BEFORE: It's time to hit Will Smith's "Miami" tune like it's 1998 again and that year was just about the beginning of Nikki Ziering's prime-time in the glamour world. Fast forward a couple of decades and the former Playmate/swimsuit model is back in FCBA competition with a cougar revenge mission not many experts ever saw coming. Miami-based Polish model Joanna Krupa couldn't pass an opportunity to bang out the fellow busty blonde so the fight was agreed on very short notice and here we are in the Key Biscayne Beach Park to witness the cougar fireworks!

Nikki Ziering wears a turquoise bikini set & golden gloves. Long blonde hair wet & straight. Joanna Krupa wears a brown leopard print bikini set & red gloves. Long blonde hair in loose waves. Both women are barefoot. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Nikki looks lacklustre during the initial charge and gets easily outworked by the fellow blonde who rocks her head with some nifty jabbing and barks in delight when she spins the American to the side following a thumping double on each temple. Nikki struggles to match Joanna's intensity and kicks up plenty of sand as she yields real estate in a hurry which only makes her look even more out of shape against the odds. Joanna wants to punish the California blonde quick before Ziering finds her range and she has a field day slicing her high-guard and trapping her onto the turnbuckle come the final minute. Nikki responds from behind the guard but bounces off the Pole's forearms a lot and eats a scything uppercut double on the chin that sinks her into loud spasms upon impact. Ugh! Krupa rallies with more body shots as she wrecks Ziering both high & low and whitewashes the comeback cougar in supreme fashion! Oi, Nikki! It's not 1998 after all?

Round 2:
More slugging power from Krupa sends Ziering into a hectic retreat but this time the Polish woman struggles to trap her along the ropes and spends majority of the opening minute in a largely fruitless pursuit. And then Nikki finds the counter-punching mojo to blow some meaningful leather into the younger blonde's face that triggers a high-octane exchange in the center of the ring. Joanna almost looks shocked how efficient Nikki is with those quick jabs and wobbles to her heels when the American nails her on each temple before a scything cross tags her on the chin. Ugh! Nikki bundles the subdued Pole back to the ropes and pays back the body assault favor ripping heavy harpoons into Krupa's midsection thereafter. Joanna clinches her foe late but that's all she can muster here as Ziering comfortably evens the scorecards.

Round 3:
More see-saw slugging action on the Key Biscayne sands as Joanna beats Nikki for a swift overhand and bangs more quick jabs into her mouth before the American responds with an equally ruthless chomp up the middle. Both women abandon the defensive ideas and let it rip in mind over matter fashion even though that actually affects their precision. However Nikki drags Joanna in a dirty boxing mayhem and manages to cut her up below the left eye which fuels her recovery even further. Krupa barges the older blonde in the chest to finally rise above the back & forth exchange in powerful fashion and she rides the jug muggin' train thereafter to dump the former Playmate onto the ropes where she resumes the previously successful body assault to cripple Ziering into spasms come the bell.

Round 4:
Nikki just refuses to go away and punks the Polish blonde up the middle before driving her mitts into her chest to mirror the jug muggin' ideas from the previous round. Both women lock horns in the phone booth where a seemingly stray elbow in the solar plexus allows Nikki to assume full control as she trembles Joanna with a nifty uppercut double as well. Joanna almost trips over her own feet as she tries to adjust her position and eats more punches over the top as Ziering gets vocal during a spirited head-hunting pursuit in the second minute. She clobbers Krupa onto the ropes and rips another scything double on the chin before working around the midsection on speed dial to keep the Pole under wraps for remainder of the round. And we're equal on the scorecards again.

Round 5:
Ziering goes all-in and reaches out with a steady hooking approach but drops her left arm a little too low to suddenly find herself caught from the inside. Joanna delivers a power punch on her chin and flies in with a brutal hook on the nose from the other side that leaves a bloody gash across the ridge! Uh-oh! Nikki stumbles to her heels with a loud gasp and can't raise her arms fast enough as Krupa SMOKES her with a terrific right hook on the mouth!!! Oi, Nikki! The older blonde goes numb and folds forward with a loud whimper just as Joanna lands another swift uppercut on the chin TO SEND ZIERING CRASHING DOWN IN A HEAP!!! Booyah!!! These cougars don't recover from such a blast very often and Nikki is no exception. She rolls face-down on the sand and the ref quickly waves off the count when her realizes the California blonde is done! KO5 Joanna Krupa!!!

AFTER: Joanna twerks some booty over the fallen opponent and kicks some sand over her back before taunting her to get up and admit who's the superior woman. But poor Nikki looks to be unresponsive here after that double knockout blast and Joanna heads back to her corner with a mere: "What a sorry ass LOSER you are, bytch!!!" farewell comment. Life is never easy when you're on the wrong side of forty but the beach boxing season in Florida has only begun and the home-based talent sure provided the fireworks to suggest she's gonna come back for more sooner rather than later!
