TESS VALMORE
I welcome the FCBA to my great home town of Nashville Tn. If you are coming to the This Means War PPV let me give you one piece of advise. Nashville and its bedroom suburbs are home to many celebrities. Don”t approach a celebrity. It just isn’t done here and local may wisen you up. There are no paparazzi. Say hello and move on. That’s what the locals do including me.
GILLAN/FLAIR. Gillan is ranked at five in the welters by Tractorpull and six by Boxing World. She has was seven of her last ten and is 1-2 in the FCBA for the year. Those two losses were to Upton and Righetti. Boxing World has Flair ranked at eighteen. Flair won five of nine in the Diamond Boxing Tournaments. She has won five of her last ten. I’m well known to be against wrestlers in the FCBA. I hope Gillan wins and I think she will.
VAN DER GRAFF/ASHLEY. JMDD
OLSEN/RONAN. Olsen has won seven of her last ten. One of her losses was to Lil Reinhart ,who took the title from her. She has been dominate recently losing only eight of her last thirty-nine bouts. Ronan has won five of her last ten and has lost four of five this year. Boxing World has Olsen ranked at two and Ronan at thirty-Three in the bantams. That sounds right to me. Olsen will win in five.
LIVELY/J.LAWRENCE. JMDD Just pointing our that Lawrence has lost twelve of her last thirteen
SWIFT/DIDONATO. Swift is a former lightweight champion and is a member of the Hall Of Fame. She is 4-3 for the year and has won seven of her last ten. One of those losses was to DiDonato. Her other losses were to both Jenners. DiDonato has already fought ten times this year and won seven of her bouts. Two of her losses were in title fights continuing her miserable record in title fights in contrast to her performance in non-title fights. She has fought Swift twice and beat her in both. I think that Taylor will win this one and set up a possible best of seven. That would be a great rivalry
