Unfortunately, it's a difficult time of year with so many TV shows getting canceled and we hate to add to that news, but we are here to announce that the Free Punchers stable is closing immediately and all of their fighters are free agents, effective now. This stable will not be returning and the doors are closed on its return. Anybody who is interested in one of their fighters, please respond here or send us an e-mail. While their manager may return in the future for the SPA Universe, I would not count on seeing any stories from them anytime soon and would consider that project on hold for the foreseeable future. Any fights planned with this stable are still approved, but will need writers and we'll be happy to approve any matches involving them going forward as they hopefully find management. Of course, we wish Celebff the absolute best in their journey and hope everybody is having a good weekend!
Here is a link to their stable page if you want to pursue any fighters:
Happy Sunday, friends!!!

Any other remaining fighters on the Free Punchers roster remain available. Thank you all for your interest and consideration.

Hey everyone, Celebff here. Like Lookout! said, I'm stepping away from the FCBA (but not from SPA) most likely permanently. Without getting too into it, essentially I suffered a nervous/mental breakdown. I've always been terrible with deadlines and I would get a pit in my stomach every time I felt like I had to get a fight done. And essentially... I pushed myself way too hard and broke.
It's been about a week now, and I'm feeling much better. I've gotten some help, found some new perspectives, and while it's only been a week of progress it's still been progress.
I do want to take the time to thank Lookout for handling this sudden change as well as possible. It's been a huge boon to know that any messes I've made here there's someone who can clean it up. I also do want to apologize to those who had fights scheduled with Free Punchers. This is the 2nd time I've suddenly quit a stable and I know I've left a lot of people holding the short end of the stick, so to speak. Because of this, I do not believe I will ever be returning to the FCBA in any formal capacity.
Now to address SPA. Like Lookout said, the door is still open for that to continue.
However, when it comes to content for SPA here... I just don't know when I'll be posting more. It could be tomorrow. It could be months from now. It all depends on when the motivation strikes me. Right now, I'm not in a place where I can handle obligations to others when it comes to stuff that's supposed to be a hobby. The thing I love about SPA is I can write on my own time without any deadlines. I do enjoy writing those stories, and as long as I don't keep spiraling things too big to where they get unwiedly I'll continue to write them. Now again, I don't know when that will be. But SPA is going to continue here.
I'll still be on this site every now and then, reading stories and whatnot. So feel free to reach out with a message if you want to just want to talk about things, FCBA stuff, SPA stuff, whatever.

Here’s the thing. Don’t worry about minor little things like leaving folks in the lurch here. No one thinks less of you for it. Feel better. Get better. Come around here and watch the action and comment if you want. Do what’s fun for you, because that’s what all of this is: fun. Take care of you. Don’t worry about “messes”. But, I certainly hope you’ll remain a visitor here even without a stable.

People sometimes forget (including me) that this writing thing is supposed to be a hobby, meaning whatever time you put in, it's meant for your benefit, your sanity, and your enjoyment alone.
I know we like to formalise things around here and talk about rules and schedules and stuff, but it's really all in the spirit of mutual respect and a love for a common topic. Do take as much time as you need to find yourself again, and hey, even if you don't end up taking on another stable or writing for the board, that's perfectly alright too.
Please take care!

Mental issues are a thing in my family, you gotta take care of you first. Writing should be a way to process your emotions not make them worse. I wish you the best of luck, I look forward to any SPA stories that may come in the future.

Hope to see you around even if only for the SPA writing. Deadlines are not worth all that pressure, I've let many stories slide from PPV if I had no time to keep up with the schedule. I hope you're doing fine overall and remain a part of our community!

I just want to say kudos to you for being so open and honest in discussing this. May is a month for Mental Health Awareness and it's important to acknowledge this constructively. Of course, this site is for fun and meant to be enjoyable for sure. While I know there is some importance in consistency to keep the board running smoothly and something that I've definitely emphasized throughout my time here, I do want to be clear in that nothing is more important than people feeling safe and mentally sound while they are time here. We want them to feel supported, appreciated and valued. If there is something that prevents you from making a deadline, just communicate and we'll always be happy to work with you. We completely understand how busy life can be and while this is incredibly addictive, don't ever feel pressured. We want you all to be part of this community and so, we're looking forward to having you participate in whatever capacity you feel comfortable with. Every little bit helps and we're so grateful to each of you coming back every month. It means a lot and you mean a lot, so don't ever forget that. The door is always open if people need to talk and we love working with you. Thanks to each of you for all that you do and for being who you are.

I am sorry to hear you are leaving Celebff, as has been said you need to worry about your health, it's true that we all should probably think about our workloads here, even just to take a week off the board to relax, this is meant to be a hobby and it is easy to go down the rabbit hole of worrying about deadlines.
The main thing is Celebff that you heal, I hope you know that we all care about your well being and you will always be part of this board, even if you just come on as a fan, your mark on this board with your amazing fights will never be forgotten.

Sorry that things have gone the way they have for Celebff. Hopefully Celebff can recover and get mental health back on track.
With Lopez joining GBS, we have to announce that Savannah Chrisley, Margaret Qualley, and Andie MacDowell have been released.
