is an understatement. She lost her first ten bouts, but has won her last three with wins over Kloss, Gemma Atkinson and Ireland Baldwin. Hunt has a combined record of 4-6. She has had two FCBA fights and lost both. Her FCBA losses were to Kloss and Strijd. They are the same age. Hunt stands 5’11” tall. That is still 1 1/2 inches shorter than Ribeiro. I have to go with Ribeiro to win
M.B.BROWN/MAISIE WILLIAMS. Brown is the new hot flyweight. She’s undefeated in seven bouts. Her biggest win was probably over Tiger Free.
Williams has a combined 24-22 record, but her FCBA record is 13-16. She has lost four of her last five FCBA fights. Age shouldn’t be a factor, but Brown is three inches taller than Williams. That should be the deciding factor. Brown will win in six.
Y.GARCIA/DE ARMAS. Garcia made her debut in March. She has had two fights beating Osorio and losing to Minka Kelly. De Armas has a 12-5 record, but those losses came in her last seven fights. All the losses were to top bantams. Age and height are not factor, but experience against top bantams is. De Armas will win.
KOSARIN/N.A.LIND. Kosarin has a 41-17 record and held the bantam title two years ago. Kosarin has won five of eight bouts this year. Her losses were to Olsen, Chopra and Demi Rose. Lind has a career record of 22-15. She is 2-3 for the year and lost a title bout to Reinhart in June. Boxing World has Kosarin ranked at eight in the bantams. Lind comes in at nineteen. That sounds right plus Kosarin has a three inch height advantage. Kosarin wins.
RAMIREZ/M.FOX. Ramirez lost a title match in the September PPV. She earned that title fight by losing to Danielle Campbell. She has lost six of her last ten. I suspect this more than just a bad streak. I believe she has settled in as an average flyweight. Megan Fox is in the Hall of Fame. In her last fight, she also lost a title match to Dove Cameron, but she is 4-1 for the year and won sight of her last ten. Fox by a KO5.
