Fates - This Means War PPV Announcement
On July 16, Fates is proud to come to the FCBA live from Nissan Stadium in Nashville with a card of five fights, and will see a vicious stable civil war into the light of day with a main event between two girls who will go any distance to win.
The first fight is at welterweight as Charlotte Flair returns to Fates PPV action as she takes on Karen Gillan. Can the wrestler get her revenge against a different Fates girl and potentially get herself a stable, or will Gillan beat the blonde?
The second fight of the night will feature two guest fighters in JMDD action. Valerie van der Graaf looks to avenge her prior defeat at the hands of Jessica Ashley and prove not only is she better than the American, but show stables that she should have a contract. Can the Dutch girl get her revenge and a stable, or will Ashley be the one walking out victorious?
The middle fight of the card sees Elizabeth Olsen taking on Saorise Ronan in bantamweight action. Lizzie may have lost her title, but she’s taking names and fighting plenty of new girls. Can Ronan score an upset, or will Elizabeth continue her late-blooming career with a win?
The second to last fight of the card sees a JMDD battle between two former stablemates as Fates’s Blake Lively makes her return to JMDD action after nearly six years against her former Chimera stablemate Jennifer Lawrence in a fight Blake has asked for since she joined fights. JLaw has had a more successful JMDD career than Lively, but the blonde seems to have found her stride again at Fates in conventional fights. Will Lawrence score the victory, or will Lively show that she still has something left?
The main event is a bitterly contested grudge match that threatens to plunge Fates into a stable civil war as Taylor Swift takes on Emily DiDonato in what is sure to be a barnburner of a match. Swift has been obsessed with taking down DiDonato, and she has lost twice to the brunette in two of the biggest fights of her life. Emily ended her record-setting lightweight title streak at nine straight defenses, and denied the singer entry into the hall of fame in the first fight she was eligible. Taylor blindsided Emily after the Fourth of July fight she had against Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and ordered Valerie Van der Graaf to smother Emily out after the singer’s birthday bash.
Will Swift get her revenge and personally take care of her dirty work, or will DiDonato once again foil the blonde’s plans?
