Still, Lea strides down the ramp with plenty of confidence and personal belief in her abilities. She speaks to reporters earlier by ringside, ignoring the jeers and spectators attempting to cut her off.
“I’m just happy to be here,” Lea says. “And fighting against Nell. As an influencer, any exposure is good press, so it’s going to be an extra bonus when I knock Nell onto her ass.”
The cocky French girl has her dirty blonde hair braided and stuck up two ways, pursing her lips and blowing an air kiss to the cameras before she makes her way into the ring. She’s sporting a neon pink and green sports bra and short denim hotpants, complete with black gloves.
Nell Tiger Free is up next, with the latest addition to the VIX roster having done well for herself in recent months, accruing a respectable 7:1 victory over tough competition. Tonight, she’s in all white: a tight-fitting sports bra and short tights to boot, raising red gloves to the native crowd, who recognise their historical colours.
“Lea’s got spirit, I can tell. But that won’t be enough to win her this match. I’d say I’ve come a long way since my debut, and I’ve picked up a thing or two for shutting cocky girls down. Lea is welcome to try, but I’d bet she’ll be the one on her French ass by the end of the night.”
Referee gets the nod from both corners and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action!
ROUND 1:
Nell plays the aggressor early, charging in fast and not giving the rookie any time to breath. Lea lets out more than the occasional squeal of shock as the British starlet’s punches land on her arms and poke at her body, constantly driving her backwards. Lea’s spent some time in the gym training for tonight’s bout, as evident from her constant raised guard as she protects her head like she’s been taught. But this just gives Tiger Free space to skirt left and right, targeting her tummy with hook after hook to either side of the ribcage. Nell gets a taste of her medicine late in the round, however, when Elui decides enough’s enough and throws a random hook high, which lands across her face with a grunt. Lea suddenly emboldened, breaking her defensive stance to chase Nell backwards. But none of those follow-up shots do much damage, with Tiger Free also staying focused and protecting her head and body with a firm defence. Bell rings and the difference between both fighters is night and day, even with Tiger Free sporting less than ten fights under her belt. Lea, on the other hand, could definitely use a little more spit and shine.
ROUND 2:
Tell that to the Frenchwoman, however, when she powers an early right hand into Nell’s nose in the opening seconds, throwing the Brit’s plans into disarray! Nell wanted to start the fight slow and steady, arms hovering over her chest when Lea’s speed suddenly showcased, as the French model and actress begins jabbing at her face and arms in alternate fashion. Lea’s definitely had some good training, keeping Nell guessing as she punishes her back with random attacks from random directions. Nell grunts as she takes another hook to her temple, before Lea nails her on the ribs from the other side. Tiger Free opts to fly backwards, breathing hard, choosing to reevaluate her approach and keep Lea away with flurries to her head. Wide round swings back to Elui at the bell, and even with the crowd booing loudly, the French girl is all-smiles on her way back to the corner.
ROUND 3:
Safe round for either side, but Lea takes a pounding with some early rushes that go nowhere, with Nell deterring her advance each time with well-placed and timed jabs that crater the cheek or whap off the forehead. Lea can take some punishment, but it’s all adding up. The French girl throws caution to the wind in the second minute, wades forward despite taking a grazing shot across the chin, lands a hook of her own into Nell’s side body before almost taking the Brit’s head off with a power hook sent high. Nell wincing, trying to contain the overeager newcomer, absorbs another thrashing to the forearms before popping an uppercut into Lea’s chin to stun her badly. Elui shaking her head, suddenly getting the memo to stay the f*ck away, and the rest of the round sees both ladies circling and taking pot-shots at any open flesh they see.
ROUND 4:
Lea ain’t quitting the chase, however, using her speed and surprising power to get around Nell’s guard in the first two minutes, repeatedly rocking her to the ear or side of the stomach. Nell’s a little stockier but even she’s getting more than a little irritated at the rookie landing shots all over her, biding her time before unleashing hooks at her face. But Elui scoots under the first one, absorbs the second with a raised arm, which throws her off towards the ropes upon impact. Nell, however, doesn’t give chase, opting to catch her breath and regroup from a distance. Third minute is a little slow, as a result, with Lea simply flying back at her foe and pestering her with jab combos to the guard. The round ends and Lea takes it wide, whilst Nell takes an earful from Steve Boyd in the corner.
ROUND 5:
Lea still looks like she can go a couple more rounds! The rookie’s a prospect indeed for any stable looking to take a chance on the latest generation of celebrities. She flies straight towards Nell yet again, intending to score a potential upset knockdown. An early barrage of jabs lands to the middle of Nell’s arms, before Elui goes after the Brit’s body, landing a smattering of punches all over the waistline to throw Nell backwards further. Tiger Free looks like she’s in trouble early, until she plants her feet and squares her shoulders, POWERS one hell of a right hook straight into the side of Lea’s face!! OUCH!! Elui doesn’t know what hit her! Her mouth is hanging open on the return, with her arms and legs flailing wildly in all directions. IT’S NELL’S SHOW, marching the French girl down with more power hooks bashing her arms off to the side, before drilling hard uppercuts straight into her body to fold the newbie in half with hot air expelled from her lips!! A final hook across the chin seems to do the trick, with Elui getting overpowered by her foe as she SPINS downwards to the canvas!! Referee takes one hard look at the KO’ed girl and waves his arms in the air! It’s OVER just like that!

AFTER:
Nell shows graciousness in the immediate aftermath, staying nearby to make sure Elui is okay, as the medical team turns her over and tries to revive her with smelling salts. Nell on her knees, a smile on her face at first, but then quickly fading to concern as Elui has to be stretchered out of the ring and arena.
The crowds, however, are clearly on the Brit actress’ side, showing little remorse for their jeers and boos early on and now fully celebrating Nell’s victory. The blonde rewards them with a flash of a smile before heading back to her corner to celebrate.
“Lea’s got potential. No doubt she’s an even bigger star than I am, so I’m not sure why she got the reaction she did. I want to fight her again though - I had fun tonight,” Nell says with a smile.
