4. Ela Kawalec vs Sandra Kubicka (Boxing on the Beach)

And now, a special broadcast coming to you LIVE from Bagry Beach, just a couple of kilometers south of the arena, where two native Poles are set to do battle on the scenic shores of the Zalew Bagry.
You can see that the four ring-posts have already been staked in the sand, and both blonde competitors are already stretching and lined up on either side of the makeshift ring.
“When they told me they were hosting a Polish card, I knew I had to be on it,” Sandra says with a smile and wave. The fans are lined up behind a nearby cordon, and the impending clash has certainly drawn a sizable crowd to witness two of their countrywomen duke it out. “Ela’s had some success recently, and I know she’s more active here in the BBU. But I’m not going to underestimate her.”
On the other side, Ela Kawalec grins as her own fans treat her to a shout and cheer. The Siren is dressed in a micro-red bikini and of course, barefoot for the occasion. “I wanted Emily for this match, but someone told me she was running scared after getting smothered out by Bella Thorne. Typical. Sandra will have to do,” Ela says first with a sly grin. “We’re about the same age and height, so this will truly be a battle of the Polish blondes.”
Ladies make their way into the ring and first get a feel of the sand beneath their feet. They’ve been here once or twice before, but never as fully fledged competitors about to duke it out. Both these fighters are title contenders if they can just get ahead of the packed field, with Sandra recently turning her fortunes around with a win over Phoebe Tonkin, but Ela needing to do the same after straight losses to Kyra Santoro and Kate Upton.
Referee kicks off this match with a blow of the whistle, and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Beach Boxing action!
ROUND 1:
Sandra’s having a mixed year so far, but by comparison, Ela’s having the worst year of her career so far, having lost back-to-back to Kyra Santoro, Kate Upton, and then the hated Emily Ratajkowski. The list goes on, but at least that explains the fire in the Siren’s eyes, as she kicks up the sand and makes a beeline for Miss Kubicka! Sandra barely has time to raise her guard before the first hooks and kisses come sailing in, slammed into the sides of her arms as Ela takes aim for the other blonde’s head, and looks more than happy for now to bang away on either side. Kubicka experienced this aggression before, of course, knows how to deal with it especially on the hot sand, as she keeps moving and weaving, avoiding another hook from Ela before scoring a return swing off her body. But it doesn’t slow Kawalec down, however, as Ela pays her back with a hook off the chin, another slammed into the ear to briefly toss her fellow Pole into the makeshift ropes. Before either girl can capitalize, however, the bell rings, drawing this first outing to a close in Ela’s favor.
ROUND 2:
Sandra responds with early aggression of her own, rocking a one-two combo straight into Ela’s chin to drive her head back with double grunts. Ela looks stunned but still determined to brawl, tosses a hook at Sandra’s head only for it to miss by an inch as Kubicka slipped backwards. Ladies continue to CLASH amongst the sand dunes, Sandra rocking a low hook to the tummy later in the round but gets caught right back with a glove to the cheek, whipping her to the side as well. But Kawalec gets greedy and tries to knock her off her feet with a step-in uppercut. Kubicka absorbs and braces, her arms taking the brunt of it, before she pistons one of her own fists below the arms and into the other blonde’s tummy, earning a dull grunt and hoooufff as Ela gets bent over. Blondes end up in a messy clinch for the remaining seconds of the round, trying to force each other back towards the ropes with the odd FUMP of fist to the body or SMACK to the side of the head. At the bell, Kubicka has done enough to edge out her Polish rival, and she grins as such to the cameras, looking like she can go another ten rounds if need be.
ROUND 3:
Wild brawl in the center as they meet each other HEAD-ON and SWING! Ela and Sandra whipping each other’s faces left and right, then wrapping up in close quarters with arms draped around the shoulder blades, free gloves chugging away at tummy or jug flesh in mutually assured destruction! Sandra takes a stinging shot to her right breast, and for a moment, remembers how that previous JMD contest with Emily Ratajkowski also went. The Pole growls back in defiance, however, and buries her own fist up into Ela’s chin, shocking the Siren silly! Before Kawalec can respond, another uppercut stuns her to the jawline, again rocking her head upwards in a daze! And Kawalec’s in sudden trouble, getting beaten backwards as Sandra pours in the abuse: several fists drilled up into her stomach to wind her badly, before more hooks sent crashing into the side of her head, to finally TOSS her off the uneven sand!! Kawalec hits the ground with a loud grunt, her labored breaths blowing grains in various directions! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for Sandra Kubicka, who celebrates with both hands high in the air! Ela attempts to get back up, but it looks like she’s suffering from a bad dizzy spell! The referee is still giving her the benefit of the doubt, counting up to 6 and hoping there’s fight still left in the Siren given how early we are in this fight… No can do… Ela slumps back down to her face and chest, completely out of it!! The count of 10 is reached and the referee waves off the rest of this derby! It’s OVER!!

“Who’s the best Polish model, huh?” Sandra’s rubbing in her victory in the post-fight, having earlier hauled Ela back to her feet and content to pin her shuddering body to the ropes with both hands dug into her messy hair, and several balled fists drilled into her stomach for punctuation.
Ela left groaning, her head rolling disparately from side to side, as she tries to even process the question being thrown at her. Sandra Kubicka has of course been billed as the next best Lightweight fighter in the division, but first, she’ll need to get out of the shadow of her prior losses, to the likes of Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner, and Emily Ratajkowski.
But as she toys with Ela further by parading the battered blonde across the sand dunes, one hand dug into the back of her hair, the other tugging mercilessly on her string bikini, occasionally burying a fist into Ela’s heaving belly, we think the sky’s the limit for Miss Kubicka, who’s proven her fighting chops today indeed!
