TESS VALMORE
A.LYNCH/MOSS Lynch was won eleven of her last fourteen and won her last six. She is ranked at fourteen in the Boxing Worlds bantam rankings. This will be Moss’s FCBA debut. She has a a BBU record of 9-7 and was 5-2. Unfortunately I don’t know much about the BBU and can’t comment on her opposition. I have to go with what I know. Lynch will win
COHEN/CORRIGAN. Cohen is off to a good start in the FCBA winning nine of twelve since debuting in January of last year. She is 2-1 for the year with a loss to Fradegrada. Corrigan has a 14-4 record and has won seven of her last eight with the one loss being to Eiza Gonzalez. Cohen has a two inch height advantage. Boxing World has Corrigan ranked at thirty-one in the lightweight while Cohen comes in at 39. I think Boxing World is right.. Corrigan by KO6
FOX/M.KELLY. Megan Fox is in the Hall Of Fame and has won eleven of her last thirteen. She’s a two time Unified Lightweight champ. This fight brings Minka one fight closer to the Hall OF Fame. This will be her 97th fight. She is a former Unified Bantam title holder. She has won ten of her last twelve with her losses being to Olsen and Scott. Fox has the youth advantage being five years younger than the forty-one year old Kelly. The two fought twelve years ago with Fox winning by a decision. Boxing World has Fox ranked at four in the flyweights and Kelly at five in the bantams Once again I think Boxing World is right. I go with Kelly simply because I want her to win
CLAUSON/ROHRBACH. Clauson fights in both the BBU and FCBA. She has a combined record of 23-10. She is 5-6 in the FCBA and is 3-3 since the beginning of last year. Rohrbach has a 31-19 record and has won eleven of her last fourteen. She is 2-1 for the year after losing to Boccia last month in a JMDD bout. I think the Rohrbach will win
REN/YUSTMAN. Ren has a 52-14 record and 23-6 record since the beginning of 2020. Boxing World has her ranked at nine in the lightweights. She has held the Unified Lightweight title once. By contrast, Yustman has lost seven of her last eleven and has fallen to forty-four in the lightweights. I think Vassago is getting frustrated with the thirty six year old fighter. I know I am. Once again, I think that Boxing World is right, but Yustman has a lot more at stake than Ren in this fight. I am going with Yustman in an upset.
AGDAL/ALDRIDGE. For some reason, I have never been sold on Agdal, not that VIX: gives a care about what I think. She has a 39-19 record and has won nine of her last twelve to rise to eleven in Boxing World’s lightweight rankings. Aldridge has won seven of her last ten to be ranked at twenty-eight by Boxing Worlds rankings. Neither come close to making it into Tractorpull’s rankings, The two have fought four times with Aldridge winning the first two and Agdal the last two It’s always tough for a fighter to win three in a row over a good opponent, but despite the rankings I believe that Aldridge will come out the winner
H.FERGUSON/DECKER. Ferguson has won fourteen of her last seventeen. She is a three time Unified Welter champ and is ranked at two in the welters in Boxing World’s rankings and at three by Tractorpull, Decker is having a little tough time recently being 5-5 in her last ten. She has lost her last two to Kendall Jenner and Emily DiDonato both being lightweights. The two have fought four times with each winning two. Ferguson will win the best of five
