BEFORE:
“Heard this b*tch was voted the most beautiful woman in the world?” Alexis scoffs at the press conference earlier. “Don’t make me barf. What do the French know about beauty besides their overrated croissants?”

This last comment draws an audible gasp throughout the room, as several French reporters begin hurling insults in their foreign tongues, to which Ren simply laughs and shakes her head. ‘I’m happy to be in Paris to kick more international asses, starting with Thy-lane, or however the f*ck you pronounce these names.’

Blondeau may be making her debut tonight in her home country, but she looks nevertheless excited. Each time the blonde flashes a smile at the audience, you can hear a visible sigh from the assembled crowd, who must feel as though an angel were blessing them with its beauty and attention.

“Ren is famous in America, no?” Thylane says later, with pouted lips. “I have been very impressed with her performance, and hope she will go easy on a newbie like me. Even if I end up losing my first fight, I can count on my looks, huh?”

Ren scowls at the other end of the table, before rolling her eyes, as the rest of the room laughs at the slight joke. “Don’t count on it, princess, especially after I’m done with messin’ up your good looks,” the Vixen says.

Fight night rolls around and both blonde models are pacing anxiously in their corners. Ren is wearing a red brassier and briefs, pounding white gloves together and making rude gestures at the newcomer. Thylane has opted for a white bra and briefs cotton set of her own, blowing kisses to her supporters on the way in earlier, before donning blue gloves.

We’re in the heart of Paris at the Salle Marcel Cerdan arena, where a strong and enthusiastic crowd has packed into the tight space. The Vixens continue their international tour of dominance with this opening contest, and with a wave of the referee’s hand, HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Lightweight action!

ROUND 1:
Alexis has her way with the newbie in the opening, firing in jabs at her head and smacking her lips with each smack landing hard. Thylane trying to survive, but is clearly out of her depth here, blocking the attacks with both arms and doing little else to escape or evade. Ren taking her sweet time, staying at a comfortable distance and pounding away on the French model’s arms, occasionally landing a stiff blow to those thick lips, or slammed into her body to throw her back. Thylane musters some courage in the final minute, sticking her own gloves back into Ren’s face to draw her own grunts, but it’s not enough to tip the balance. Ren takes it wide, and looks poised for an early victory.

ROUND 2:
Thylane, however, shocks the Vixen back with an early flurry to the face, and Ren is so enraged and slow to react that she allows several more thumping shots to come in, one such hook landing stiffly on her chin to send her stumbling. Thylane may be shorter, but she’s packing more power in her frame, as she confidently stalks after the blonde, packing several more gloves all over her waistline. Ren getting harassed, first time feeling Blondeau’s power first-hand, gets roughly shoved into the ropes near the third minute and has to cling onto the French girl’s shoulders to keep herself afloat. Bell rings and Thylane swings her fortunes back big-time, and suddenly throws the result of this fight wide open.

ROUND 3:
Ren scowls, returning with faster jabs and faster footwork. She keeps her distance, jabbing at the model’s head to deter her, and lands several shots off the cheek before evading Thylane’s return flurries with a slip of the head left and right. Blondeau has trouble closing distance here, allowing Ren to stick another right hand into her cheek. She grunts, and tries to fire back at the same moment, but her shorter reach means there’s more distance she needs to cover in order to score back. Ren giggling with glee as she keeps moving and dancing into the final minute, launching another barrage of jabs at the French girl’s head to toss it back with a shocked expression, before the bell rings to secure her lead. So far, so good, though Thylane looks more pissed off than hurt as we head into the fourth.

ROUND 4:
Former Lightweight champion however retains her form, though her punches are slowing down and not doing as much damage as that last round. Thylane is still taking pot-shots to her nose and lips, but never once is she wobbled by the American model’s attacks. Ren’s lean figure has always meant she suffers in the power-department, no matter how many lefts and right hands she sticks into the other girl’s face. Blondeau sees an opening in the third minute, getting in close enough to blast Ren across the arms with a left hook, then another right hand swinging in low and deep to impact the stomach the other way. Ren gags, retreating with her mouth wide open, but manages to swerve to avoid yet another wild hook sent towards her head to maintain her wide round.

ROUND 5:
Thylane, not about to leave this arena empty-handed, shrugs off more early jabs from Ren before returning with devastating artillery fire: she powers an overhand into the arms, before again lunging under the Vixen’s guard to plant leather on her toned abdomen. Ren gets the wind knocked out of her, bit by bit, groaning as another left hook stuns her to the side and ribs, and she barely intercepts another chugging right hand from Blondeau. Beautiful Blondeau’s licking her lips, pushing Ren back towards the ropes, before powering another right hand into the side of the head to stun her American counterpart. And it’s ALL THYLANE’S SHOW, the complete newbie taking the veteran ex-champ to task by shoving more and more leather into her midsection, folding her over into her arms. But Ren’s holding on, for dear life or not, wrapping arms around the shoulder and waistline and trying to control the rookie’s reckless actions. Bell rings and Thylane’s corner looks more than relieved--she may have failed to score that first knockdown of her budding career, but she sure as hell’s put the Vixen in her place!

ROUND 6:
Thylane continues to dominate the action, slowly crowding into the wounded Ren’s space by throwing big hands at her to send her marching backwards. Thylane wants to end this on the ropes, for sure, but is having more trouble trapping the Vixen in place like last time. Alexis, sensing the danger, is moving faster and slipping out of the way of incoming fire, before shocking the French girl back with a right hand squeezed into the lips here, another left cross drilled into her stomach to try and wind her back there. Thylane still coming in strong, and the two women erupt in wild fisticuffs several times near the ropes, with Ren firing on all cylinders and shoving her gloves into the rookie’s lips, whilst Thylane rocks her back with wild swings to the arms and head. Still, that elusive chin is nowhere to be found, and at the bell, Thylane scores another upset round, but not by much.

ROUND 7:
Ren is in trouble if this fight heads into the last quarter. What was supposed to be an opening, warm-up fight for the Vixen is quickly turning into her worst nightmare. Two girls circle in the first minute, jabbing and looking for a mutual opening. Thylane continues to target the torso, now feigning high with attacks before lunging under the guard to score off the belly. Ren’s growling, entirely pissed off by this situation. She opts to focus on the rookie’s chin in return, and this begins to see results: Thylane grunts as she takes a hook off the chin, which swivels her head to the left. Ren shoves more leather into the side of her face, determined to puff up that pretty face and knock the prettiest girl in the world off her feet. Thylane soon gets overwhelmed by the endless barrage, begins covering up near the ropes and trying to fend off Ren’s assault. Ren powers her way in, however, landing a stiff shot right to the stomach, which bowls the French girl over with a huuffff, before a textbook hook CONNECTS with her chin, which SENDS HER SPIRALLING DOWN to her side!! It’s the first KNOCKDOWN of the evening, and Blondeau looks entirely deflated, lying on her chest and bleating hard! Referee orders Ren back to the neutral corner, but the newbie barely makes it back up to her knees, let alone a single foot. She’s hanging her head off the middle rope as he hits the count of 10, and waves this once-promising debut off!! It’s OVER!

Official Decision: Alexis Ren defeats Thylane Blondeau via KO7!

AFTER:
“Who’s the prettiest of them all now, huh?!” Alexis immediately rounding on the hapless rookie, mounting her and then smacking her about with degloved lefts and rights.

Thylane has to take the abuse whilst groaning on her back, mouth hanging open and wildly flailing to try and defend herself from the Vixen’s wrath. But Alexis has control of her with one hand gripped in her dirty blonde hair, her right hand landing hard slaps across her face, till the ring officials finally break up the melee and haul the American back to her corner.

Not the best start to the French fighters’ evening, as Thylane has to be helped back to her corner to lick her wounds. She’s suffered several red patches on her face, and immediately calls for the medics to ice those bruises down.

Gotta preserve those good looks, somehow, and Alexis is caught rolling her eyes still in her corner as she waves off the rookie’s chances of ever coming back to the ring.

“Looks will only get you so far, like that b*tch, Eden...” Ren says with a growl. “You gotta have the determination to make it to the top of this league. And Thylane doesn’t have what it takes.”
