Intro:
And now it‘s time for tonight‘s main event, arguably matching up two of the FCBA‘s best boxers of the past decade for a thrilling sixth installment of their legendary rivalry – and Madison Square Garden‘s certainly a fitting venue for the next battle between Amanda “Big Red“ Righetti and Kate “The Queen“ Upton. There‘s no small amount of respect (and – but don‘t say it out loud – maybe an ounce of mutual fear!) between these two beautiful women, but the level of intense competition‘s always going to stop them from being close. No one could have anticipated that kind of development back in November 2013 – Righetti‘s just as feared as ever, but Kate‘s gone from a crowd-pleasing, jug-sloshing heavy hitter to a complete all-round fighter, stretching the worlds of JMD and regular boxing. In 2020, Upton/Righetti‘s the closest thing to a “great power game“ you will find in the FCBA – two multi-time champs, two legends who‘ve already won everything, two relentless badasses looking for utter dominance inside the ring, title bout or not.
For Amanda, the fight offers a chance to keep Kate in check, keep a strong foot on her neck – a daunting task for the legendary redhead, as she‘s already stopped Kate twice during their last two battles back in 2018. She‘s kept Kate subdued during her legendary title streak in 2019, but now the title‘s been out of Amanda‘s hands for a while, and Kate‘s sneaked by Amanda to top Tractorpull‘s pound for pound rankings for the first time. For Kate on the other hand, the fight‘s a chance to erase the lead Amanda‘s battered out during her back-to-back triumphs in 2018, hoping to pull even with the redhead just ahead of a next fighting decade to come.
At this point, Righetti/Upton‘s mostly about bragging rights, and breaking the other girl‘s will – one fight at a time. Girls will offer trademark bluster in interviews, but no serious pundit expects any girl to keep their foe down for good any time soon – there‘s too much ego, too much confidence, too much psychological strength for any one fight to decide who‘s welter‘s best in this match-up of tough, confident fighters.
Their rivalry‘s seen plenty of highs and lows, ebbs and high tides for both girls across the seven years they‘ve fought against each other in the FCBA – from a wild November 2013 fight when Righetti retained her title with a TKO stoppage after knocking young, impatient Kate loopy via nasty hooks, to two thudding last-second knockouts (going Kate‘s way in 2016, going Amanda‘s way in 2018), to brutal one-sided shows of force, exchanging drubbings (Kate over Amanda in 2016, Amanda over Kate in 2018).
What will the 2020 version have to offer for these two badasses?
Girls have kept mostly silent during the build-up to the fight, as there‘s some reports from both camps that the fighters were intensely deep in training, possibly working harder than ever – there‘s no title at stake tonight, but as they always do, Kate and Amanda will batter for bragging rights, pound for pound glory and GOAT arguments. Twenty-four hours before the fight both women stepped into the hallowed halls of the MSG, where the ring was being set up with a red carpet over the canvas, a scale placed in the center, as the world‘s media watched from behind steel barriers and the fighters come out one after the other to the ring, accompanied by their coaches.
Amanda was first through the ropes – and she‘s going for the all-American girl look here, just sporting jeans and a lumberjack plaid shirt on top, smiling, her former rival (now trusted Bonzo‘s Gym head coach) Nadia Bjorlin, by her side, chuckling to each other. Kate‘s next into the ring, and of course, she‘s sporting a long, glittering silver robe with little diamonds inwrought, Nicole Kidman by her side, both scoffing at Amanda‘s down-to-earth attire.
“Nice look, ‘Manda, but I think the barn fight‘s happening next door in New Jersey,“ Nicole laughs, as Amanda grins, not biting the snark at all. Amanda‘s supposed to go out first, but she waves at Kate to get weighed first, and Kate duly does it, rolling her eyes, dropping her robe (and people‘s jaws, duh!) to display a silver string bikini barely containing her legendary rack – she takes a toned flex, grinning, as the scales offer a rugged, strong 155 pounds for the upcoming big-girl battle. And there‘s Amanda! The athletic redhead slides off her plaid shirt for a look at her tight red bikini and that flawless, toned physique, offering a winning smile for the cameras, hands on hips, at 148 pounds.
And oh no, now there‘s some catfight shoves!
Kate possibly feeling upstaged by Amanda‘s down-to-earth look (really?) – she takes a lil‘ push n‘ shove to Amanda‘s strong, broad shoulders, as girls go chest-to-chest just after stepping off the scales. Amanda shoves her back strongly, of course, with a healthy push to the blonde‘s jugs, before both Nadia and Nicole step in with determination, doing their best to hold back these two tall, powerful women exchanging scoffs and hisses at each other. Girls get back toe-to-toe one last time, Nadia and Nicole now nestled right in between them to prevent the breakout of a genuine catfight – for an intense eye-to-eye staredown, exchanging grins, locking eyes, no blinks, as no girl will get intimidated.
“I can‘t wait to finally put an end to this bullshit that you‘re running the division,“ Kate scoffs, as Nicole wraps her arms around her from behind to literally stop from charging further at Righetti. “You‘ve had your run there, and I‘m not saying it wasn‘t impressive, but it‘s over! Girls will take you down now, brick by friggin‘ brick, Amanda!“
“Well, I‘m not going to move aside just because you think I should – you will have to knock me aside“ Amanda laughs, looking calm, confident.
“That‘s exactly what I intend to do, girl,“ Kate snaps, her face reddening, as girls compete for spotlight. “Time to end the myth that Amanda Righetti can just go on and on and keep beating us welters up – I‘m in my friggin‘ prime, girl. I‘m only getting better and stronger – you‘re just clinging on.“
“Kate‘s the most confident blonde in boxing since Charlize Theron,“ Amanda analyzes, as girls offer quick ripostes for a post weigh-in interview. “There‘s nothing better than taking confident blondes behind the woodshed and EXPOSE them – sloppy punches and all.“
“I‘m taking those sloppy punches and knock your ass sloppy,“ Kate blurts out.
“Not if my jabs stop your jugs before that,“ Amanda grins, turning around and swaggering off to the crowd‘s whistles, chants, as Nicole‘s trying to stop Kate from launching further taunts at her foe.
The FCBA network‘s asked legendary former champion, Ali Landry – a known Righetti fan after sharing the ring with the redhead for her career farewell in 2018 – for a pundit (neutral?) look at the upcoming battle:
“Well, I‘ve been stopped by both girls, so I kinda know the drill, folks. Kate‘s got the classic welter right hand rifle – she‘s no Addie Palicki, but it‘s friggin‘ close. That right hand can stop ANYONE in the ring, including Righetti. She‘s a disciplined, patient, thudding fighter – so that right hand can arrive thirty seconds into the first round, or it can come as the last seconds tick out and the fight‘s about to end, and Righetti already looks cruising for victory. So that‘s a problem for Amanda – because it limits her options. She can try and grind Kate out – that can always work for her, but even when she‘s grinding her out at the ropes, don‘t forget about Kate‘s right hands! But all in all, Amanda needs to hurt Kate early, wick away her strengths – that means more risk for her.
But here‘s the risk for Kate – she might hurt Amanda via her right hands, but she probably won‘t stop her outright. Nobody can match Amanda‘s recuperating qualities, so any time ‘Manda gets UP, she might knock Kate down herself right away. Reason tells me Righetti will take this again – she‘s figured Kate out a bit, stopped her twice back-to-back...I mean, who else could do that? Of course, my heart tells me this could also end in a freaking firefight – and it‘s tough to bet against Kate in a firefight. All in all, we just want to SEE it, right, guys?“
Fight night time!
Amanda‘s coming out with sparks flying either side of her into the air – she‘s looking all business, her eyes set firmly on the ring, first boucing on her toes, then walking ringward with her former stablemate, Nadia Bjorlin. For the fight Righetti‘s wearing a red sports bra, white trim, short cut-off red trunks, “Big Rigs“ printed in red across the white waistband, her boots and gloves all fire-red, her auburn hair‘s in braid. She acknowledges the crowd with her right fist raised high, settling into short, impressive shadow boxing trades with the former champion Nadia – the crowd‘s chants are deafening, as Nadia smiles at the crowd‘s love for her girl.
Golden spotlight on the aisle: now Kate Upton walks into the light, gold confetti falling from the ceiling onto Kate and the crowd – she‘s basking in the light, her hands on hips, that angelic face breaking into a wide, gorgeous smile, loving the attention as fans chant, shout her name, too. Kate‘s strutting down the aisle, Nicole by her side, a long flowing golden ribe lifted at the back by a man in a suit – ringside, Kate‘s helped out of her robe to display a gold-coloured sports bra, golden trunks, “Queen Kate“ printed in silver letters on the waistband, fitting golden gloves and boots, her blonde, gold-tinted hair loose, curvy. As curvy Kate‘s stepping through the ropes, she‘s making sure the spotlight‘s firmly set on her – hands on hips, she‘s in the center of the ring, basking in the light, taking in the crowd‘s love before heading to her corner, warming up, taking hops, bashing her gloves together.
After both women have warmed up, the referee brings them to the center of the ring – two highly charged fighters, eyes piercing the other‘s fighter‘s soul, looking for signs of fear, weakness, flaw. Girls stare right into each other‘s eyes, nodding in determination – coaches Nicole, Nadia just as tense, highly excited about the upcoming big-girl battle. Girls SLAM their gloves into the opponent‘s set – no love lost, as the noise in the arena‘s getting truly eletrifying, and dueling chants ring out, and the little bell goes “Ding, ding, ding!“, starting ten rounds of BADASS welterweight boxing.
So WHO will make it out standing on their two feet? WHO will take a long, slumbering nap at a heated, feared rival‘s feet? WHOSE fists will punch a strong, dominant girl all helpless and vulnerable?
Round 1:
Early trades, as the crowd‘s erupting into heated, opposite “Kate!, Kate“, “Manda!, Manda!“ chants – Righetti‘s using heels, toes to balance and stay mobile, leggy, as Kate‘s already swarming in, leaning into a big bad body hook, chop!
Righetti moves her head/torso out the way with a slide n‘ shift, answering back a tight, crisp jab to her opponent blonde‘s head, grazing Upton‘s startled hairline. Upton wild, aggressive, deciding not to linger, but just go pounce on her foe: sloshing hips, thick legs set the scene – wild, crooked haymakers, flashy body hooks fly. Righetti loving Kate‘s reckless attacks: left foot out, jab arm set up tight, she can step around right from Kate‘s sloshing shots, timing her, leaning in, out – she‘s defusing the aggressiveness, picking out short, crips shots to Kate‘s jawline, temple, face. Upton trying to rush in, pin down Righetti early – redhead‘s textbook boxing stances, pivots pick her out for sly counters.
A little over a minute in, Kate‘s making adjustments, as more and more hurtful crisp jabs/straights roll off her pretty face. Upton goes flat-footed, picking her own jab to get in via bobs or rolls, gauging ranges instead of just wading in – Righetti throws a right cross off her counter jab, but Kate takes a slip, and BANGS three short, concussive body shots upside Amanda‘s ribs/heart, one!, two!, three!, in rapid rat-a-tat. Shot like this might steal a flyweight‘s soul – Righetti just grunts, re-setting, muscling up to Upton on the inside, bumping shoulders, grinding close to blonde.
Inside work mid-round: girls grunt, grimace, work and slug it – Kate being muscular, driving Rigs well into the ropes and corners, getting big, landing hard, tuff slugs to redhead‘s biceps/shoulders, ducking the off-rope counters, beefing up to walk Righetti into ropeside clinches. Shoulders bump, boobs clash as big girls step-to, taking punches, bodies into each other in hard, rumbling fashion – Kate‘s sly reach, body weight advantage‘s keeping her bod in Righetti‘s face, as redhead‘s forced to negotiate Kate‘s power/weight from ropes.
Less than a minute to go – Righetti wants more from these inside bump n‘ slug confronts. A slight forearm nudge‘s there to create some space – a shrug left uppercut to Kate‘s cheek/ear. Kate‘s letting her hands go, too – shrugs back the right uppercut to Amanda‘s lower jawline. Then there‘s crosses: a short left to Kate‘s jugs – a short right to Amanda‘s mouth. Girls fall in after shots, taking long-armed clinches around respective heads, necks, hips – girls are placed just inside such a muscular clinch at the bell.
Righetti‘s counter punches so crisp, precise during first minute – but judges like Kate‘s adjustments, score the round a close draw. Girls sit on stools – piercing stares across the ring, as coaches wipe off sweat.
Round 2:
Girls don‘t step off the gas, but action‘s more neat, textbook during early center-ring trades – girls slide into range on leggy, mobile feet, exchanging jabs, trying to slip n‘ sling jabs through gaps in the other girl‘s defense. A Kate or Amanda jab‘s a flyweight power punch, so buttocks ring and legs stomp on the spot when these shots get in there, blast hard off each other‘s jawlines and jugs in scrum, tasty fashion!
Distinctions emerge: Amanda‘s jab‘s taller, higher, faster, trying to get Kate busy, occupied – Upton‘s left hand‘s all about power, trying to spark flames inside Righetti‘s engine room (shoulders, heart, ribs). Girls hop, step, pivot, always staying at an arm‘s length to each other – Kate stoops, lands a shocking ooomph jab to Righetti‘s right boob, striking Amanda out of her stance into a slight back-pedalling toss, immediately dipping in pursuit, trying to switch into better angles to hurt Big Red to the body.
A minute past the bell, Kate walks forward, triggers jabs off her shoulder, feints a left cross – Righetti steps out left, but so does Kate, and the blonde slams the overhand right hand to ‘Manda‘s side of head! The redhead‘s right arm sails out, as her balance‘s lost, torso tilting rightward – and Kate‘s rushing in the left cross! Hard, chopping smack to Big Rigs‘s jaw – it‘s a slight head toggle, but it sends Righetti out into alarm, her legs a wobble. Righetti sets up crouch, forming a tasty earmuff, pretty much rocked in her stance – and Kate‘s bashing her, left/right, left/right. A short shift n‘ dip gets Righetti the much-needed clinch around Kate‘s arms, but the blonde‘s on top, taking Righetti‘s butt into the turnbuckle.
Mid-round shoot-out: Kate going up-tempo, stooping more, more jabs to Amanda‘s tummy – sudden switch sees a right hand land tidy to redhead chin! Righetti‘s buttocks and thighs ring, tremble – Kate secures her, reaching around under Amanda‘s arms, bulling her to ropes again. Amanda‘s getting her bod shifted, shunted, as Kate‘s body‘s so big n‘ sturdy – redhead reaches down Upton‘s back, trying to shimmy out from blonde control. Girls are fighting in Righetti‘s corner – and Nadia‘s there a-shoutin‘: “Take that bytch back mid-ring, take that bytch mid-ring – you‘re the bully!“
Final minute – girls palm hands on hips, push back to biceps/jugs, hoping to shock opposite lungs or jugs via mean lil‘ forearm swats. Righetti‘s jab‘s clipping Kate some, but she‘s back-pedalling, pivoting away, as Kate‘s stalking, rushing, finding her gaps to land and hurt her girl. Girls shift to inside, mitts placed left, right at jaw – Amanda twitches first, barely grazing a cross just past Kate‘s right ear. Upton gasps, clips back the short right uppercut between Righetti‘s jaw/ear – ‘Manda‘s taking the shot pretty well, keeping her knees together, but she‘s a woozy beauty, taking another NASTY jug pound via Kate‘s right forearm at the bell, blurting out in pain on the spot! Shutout, Kate – there‘s fistbumps in her corner, grins, nods, as Bjorlin demands from Righetti: “Get your head in the game, girl!“
A quick comment from Ali Landry? “I‘m loving it, guys! Kate‘s been able to land her power shots this round. Righetti needs to get her power felt, too – there‘s going to be trouble if she won‘t.“
Round 3:
Kate‘s got attitude now – there‘s the little swagger in those curvy hips, as she‘s back out for more, stepping into Righetti with hefty, powerful combinations. Amanda passive, stepping out left or right, pinging single-shot jabs, straights. Kate swaying those hips, exploding into lil‘ bobs, attacks off her left foot – she‘s reaching in left hand to ‘Manda‘s thick biceps, sturdy-stopping her, swapping the short, right uppercut to find redhead‘s jaw! Righetti belted about: she‘s giving up precious mid-ring real estate, allowing broad, leggy Upton plenty of range and time to work her magic – club shots to biceps, stoop hooks into ribs, toss short right hands to jaw.
After almost a minute‘s gone, Righetti‘s finally moving in for some combat – her hips reset, shoulders dip, as jab/cross shots pound away smooth, flat to Kate‘s own jugs/biceps. Kate grins, having *plenty* of fun in the ring – she stoops, dips, lays a brawny right across to Amanda‘s heart, shivers a left hook to redhead‘s liver region, bunching her up hurt, skewed on the spot! Girls step in toe-to-toe – Kate deflects a powerful Righetti straight on her left glove, bends into a snappy left uppercut herself! A quick twitch jaw shock pretty much takes ALL of Amanda‘s ready chin – RIGHETTI SPRAWLS ONTO HER TUMMY! The uppercut stumbles Righetti into a haze of brain fog, tottering left, right, and back – until she folds up tummy-first! Kate‘s already a-hollering her triumph, and pounding her chest hard – she takes a strut dance into the neutral corner, her jugs sloshing around all prettily!
Righetti‘s a little tender, but she‘s awake, if dimly – her knees dig into the canvas, as her butt‘s rising first, crawling a step or two forward. Ref moves in hot, counting her out loud: (...1...2...3…), Amanda punches the mat with her right fist in frustration (...4...5...6...), she wiggles onto her knees, then haunches, taps her right cheek with her glove, slaps her own face (...7...8…), and she‘s up on her feet, taking hops, nods to a concerned ref! A close call – but Big Red‘s good to go! Kate strutting in, hands held up high – sloshing haymakers. Righetti‘s legs need some hops, pivots to sturdy up, but sturdy up they do – she‘s falling heavy into Kate‘s clinches, muscling up, as those strong legs, buttocks RESIST the blonde‘s hungry forward bull-rushes, reversing her to ropes, as pretty redhead eyes start to glisten again when her body responds, puts up a fight again. Kate‘s grim – she‘s trying to break free, just not getting a good haymaker look at Red!
Bell – girls almost trip over inside a clinch at the ropes, all locked up heavy and sweaty in a mess of limbs, with the ref breaking them apart limb by limb. Kate‘s upset during the break – “Gotta be patient, girl,“ Nicole says, slily throwing looks at the opposite Bonzo‘s Gym corner, where helpers, coaches rub, massage, patch up a mouth-breathing Righetti.
Round 4:
Kate steps out with BUCKETS full of sexy, blonde confidence, strutting her stuff, as hair flows, jugs slosh all over the place – she‘s walking Amanda down via thudding jab/right cross combinations mid-ring, blasting choo-choo. Righetti‘s looking pretty sturdy and alert, her legs hopping fast, still athletic – she‘s looking in good shape post-knockdown, taking side-to-side weaves and dips against Upton‘s pressure.
Early trade: Kate‘s ramming through with a left body hook (ribs), a drawn right uppercut (ear), pushing brawny off redhead shoulders, putting Big Rigs wobbly-butt, hitting her to ropes AGAIN. Big blonde pins her redhead down hard – but, reversal! Amanda bull-rushes around Kate‘s arms/elbows, wrestles HER around, as girls rumble-tumble to ropes, and back – time for a ref‘s break. A short jab shifts to Kate‘s boobs, a right cross goes flush to her mouth, and Kate‘s eyes go clickety-clack! Righetti‘s explosive, shruggin‘, twistin‘ shots out of a *very* tight crouch/stance, taking weave steps into Kate‘s range, rising up – shooting! Upton groaning, overwhelmed, still trying to pull down Righetti‘s wrists, elbows, as angry, wide lefts/rights sail around Amanda‘s back of head.
Past the minute mark – Kate slides alongside the ropes, her hands placed brawny around the ears, hunkering down. Righetti stalks her paths, driving clever jabs up front to Kate‘s jugs/eyes/mouth in steady, rhythmic fashion – taking thick, brawny right hands to Kate‘s ears/mitts, pummeling her blonde opponent off-kilter. Occasionally, ‘Manda will step in like a true big-girl, go manhandle her blonde on the inside – palms-down shots to a toned paunch, forearms swatting fat to jugs or ribs, pin-downs against the ropes, as Kate moans, complains, hisses out.
Look at those slow motion replays of Amanda positioned on top of Kate in ropeside clinches: foreheads grind against each other, gumshields bared in snarls, arms shift, push for control – Amazon beauties all locked in tests of strengths, as Righetti‘s staying on top, pinning Kate down, wrestling away her elbows/arms for clubbing shots to the jugs/ribs, and Upton‘s taking these sad little sags back into the ropes.
Ref‘s breaks long, messy during second, third minutes – the ref‘s struggling to break apart these two brawny, determined beauties. Once girls are finally wrested apart – Righetti‘s explosive, finding her rhythm and mojo tonight. Girls trade furious jabs to jugs, mouth, as they circle, pivot – Righetti‘s output‘s bigger, faster. Kate breaking up her stance, back-pedalling, as FAT, splashing jabs/right crosses club n‘ clobber at her biceps/ears/jugs. Amanda‘s quick, drilling her combos – short, mobile shifts n‘ twists walk redhead fists to blonde flanks. A short left uppercut splits Kate‘s mitts open – right cross! Kate barks in pain...she‘s outworked, taking side-steps, her hands outstretched – and a nasty mouse‘s lumping up in swells around the pretty blonde‘s left eye!
Bell – Kate thuds her gloves together in frustration, as both girls sit on opposite stools, cheeks reddening, sweat glistening, torsos heaving up and down to relax.
Round 5:
Kate takes a quick spurt across the ring, hoping to sock n‘ rock it to Amanda early, opening up wide as a result – Righetti shifts, slides, spits back the double, triple jabs to Kate‘s forehead/ears. ‘Manda takes a side-to-side weave inside Kate‘s splashing jab/haymaker attack – jostles her own heavy haymaker to Kate‘s mouth, draping the blonde helplessly against the cables! Upton‘s arms sail out, as her hips/back sink backward, relaxing against the cables – instinct motions put Kate‘s hands up into earmuff, hunkering down. Righetti stays tight, close, crowding her foe – she jerks her the short lil‘ left and right uppercuts, just neatly shrugging them to Kate‘s chin left/right, left/right. Kate‘s head goes flip flop on the spot! Blonde still throws back some punches in wide, angry fashion, as Righetti‘s uppercuts tap her again and again – she‘s further derailed off kilter, as her wild counter shots go awry! Next uppercut pastes to her left jawline – simply leaving her spellbound! KATE HITS THE CANVAS!
Kate‘s sprawled out awkwardly against the ropes – she sloshes down hard n‘ heavy onto her back, landing parallel to ropes! Righetti breathes hard, resting her hands on her hips – she pierces down at fallen blonde prey, stepping out, her left fist raised, lips a-quivering. And Upton‘s fans raise a chorus, all chanting “Kate!, Kate!“ for their heroine to rise:
The blonde‘s a blinking, confused beauty still on her back at the ref‘s early count (1, 2, 3), as she‘s trying to clear her vision – (at 4, 5, 6) she crawls to her knees, as her arms, legs finally firm up and her cobweb eyes refocus into alert concentration – she‘s up (7, 8), nodding to her corner to signal she‘s all right and good to go! Ref‘s checking out Kate‘s mitts, locking his eyes with a woozy, shaky blonde – upper lip split, jaw/cheek pink, left eye puffy. Kate nods in alarm, momentarily afraid and panicked the ref‘s about to stop the fight, but he does let her back into the fray!
Righetti steps in, her hands placed low, eyes set into destroy mode – Kate‘s up in flames. ‘Manda a-dippin‘, weavin‘ - drilling body shots to Kate‘s abs/ribs, testing Upton‘s instincts via pummel shots to her guard/ears. Kate lays back sleepy against ropes again, just falling into brawny clinches to work the clock – she‘s often trying to pull down Righetti‘s head with one arm, shrug her the short, brutal uppercut with the other. Righetti‘s razor-sharp, stiffening Kate up from the get-go – crisp jabs, sharp pivots, pulverizing right hands to Kate‘s guard/ears. Cut men work hard on respective swollen eyes, cuts, as girls pretty much wince, groan from all the hurt administered to sore ribs, muscles tonight. Nicole‘s concentrated, adamant during the break: “C‘mon, Kate, you can do this – she‘s there for the taking, girl, and the glory‘s all friggin‘ yours!“ Opposite the ring, Nadia‘s massaging Amanda‘s arms, legs: “You‘ve done this plenty of times, girl – this is your round, finish strong!“
Is Ali Landry ready for a late prediction? “Let‘s just say that I‘m not ready to bet the farm on one of these girls, folks!, she shares her thought, smirking. “I‘ve got Righetti slightly ahead on the cards, and it‘s possible Kate‘s going to need a knockout to win this thing. Can she do it? Of course! But you gotta like Righetti to just grind it out until the bell, too.“

Girls pretty much haul those big, tired bodies back to mid-ring from opposite corners, dragging their left/feet, pretty much lugging across the canvas – both girls have simply been shocked and awed tonight. Crowd‘s on its feet, applauding both fighters – and there we go *ding, ding, ding!*
Girls set up hips, plant their feet on the spot, as action‘s slow, sluggish, yet methodically brutal and dangerous. Kate, ‘Manda go toe-to-toe in the friggin‘ pocket, lean into opposite blasts, shrug short uppercuts left/right, left/right – girls take sad, exhausted dips, rolls, lean-aways, as HAMMERS toss n‘ fly, and girls just try to dodge the sledgehammers as best as they can! Girls stay flat-footed, stalking each other in slow, intense mid-ring pivots, both hands at eyes/mouth, just a-leaning in to shrug the other girl body or jaw shots for glory! No leggy rangework, jabs – just mindless, brutal, rough shots landing left n‘ right, as girls clip shots, fall in, tie up, grind, bull forward, as muscles tense, buttocks firm up, shoulders bump, forearms push, heads rubs, chests heave, sweat drips off tired, magnificent bodies!

Audience roars and shouts, as welter beauties beat the hell out of each other in a round-of-the-year slugout, simply putting *everything* they got into shocking two-way trade in the tenth!
Kate raises her right arm, lips a quiver, thighs a tremble, her sweaty, blonde hair tousling apart, as she‘s leaning against the ropes, and Nicole and Lookout‘s team immediately rush in to help her. Cam Kostek‘s especially vocal, raising a slight frown on Kate‘s pretty face – “You‘re just going down later, Upton!“
Kate silently turns around, climbing a turnbuckle instead, loudly screaming out to her crowd of supporters: “I freakin‘ run this disivion – me! I‘m the face of the FCBA, because I‘m the freakin‘ queen! Just look at her over there!“
Righetti‘s helped up, recovering pretty quickly – she‘s first propped up onto all fours, her head down, taking deep heaves of disappointment. On her stool just a bit later, her face‘s a steely-eyed mask, her left eye puffy, swollen to a slit, as her team‘s working on various cuts, wounds – she‘s shaking her head in disbelief and anger, lost in her own world wondering what‘s gone wrong in the tenth, putting a towel over her head to just shut out Kate‘s shouts of triumph.
Tempers calm down quickly, as girls are just too tired for further bouts of brag and show – girls properly led to mid-ring by the ref, as he‘s raising Kate‘s arm, before the girls engage in a short, but genuine, seemingly heartfelt embrace of mutual respect, muscles still all tense, as welter beauties pat each other‘s backs/shoulders, already exchanging glances of competitive threat, but that‘s saved for the next time these two will meet in the ring!

There‘s no small amount of respect (and – but don‘t say it out loud – maybe an ounce of mutual fear!) between these two beautiful women, but the level of intense competition‘s always going to stop them from being close. No one could have anticipated that kind of development back in November 2013 – Righetti‘s just as feared as ever, but Kate‘s gone from a crowd-pleasing, jug-sloshing heavy hitter to a complete all-round fighter, stretching the worlds of JMD and regular boxing. In 2020, Upton/Righetti‘s the closest thing to a “great power game“ you will find in the FCBA – two multi-time champs, two legends who‘ve already won everything, two relentless badasses looking for utter dominance inside the ring, title bout or not.
For Amanda, the fight offers a chance to keep Kate in check, keep a strong foot on her neck – a daunting task for the legendary redhead, as she‘s already stopped Kate twice during their last two battles back in 2018. Kate‘s next into the ring, and of course, she‘s sporting a long, glittering silver robe with little diamonds inwrought, Nicole Kidman by her side, both scoffing at Amanda‘s down-to-earth attire.
“Nice look, ‘Manda, but I think the barn fight‘s happening next door in New Jersey,“ Nicole laughs, as Amanda grins, not biting the snark at all. Amanda‘s supposed to go out first, but she waves at Kate to get weighed first, and Kate duly does it, rolling her eyes, dropping her robe (and people‘s jaws, duh!) to display a silver string bikini barely containing her legendary rack – she takes a toned flex, grinning, as the scales offer a rugged, strong 155 pounds for the upcoming big-girl battle. And there‘s Amanda! The athletic redhead slides off her plaid shirt for a look at her tight red bikini and that flawless, toned physique, offering a winning smile for the cameras, hands on hips, at 148 pounds.
And oh no, now there‘s some catfight shoves!
Kate possibly feeling upstaged by Amanda‘s down-to-earth look (really?) – she takes a lil‘ push n‘ shove to Amanda‘s strong, broad shoulders, as girls go chest-to-chest just after stepping off the scales. Amanda shoves her back strongly, of course, with a healthy push to the blonde‘s jugs, before both Nadia and Nicole step in with determination, doing their best to hold back these two tall, powerful women exchanging scoffs and hisses at each other. Girls get back toe-to-toe one last time, Nadia and Nicole now nestled right in between them to prevent the breakout of a genuine catfight – for an intense eye-to-eye staredown, exchanging grins, locking eyes, no blinks, as no girl will get intimidated.
“I can‘t wait to finally put an end to this bullshit that you‘re running the division,“ Kate scoffs, as Nicole wraps her arms around her from behind to literally stop from charging further at Righetti. “You‘ve had your run there, and I‘m not saying it wasn‘t impressive, but it‘s over! Girls will take you down now, brick by friggin‘ brick, Amanda!“
“Well, I‘m not going to move aside just because you think I should – you will have to knock me aside“ Amanda laughs, looking calm, confident.
“That‘s exactly what I intend to do, girl,“ Kate snaps, her face reddening, as girls compete for spotlight. “Time to end the myth that Amanda Righetti can just go on and on and keep beating us welters up – I‘m in my friggin‘ prime, girl. I‘m only getting better and stronger – you‘re just clinging on.“
“Kate‘s the most confident blonde in boxing since Charlize Theron,“ Amanda analyzes, as girls offer quick ripostes for a post weigh-in interview. “There‘s nothing better than taking confident blondes behind the woodshed and EXPOSE them – sloppy punches and all.“
“I‘m taking those sloppy punches and knock your ass sloppy,“ Kate blurts out.
“Not if my jabs stop your jugs before that,“ Amanda grins, turning around and swaggering off to the crowd‘s whistles, chants, as Nicole‘s trying to stop Kate from launching further taunts at her foe.
The FCBA network‘s asked legendary former champion, Ali Landry – a known Righetti fan after sharing the ring with the redhead for her career farewell in 2018 – for a pundit (neutral?) look at the upcoming battle:
“Well, I‘ve been stopped by both girls, so I kinda know the drill, folks. Kate‘s got the classic welter right hand rifle – she‘s no Addie Palicki, but it‘s friggin‘ close. That right hand can stop ANYONE in the ring, including Righetti. She‘s a disciplined, patient, thudding fighter – so that right hand can arrive thirty seconds into the first round, or it can come as the last seconds tick out and the fight‘s about to end, and Righetti already looks cruising for victory. So that‘s a problem for Amanda – because it limits her options. She can try and grind Kate out – that can always work for her, but even when she‘s grinding her out at the ropes, don‘t forget about Kate‘s right hands! But all in all, Amanda needs to hurt Kate early, wick away her strengths – that means more risk for her.
But here‘s the risk for Kate – she might hurt Amanda via her right hands, but she probably won‘t stop her outright. Nobody can match Amanda‘s recuperating qualities, so any time ‘Manda gets UP, she might knock Kate down herself right away. Reason tells me Righetti will take this again – she‘s figured Kate out a bit, stopped her twice back-to-back...I mean, who else could do that? Of course, my heart tells me this could also end in a freaking firefight – and it‘s tough to bet against Kate in a firefight. All in all, we just want to SEE it, right, guys?“
Fight night time!
Amanda‘s coming out with sparks flying either side of her into the air – she‘s looking all business, her eyes set firmly on the ring, first boucing on her toes, then walking ringward with her former stablemate, Nadia Bjorlin. For the fight Righetti‘s wearing a red sports bra, white trim, short cut-off red trunks, “Big Rigs“ printed in red across the white waistband, her boots and gloves all fire-red, her auburn hair‘s in braid. She acknowledges the crowd with her right fist raised high, settling into short, impressive shadow boxing trades with the former champion Nadia – the crowd‘s chants are deafening, as Nadia smiles at the crowd‘s love for her girl.
Golden spotlight on the aisle: now Kate Upton walks into the light, gold confetti falling from the ceiling onto Kate and the crowd – she‘s basking in the light, her hands on hips, that angelic face breaking into a wide, gorgeous smile, loving the attention as fans chant, shout her name, too. Kate‘s strutting down the aisle, Nicole by her side, a long flowing golden ribe lifted at the back by a man in a suit – ringside, Kate‘s helped out of her robe to display a gold-coloured sports bra, golden trunks, “Queen Kate“ printed in silver letters on the waistband, fitting golden gloves and boots, her blonde, gold-tinted hair loose, curvy. As curvy Kate‘s stepping through the ropes, she‘s making sure the spotlight‘s firmly set on her – hands on hips, she‘s in the center of the ring, basking in the light, taking in the crowd‘s love before heading to her corner, warming up, taking hops, bashing her gloves together.
After both women have warmed up, the referee brings them to the center of the ring – two highly charged fighters, eyes piercing the other‘s fighter‘s soul, looking for signs of fear, weakness, flaw. Girls stare right into each other‘s eyes, nodding in determination – coaches Nicole, Nadia just as tense, highly excited about the upcoming big-girl battle. Girls SLAM their gloves into the opponent‘s set – no love lost, as the noise in the arena‘s getting truly eletrifying, and dueling chants ring out, and the little bell goes “Ding, ding, ding!“, starting ten rounds of BADASS welterweight boxing.
So WHO will make it out standing on their two feet? WHO will take a long, slumbering nap at a heated, feared rival‘s feet? WHOSE fists will punch a strong, dominant girl all helpless and vulnerable?
Round 1:
Early trades, as the crowd‘s erupting into heated, opposite “Kate!, Kate“, “Manda!, Manda!“ chants – Righetti‘s using heels, toes to balance and stay mobile, leggy, as Kate‘s already swarming in, leaning into a big bad body hook, chop!
Righetti moves her head/torso out the way with a slide n‘ shift, answering back a tight, crisp jab to her opponent blonde‘s head, grazing Upton‘s startled hairline. Upton wild, aggressive, deciding not to linger, but just go pounce on her foe: sloshing hips, thick legs set the scene – wild, crooked haymakers, flashy body hooks fly. Righetti loving Kate‘s reckless attacks: left foot out, jab arm set up tight, she can step around right from Kate‘s sloshing shots, timing her, leaning in, out – she‘s defusing the aggressiveness, picking out short, crips shots to Kate‘s jawline, temple, face. Upton trying to rush in, pin down Righetti early – redhead‘s textbook boxing stances, pivots pick her out for sly counters.
A little over a minute in, Kate‘s making adjustments, as more and more hurtful crisp jabs/straights roll off her pretty face. Upton goes flat-footed, picking her own jab to get in via bobs or rolls, gauging ranges instead of just wading in – Righetti throws a right cross off her counter jab, but Kate takes a slip, and BANGS three short, concussive body shots upside Amanda‘s ribs/heart, one!, two!, three!, in rapid rat-a-tat. Shot like this might steal a flyweight‘s soul – Righetti just grunts, re-setting, muscling up to Upton on the inside, bumping shoulders, grinding close to blonde.
Inside work mid-round: girls grunt, grimace, work and slug it – Kate being muscular, driving Rigs well into the ropes and corners, getting big, landing hard, tuff slugs to redhead‘s biceps/shoulders, ducking the off-rope counters, beefing up to walk Righetti into ropeside clinches. Shoulders bump, boobs clash as big girls step-to, taking punches, bodies into each other in hard, rumbling fashion – Kate‘s sly reach, body weight advantage‘s keeping her bod in Righetti‘s face, as redhead‘s forced to negotiate Kate‘s power/weight from ropes.
Less than a minute to go – Righetti wants more from these inside bump n‘ slug confronts. A slight forearm nudge‘s there to create some space – a shrug left uppercut to Kate‘s cheek/ear. Kate‘s letting her hands go, too – shrugs back the right uppercut to Amanda‘s lower jawline. Then there‘s crosses: a short left to Kate‘s jugs – a short right to Amanda‘s mouth. Girls fall in after shots, taking long-armed clinches around respective heads, necks, hips – girls are placed just inside such a muscular clinch at the bell.
Righetti‘s counter punches so crisp, precise during first minute – but judges like Kate‘s adjustments, score the round a close draw. Girls sit on stools – piercing stares across the ring, as coaches wipe off sweat.
Round 2:
Girls don‘t step off the gas, but action‘s more neat, textbook during early center-ring trades – girls slide into range on leggy, mobile feet, exchanging jabs, trying to slip n‘ sling jabs through gaps in the other girl‘s defense. A Kate or Amanda jab‘s a flyweight power punch, so buttocks ring and legs stomp on the spot when these shots get in there, blast hard off each other‘s jawlines and jugs in scrum, tasty fashion!
Distinctions emerge: Amanda‘s jab‘s taller, higher, faster, trying to get Kate busy, occupied – Upton‘s left hand‘s all about power, trying to spark flames inside Righetti‘s engine room (shoulders, heart, ribs). Girls hop, step, pivot, always staying at an arm‘s length to each other – Kate stoops, lands a shocking ooomph jab to Righetti‘s right boob, striking Amanda out of her stance into a slight back-pedalling toss, immediately dipping in pursuit, trying to switch into better angles to hurt Big Red to the body.
A minute past the bell, Kate walks forward, triggers jabs off her shoulder, feints a left cross – Righetti steps out left, but so does Kate, and the blonde slams the overhand right hand to ‘Manda‘s side of head! The redhead‘s right arm sails out, as her balance‘s lost, torso tilting rightward – and Kate‘s rushing in the left cross! Hard, chopping smack to Big Rigs‘s jaw – it‘s a slight head toggle, but it sends Righetti out into alarm, her legs a wobble. Righetti sets up crouch, forming a tasty earmuff, pretty much rocked in her stance – and Kate‘s bashing her, left/right, left/right. A short shift n‘ dip gets Righetti the much-needed clinch around Kate‘s arms, but the blonde‘s on top, taking Righetti‘s butt into the turnbuckle.
Mid-round shoot-out: Kate going up-tempo, stooping more, more jabs to Amanda‘s tummy – sudden switch sees a right hand land tidy to redhead chin! Righetti‘s buttocks and thighs ring, tremble – Kate secures her, reaching around under Amanda‘s arms, bulling her to ropes again. Amanda‘s getting her bod shifted, shunted, as Kate‘s body‘s so big n‘ sturdy – redhead reaches down Upton‘s back, trying to shimmy out from blonde control. Girls are fighting in Righetti‘s corner – and Nadia‘s there a-shoutin‘: “Take that bytch back mid-ring, take that bytch mid-ring – you‘re the bully!“
Final minute – girls palm hands on hips, push back to biceps/jugs, hoping to shock opposite lungs or jugs via mean lil‘ forearm swats. Righetti‘s jab‘s clipping Kate some, but she‘s back-pedalling, pivoting away, as Kate‘s stalking, rushing, finding her gaps to land and hurt her girl. Girls shift to inside, mitts placed left, right at jaw – Amanda twitches first, barely grazing a cross just past Kate‘s right ear. Upton gasps, clips back the short right uppercut between Righetti‘s jaw/ear – ‘Manda‘s taking the shot pretty well, keeping her knees together, but she‘s a woozy beauty, taking another NASTY jug pound via Kate‘s right forearm at the bell, blurting out in pain on the spot! Shutout, Kate – there‘s fistbumps in her corner, grins, nods, as Bjorlin demands from Righetti: “Get your head in the game, girl!“
A quick comment from Ali Landry? “I‘m loving it, guys! Kate‘s been able to land her power shots this round. Righetti needs to get her power felt, too – there‘s going to be trouble if she won‘t.“
Round 3:
Kate‘s got attitude now – there‘s the little swagger in those curvy hips, as she‘s back out for more, stepping into Righetti with hefty, powerful combinations. Amanda passive, stepping out left or right, pinging single-shot jabs, straights. Kate swaying those hips, exploding into lil‘ bobs, attacks off her left foot – she‘s reaching in left hand to ‘Manda‘s thick biceps, sturdy-stopping her, swapping the short, right uppercut to find redhead‘s jaw! Righetti belted about: she‘s giving up precious mid-ring real estate, allowing broad, leggy Upton plenty of range and time to work her magic – club shots to biceps, stoop hooks into ribs, toss short right hands to jaw.
After almost a minute‘s gone, Righetti‘s finally moving in for some combat – her hips reset, shoulders dip, as jab/cross shots pound away smooth, flat to Kate‘s own jugs/biceps. Kate grins, having *plenty* of fun in the ring – she stoops, dips, lays a brawny right across to Amanda‘s heart, shivers a left hook to redhead‘s liver region, bunching her up hurt, skewed on the spot! Girls step in toe-to-toe – Kate deflects a powerful Righetti straight on her left glove, bends into a snappy left uppercut herself! A quick twitch jaw shock pretty much takes ALL of Amanda‘s ready chin – RIGHETTI SPRAWLS ONTO HER TUMMY! The uppercut stumbles Righetti into a haze of brain fog, tottering left, right, and back – until she folds up tummy-first! Kate‘s already a-hollering her triumph, and pounding her chest hard – she takes a strut dance into the neutral corner, her jugs sloshing around all prettily!
Righetti‘s a little tender, but she‘s awake, if dimly – her knees dig into the canvas, as her butt‘s rising first, crawling a step or two forward. Ref moves in hot, counting her out loud: (...1...2...3…), Amanda punches the mat with her right fist in frustration (...4...5...6...), she wiggles onto her knees, then haunches, taps her right cheek with her glove, slaps her own face (...7...8…), and she‘s up on her feet, taking hops, nods to a concerned ref! A close call – but Big Red‘s good to go! Kate strutting in, hands held up high – sloshing haymakers. Righetti‘s legs need some hops, pivots to sturdy up, but sturdy up they do – she‘s falling heavy into Kate‘s clinches, muscling up, as those strong legs, buttocks RESIST the blonde‘s hungry forward bull-rushes, reversing her to ropes, as pretty redhead eyes start to glisten again when her body responds, puts up a fight again. Kate‘s grim – she‘s trying to break free, just not getting a good haymaker look at Red!
Bell – girls almost trip over inside a clinch at the ropes, all locked up heavy and sweaty in a mess of limbs, with the ref breaking them apart limb by limb. Kate‘s upset during the break – “Gotta be patient, girl,“ Nicole says, slily throwing looks at the opposite Bonzo‘s Gym corner, where helpers, coaches rub, massage, patch up a mouth-breathing Righetti.
Round 4:
Kate steps out with BUCKETS full of sexy, blonde confidence, strutting her stuff, as hair flows, jugs slosh all over the place – she‘s walking Amanda down via thudding jab/right cross combinations mid-ring, blasting choo-choo. Righetti‘s looking pretty sturdy and alert, her legs hopping fast, still athletic – she‘s looking in good shape post-knockdown, taking side-to-side weaves and dips against Upton‘s pressure.
Early trade: Kate‘s ramming through with a left body hook (ribs), a drawn right uppercut (ear), pushing brawny off redhead shoulders, putting Big Rigs wobbly-butt, hitting her to ropes AGAIN. Big blonde pins her redhead down hard – but, reversal! Amanda bull-rushes around Kate‘s arms/elbows, wrestles HER around, as girls rumble-tumble to ropes, and back – time for a ref‘s break. A short jab shifts to Kate‘s boobs, a right cross goes flush to her mouth, and Kate‘s eyes go clickety-clack! Righetti‘s explosive, shruggin‘, twistin‘ shots out of a *very* tight crouch/stance, taking weave steps into Kate‘s range, rising up – shooting! Upton groaning, overwhelmed, still trying to pull down Righetti‘s wrists, elbows, as angry, wide lefts/rights sail around Amanda‘s back of head.
Past the minute mark – Kate slides alongside the ropes, her hands placed brawny around the ears, hunkering down. Righetti stalks her paths, driving clever jabs up front to Kate‘s jugs/eyes/mouth in steady, rhythmic fashion – taking thick, brawny right hands to Kate‘s ears/mitts, pummeling her blonde opponent off-kilter. Occasionally, ‘Manda will step in like a true big-girl, go manhandle her blonde on the inside – palms-down shots to a toned paunch, forearms swatting fat to jugs or ribs, pin-downs against the ropes, as Kate moans, complains, hisses out.
Look at those slow motion replays of Amanda positioned on top of Kate in ropeside clinches: foreheads grind against each other, gumshields bared in snarls, arms shift, push for control – Amazon beauties all locked in tests of strengths, as Righetti‘s staying on top, pinning Kate down, wrestling away her elbows/arms for clubbing shots to the jugs/ribs, and Upton‘s taking these sad little sags back into the ropes.
Ref‘s breaks long, messy during second, third minutes – the ref‘s struggling to break apart these two brawny, determined beauties. Once girls are finally wrested apart – Righetti‘s explosive, finding her rhythm and mojo tonight. Girls trade furious jabs to jugs, mouth, as they circle, pivot – Righetti‘s output‘s bigger, faster. Kate breaking up her stance, back-pedalling, as FAT, splashing jabs/right crosses club n‘ clobber at her biceps/ears/jugs. Amanda‘s quick, drilling her combos – short, mobile shifts n‘ twists walk redhead fists to blonde flanks. A short left uppercut splits Kate‘s mitts open – right cross! Kate barks in pain...she‘s outworked, taking side-steps, her hands outstretched – and a nasty mouse‘s lumping up in swells around the pretty blonde‘s left eye!
Bell – Kate thuds her gloves together in frustration, as both girls sit on opposite stools, cheeks reddening, sweat glistening, torsos heaving up and down to relax.
Round 5:
Kate takes a quick spurt across the ring, hoping to sock n‘ rock it to Amanda early, opening up wide as a result – Righetti shifts, slides, spits back the double, triple jabs to Kate‘s forehead/ears. ‘Manda takes a side-to-side weave inside Kate‘s splashing jab/haymaker attack – jostles her own heavy haymaker to Kate‘s mouth, draping the blonde helplessly against the cables! Upton‘s arms sail out, as her hips/back sink backward, relaxing against the cables – instinct motions put Kate‘s hands up into earmuff, hunkering down. Righetti stays tight, close, crowding her foe – she jerks her the short lil‘ left and right uppercuts, just neatly shrugging them to Kate‘s chin left/right, left/right. Kate‘s head goes flip flop on the spot! Blonde still throws back some punches in wide, angry fashion, as Righetti‘s uppercuts tap her again and again – she‘s further derailed off kilter, as her wild counter shots go awry! Next uppercut pastes to her left jawline – simply leaving her spellbound! KATE HITS THE CANVAS!
Kate‘s sprawled out awkwardly against the ropes – she sloshes down hard n‘ heavy onto her back, landing parallel to ropes! Righetti breathes hard, resting her hands on her hips – she pierces down at fallen blonde prey, stepping out, her left fist raised, lips a-quivering. And Upton‘s fans raise a chorus, all chanting “Kate!, Kate!“ for their heroine to rise:
The blonde‘s a blinking, confused beauty still on her back at the ref‘s early count (1, 2, 3), as she‘s trying to clear her vision – (at 4, 5, 6) she crawls to her knees, as her arms, legs finally firm up and her cobweb eyes refocus into alert concentration – she‘s up (7, 8), nodding to her corner to signal she‘s all right and good to go! Ref‘s checking out Kate‘s mitts, locking his eyes with a woozy, shaky blonde – upper lip split, jaw/cheek pink, left eye puffy. Kate nods in alarm, momentarily afraid and panicked the ref‘s about to stop the fight, but he does let her back into the fray!
Righetti steps in, her hands placed low, eyes set into destroy mode – Kate‘s up in flames. ‘Manda a-dippin‘, weavin‘ - drilling body shots to Kate‘s abs/ribs, testing Upton‘s instincts via pummel shots to her guard/ears. Kate lays back sleepy against ropes again, just falling into brawny clinches to work the clock – she‘s often trying to pull down Righetti‘s head with one arm, shrug her the short, brutal uppercut with the other. Down the stretch – Righetti jogging her way out, pawing neat little jabs, as Kate suddenly GAMBLES it, steps into a wide overhand right cross, grazing redhead‘s temple in shock! Righetti‘s eyes jolted, as knees soften up just a bit – she‘s better stepping out fast at the bell, as Kate‘s throwing out haymakers, lunging her heart out from a state of total exhaustion.
Bell – Kate‘s a shell-shocked beauty, as her corner‘s working hard on her puffy eye, patching up various cuts. “Reckless ain‘t winning you this fight,“ Nicole tells her protege sternly. Amanda won‘t sit onto her stool, standing/leaning against the turnbuckle, as her confidence‘s overflowing, and fight lust just won‘t subside during break.
A quick word from Ali Landry? “This fight has been even more topsy-turvy than I anticipated, guys. Make no mistake, those knockdowns are in the system now, sending shockwaves into legs, heart, stamina – these girls MUST think about damage control at some point, too!“
Round 6:
Righetti‘s razor-sharp, stiffening Kate up from the get-go – crisp jabs, sharp pivots, pulverizing right hands to Kate‘s guard/ears. Kate searching for her legs, stamina – mostly just stepping out from Amanda‘s crisp, poking jabwork early, trying to rush some bobbing attacks through the middle, tasting Righetti‘s alert, crunchy check hooks instead. Kate workes the rope-a-dope, too – big blonde lays back brawny, hunkering her mitts at ears, rolling those shoulders, grabbing out for clinches around redhead‘s hips/arms. Righetti more alert, hungry when girls wrap up – wild eyes, little wiggles, pounds/swats to Kate‘s sides as girls stagger back and forth. Quick rat-a-tat attacks, as ‘Manda‘s getting thru to Upton‘s pretty features – short, drifting uppercuts find their way to Kate‘s eyebrow cut, while short, crisp combos rip left, right to blonde‘s lips/cheeks. Kate groans, stomping back sleepy, as knees wilt – more ropes, more hunkers!
Mid-round scenes – pulverizing left jabs/right crosses bunch up Kate‘s jugs, get blonde all gurgly, grunting in pain. Upton‘s showing signs of wilt, frustration, not finding her rhythm to fight back – fast, overhand hooks miss, the jab‘s getting outworked mid-ring, tossing haymakers don‘t make an impact. Big Red fixing her blonde up at ropes, corners: she takes little forearm nudges to Kate‘s rack, especially when the ref‘s view‘s blocked, then lays in all brawny, clipping short, shrugged crosses off Kate‘s jaw, making her taste the smack! Upton‘s eyed dazed, legs buzzed, but she‘s still working – two short body hooks stoop low to Righetti‘s trunks/ribs, before Kate slides out to right, hands low, looking to lock eyes with Amanda, provoke her. Righetti‘s immediate payback – a stately overhand right cross rips past Kate‘s pawing left, whups to her right temple, has her wobbly-butt again!
Down the stretch – Amanda stalking Kate, working brawny behind a pulverizing step poke, steadily detonating right hands off Kate‘s paunch/neck/ears. Upton‘s legs a wonder – she‘s a dizzy, outworked beauty, but she‘s still leggy, taking slides, shifts to the sides/back/corners, or just wrapping Rigs up MEATY in clinches, tie-ups, defending herself via little pushes/shoves. Ref‘s break just moments before bell: Kate lunges out the overhand right – TASTES the flush jab/straight right to her mouth/chin, head jerking back, as legs, knees stomp wobbly on the spot!
During the break – Nicole slapping to Kate‘s cheeks, wiggling stern, lecturing fingers into her face, as she‘s giving her the hardball talk. Ali Landry‘s opinion? “That was about as good as round as *anyone* in boxing could have against Kate Upton, but can Big Rigs do that for four more rounds? She ain‘t 25 no more, guys! Seeing a blonde like Kate still on her two feet after that arse-kicking‘s got to be a problem for Amanda‘s mentality.“
Round 7:
Parameters unchanged – Kate‘s outworked, miserable, fighting back with a pout on her lips. Amanda leggy, mobile, taking constant hops, slides, shifts – she‘s working HARD to gas Upton, limit her range, box her legs into ropes/corners.
Upton stumbles out to left and right, just being grouchy, pouty, as her jugs, lungs are heaving, and arm rest on her hips – she‘s wild, explosive when trying to get inside, attempting to weave n‘ step in, hoping Rigs won‘t catch her the jab/right cross on approach. A minute in, Amanda‘s taking pivots around Kate hunched on the ropes, hunkered down, showing her earmuff guard. Righetti upping her rhythm, tempo, and letting those fists rip into a quick, bashing salvo of attacks on her blonde foe – left jab to right boob, left hook up to temple, right hook to biceps, right uppercut to left ear! Kate‘s all jolted around, belted, CLOBBERED on the spot – she steps out a mouth-breathing, stumbled beauty, taking heaves to regain her composure, but raises her arm, her lips a-quivering, as big blonde‘s incredible legs, heart just won‘t quit, defying the crowd‘s excited “Rigs!, Rigs!“ chants.
Mid-round scenes: Righetti‘s showing signs of drain – she‘s gassed!
Redhead still forcing the pressure, but she‘s starting to pin n‘ smother her blonde more than she‘s throwing punches at her, as those legendary legs slow down, arms all weary from those DRAMATIC surges at blonde girl. From the ropes, Kate‘s still hunkered down, rising, rolling, and she CLIPS Rigs a short, shoulder-shrug right hand – late reaction sees Righetti‘s head caught flush, as shot kisses off her left eyebrow with a blast! Kate‘s alive in this battle! Righetti‘s head kicks back a little on jolt impact, folding her up into Kate‘s arms, as girls tie up brawny around each other‘s arms/torso, pressing. Ref‘s break‘s sees Righetti stutter-step, immediately backpedalling to the right, forming earmuff, as legs get wobbly, her left eye displayed all puffy, red!
Girls step up close, crouchin‘, diggin‘ into each other like freaking maniacs – arms, shoulders just bump n‘ slug for control, as Kate‘s now trying to shrug MORE short, right uppercuts to Amanda‘s left eye! Big Red steps out hurt from the fray, and she‘s a confused beauty on edge, hands outstretched in get-off-me-you-bytch shoves to Kate‘s shoulders/rack – redhead‘s broad white back hits the ropes for the first time in a while! Upton bulls on top, rubbing her forehead against Righetti‘s – bumpin‘, sluggin‘ her into the ropes, tossing BIG right hands into redhead paunch/ribs, as Manda‘s groaning, leaning out to protect her left eye, trying to pull down Kate‘s head for messy breaks.
Down the stretch – Kate jerking, jolting shots from the spot. She‘s lunging away for greedy speed hooks upside Amanda‘s pretty, hurt face, as Righetti‘s just dipping side-to-side in big-girl fashion, rolling her shoulders, stooping back mean body shots to Upton‘s toned stomach – preventing the big blonde from running roughshed over her, as Amanda‘s swollen left eye‘s put back Kate on the map, equalising things again in this rollercoaster battle! Girls slow down, protecting cuts/eyes – as chanting “Kate!, Kate!“, “Manda!, Manda!“ shouts alternate, compete in the audience.
At bell, the ref splits the two big girls apart – girls stay in swagger, hands on hips on the spot, look each other down, pierce deep into opposite souls. Kate upbeat, smiling during break, as adrenaline rushes out the pasting she‘s taken so far tonight – Righetti‘s corner‘s working hard on her eyebrow cut/swell, as redhead‘s frustrated, cussing at Nadia.
Round 8:
Girls so slow, sluggish, messy at this point – Righetti‘s already taken Kate‘s legs out of the fight, and last round, Kate‘s finally reciprocated. Big, brawny beauties set up to always fight right there on the spot – just short, one-shot slugs/lean-ins, as girls smother each other‘s punches/receipts in thudding, mid-ring toe-to-toe combats! No leggy rangework, pivots, hops – this is mindless, grinding phonebooth action (shot, shot, clinch). Left hands remain clutched at respective eye/temple, as both girls sport nasty swells/cuts – the action‘s tousled, messy as pretty foreheads bump against each other, shoulders or jugs rub, and both girls lean brawny upper torsos into each other, trying to clip righties!
Mid-round scenes – girls still more tentative, protecting their left eyes, jabbing less, trying for one-shot glory via sloshing right hands, always circling each other close, pretty eyes firmly locked behind gloves in steely-eyed focus.
Hard, brutal trade: Kate rushing into a jab/straight right hand attack, but she‘s getting clipped a snappy left hook across her cheeks, then shoved a jug uppercut, followed by two short, peppy shots into her face – as Righetti‘s right cross shot hisses past Kate‘s ducking head/ear, Upton‘s able to land two chup-chup uppercuts to Amanda‘s rack/tummy, clubbering a left hand across the faltering redhead‘s right side of head, bodying up tight around Rigs‘s torso, taking her ropeward for a pin-down, lean-on.
Final minute – girls just maul away in true big-girl, stop-n‘-go action! Short, messy jabs get girls into inside range, imediately making the other fighter tie up, just struggling to see who‘s got the stronger bod. Girls take turns and reach under each other‘s arms, bodying up, muscling forward – pretty faces so strained with exhaustion and competing will power, while buttocks ring from impact shots, strong thighs quiver, lips part, the girls‘ hair all tousled apart.
Lots of scenes near the ropes/corners, as girls bull forward, reverse – they totter n‘ tumble alongside the apron, trying to slug out an advantage, as elbows, shoulders, forearms get all busy, brutal until the ref‘s stepping in to warn girls to stay fair. Kate‘s particularly effective via her short inside shrug-in body hooks to Righetti‘s biceps/upper flanks, trying to drive out air/energy from Big Red‘s athletic body – Righetti‘s negotating it well, dippin‘, rollin‘, stepping into tall, hard jabs to Kate‘s forehead/ear, splitting her bottom lip with a fearsome double jab late.
Bell – there‘s been plenty of back-and-forth action between tired, struggling big girls, as judges can only rule this round a draw. Girls sink onto respective stools for the break: the breathing‘s harder, fists clenched, adrenaline rushing through bodies – two more rounds to go!
Round 9:
Girls set up, immediately snuggle up close and fight in a huddle, heads down, arms pawing – girls bump heads/shoulders, trying to slant shots down each other‘s breadbasket, core. Righetti‘s flat-footed, but still trying to dip, lean in/out in trademark supple fashion, falling into Kate via quick jab n‘ grab attacks, embracing her blonde, making her take weight. Girls always try to land first on ref‘s breaks, get the initiative – there‘s wide, looping overhand shots from Kate‘s crouch/stance, while Righetti‘s popping off left body hooks/jabs off her tall, flat stance.
A minute inside the action, Righetti‘s setting her left shoulder more towards Kate, her left leg out front, spitting jabs out from a tighter, mobile crouch – Kate stays low, rolling with the incoming shots, stooping back short, thumping right hands just upside Righetti‘s crotch/trunks. Second minute – girls push, shove, work hard for more control.
Righetti‘s famed pumping jab poke‘s finally back in spots, as redhead gets into her short, peppy rhythms again, trying to locate a bobbin‘, weavin‘ Upton‘s jawline or mouth, set up the HARD right cross off the jab work. Upton slides to her own right, trudging the canvas, stepping away from the poke, as she‘s shut out a bit, still trying to trigger those shock n‘ awe haymakers from her lap, leaning her full hips into these massive punches. Girls still so tight, intense – many tie-ups, clinches around each other‘s hips/shoulders, making strong welter buttocks quiver, ring.
A minute to go, girls both trade a BLAST of short, heavy right hands to each other‘s left ear – and it‘s Kate who stumbles off to the ropes in a haze! Upton‘s forced into a clinch, laying her head past Amanda‘s broad right shoulder, her breath pumping – Big Red squirms, wiggles, trying to tap body shots to Upton‘s kidney/flanks, as girls stumble against cables and back, as ref‘s shouting stern warnings to keep action clean, fair despite flared temper, heated energy!
Ref‘s break: girls immediately trade long jabs to mouth – Amanda‘s follow-up right hook misses Kate‘s left ear, as Upton‘s splashing hook flushes to Righetti‘s left eye, swelling it into a slit! Righetti groans, back-pedalling, ready to set up her earmuff at the ropes – her quick jab/straight hand combo brushes up off Kate‘s temple/eye, putting the blonde wobbly-butt instead! Righetti slides out, a left jab poke-pawing down the stretch – Kate‘s still trying to lean in, trigger ‘Manda‘s jab, but she‘s caught another crisp, HARD combo just upside her head/eyes, back-pedalling into range.
Bell – both girls take heavy breaths, staying there with their hands on hips, as the crowd‘s whistling, cheering them on aloud. Cut men work hard on respective swollen eyes, cuts, as girls pretty much wince, groan from all the hurt administered to sore ribs, muscles tonight. Nicole‘s concentrated, adamant during the break: “C‘mon, Kate, you can do this – she‘s there for the taking, girl, and the glory‘s all friggin‘ yours!“ Opposite the ring, Nadia‘s massaging Amanda‘s arms, legs: “You‘ve done this plenty of times, girl – this is your round, finish strong!“
Is Ali Landry ready for a late prediction? “Let‘s just say that I‘m not ready to bet the farm on one of these girls, folks!, she shares her thought, smirking. “I‘ve got Righetti slightly ahead on the cards, and it‘s possible Kate‘s going to need a knockout to win this thing. Can she do it? Of course! But you gotta like Righetti to just grind it out until the bell, too.“
Round 10:
Girls pretty much haul those big, tired bodies back to mid-ring from opposite corners, dragging their left/feet, pretty much lugging across the canvas – both girls have simply been shocked and awed tonight. Crowd‘s on its feet, applauding both fighters – and there we go *ding, ding, ding!*
Girls set up hips, plant their feet on the spot, as action‘s slow, sluggish, yet methodically brutal and dangerous. Kate, ‘Manda go toe-to-toe in the friggin‘ pocket, lean into opposite blasts, shrug short uppercuts left/right, left/right – girls take sad, exhausted dips, rolls, lean-aways, as HAMMERS toss n‘ fly, and girls just try to dodge the sledgehammers as best as they can! Girls stay flat-footed, stalking each other in slow, intense mid-ring pivots, both hands at eyes/mouth, just a-leaning in to shrug the other girl body or jaw shots for glory! No leggy rangework, jabs – just mindless, brutal, rough shots landing left n‘ right, as girls clip shots, fall in, tie up, grind, bull forward, as muscles tense, buttocks firm up, shoulders bump, forearms push, heads rubs, chests heave, sweat drips off tired, magnificent bodies!
About a minute in: girls react slow, as guards drop in spots, elbows sink to allow gruesome, nasty body shots to hated rival jugs/ribs/tummy – girls rotate left/right, left/right out of tight, intense crouches, just SMITING shots off each other‘s shoulder, putting legs, hips, cores behind the blasts!
Righetti lands a right cross to Kate‘s left ear, and the blonde‘s legs, buttocks go all seesaw into a tremble, as her knees soften up, wilt! Wide, loping body uppercuts unleashed on Upton‘s jugs, as short, stooping right hooks dig at her liver, kidneys! Kate‘s knees take a wild buckle, hitting her to ropes in a stumble – Kate totters right, slips a jab, somehow rights, belts a straight right to Amanda‘s jawline! Now Righetti‘s reeling! Rigs lurches right in a stagger, dipping, trying to erect – Kate‘s sloshing haymaker misses past her left ear, as ‘Manda‘s hard right hook just SMITES off Kate‘s mouth! Upton‘s draped back across the ropes – the crowd‘s just gasping in shock, as girls go rumble, tumble on each other! Kate rotates out of a crouch, dips – STOMPS the low, short body hook just barely upside Righetti‘s trunkline, gurgling her, folding her forward! Upton pushes off Righetti‘s brawny shoulder, clobbers her upright via a nasty jug double nudge, taps her ear, taps her ear! Amanda teeters right, left, right, trying to step away from the onslaught!
Nicole, Nadia screaming hearts, lungs out – “clinch!, clinch!“
Righetti‘s turn to hit the ropes, where she rolls, rotates, misses via the right overhand, but brings the overhand left to Kate‘s jaw, splash! Upton‘s back-pedalled, her eyes a total blank, so dizzy – Righetti steps out for a lunge at her, and WALKS into Kate‘s shrug left uppercut upside her left eyebrow! Girls in stupor, mouths open, lips parted in shock – Righetti shifts right in a panic, her left eye a swollen slit, hazing her vision. Right hook! Right hook! Kate stepping in the overhand right hand hooks to Manda‘s temple, forehead – Righetti‘s tottering backward, still trying to lope back the massive righty haymaker herself, narrowly missing a graze upon Kate‘s hairline, as Kate slips low in pure autopilot survival mode! Righetti GOBSMACKED – she‘s reeling left, right in a totter, tilting, CRASHING onto her back hard!
Kate‘s in a stumble, just hitting the ropes, as her own legs fail, wilt, soften up, momentarily missing everything that‘s happening with Righetti, as the blonde‘s just trying to right herself, stay upright on those hazy, wobbly legs!
Amanda rolled onto her back, her legs stretching out, eyes dimly awake, as her head‘s lolling left/right, lips mumbling incoherently – she‘s attempting to lift her back off the friggin‘ canvas, disoriented, trying to fight onto her side, haunches, but she‘s sinking back sadly in trembles, as her legs, muscles just won‘t jolt back into action in time!
Upton‘s fans roar and shout, as Kate‘s finally turns, stabilizes herself against the ropes – POUNDING her chest with her right glove, as Righetti‘s still only stirring, not beating the count, as Kate finally realizes her late, shocking triumph over her biggest welter rival!
Winner: Kate Upton – KO Round 10
After:
Audience roars and shouts, as welter beauties beat the hell out of each other in a round-of-the-year slugout, simply putting *everything* they got into shocking two-way trade in the tenth!
Kate raises her right arm, lips a quiver, thighs a tremble, her sweaty, blonde hair tousling apart, as she‘s leaning against the ropes, and Nicole and Lookout‘s team immediately rush in to help her. Upton‘s fans so fired up, spurring their girl on with “Kate!, Kate!“ chants, as Righetti‘s fans gasp in a state of silent, awed shock. A tired, still rickety Kate Upton attempts to make her way over to the patch of canvas where Righetti‘s still sprawled out, but an instant WALL made up of protective stablemates Kira Kosarin, Tasya Teles and Camille Kostek blocks her way forward quickly.
Cam Kostek‘s especially vocal, raising a slight frown on Kate‘s pretty face – “You‘re just going down later, Upton!“
Kate silently turns around, climbing a turnbuckle instead, loudly screaming out to her crowd of supporters: “I freakin‘ run this disivion – me! I‘m the face of the FCBA, because I‘m the freakin‘ queen! Just look at her over there!“
Righetti‘s helped up, recovering pretty quickly – she‘s first propped up onto all fours, her head down, taking deep heaves of disappointment. On her stool just a bit later, her face‘s a steely-eyed mask, her left eye puffy, swollen to a slit, as her team‘s working on various cuts, wounds – she‘s shaking her head in disbelief and anger, lost in her own world wondering what‘s gone wrong in the tenth, putting a towel over her head to just shut out Kate‘s shouts of triumph.
Tempers calm down quickly, as girls are just too tired for further bouts of brag and show – girls properly led to mid-ring by the ref, as he‘s raising Kate‘s arm, before the girls engage in a short, but genuine, seemingly heartfelt embrace of mutual respect, muscles still all tense, as welter beauties pat each other‘s backs/shoulders, already exchanging glances of competitive threat, but that‘s saved for the next time these two will meet in the ring!
Later, big blonde Kate‘s placed on her stool, looking all aches and hurt now, ribs bandaged, left eye plastered, as the adrenaline‘s washed away, but she‘s shedding tears of joy, getting a big hug by Nicole – it‘s an early Christmas present for Upton, as she‘s erased Amanda‘s lead in their rivalry, taking home bragging rights, if just for now.

“I think that might have been the most intense battle between Amanda and Kate yet – I‘m speechless, guys! I guess I was right about my firefight prediction, right? I mean, I am surprised they didn‘t just simultaneously knock each other out there! Anything could have happened. And while I understand her emotions, Righetti‘s got herself to blame for slugging it out with Kate like that – I told you she should have just grinded it out, man.“
What does Ali think that we can expect from these girls going forward?
“Well, Kate‘s gotta rush for a title challenge soon, no doubt – her time‘s up again! As for Amanda – well, the supermodels have counterpunched her a bit, but I don‘t think it will be much of an issue for her in 2021. Every time you think Righetti‘s lost even a tiny bit of her magic – she comes back stronger than ever. And Kate and Amanda are split 3-3 now – that will just mean more fun and plenty of hard-hitting mayhem next year! I‘m looking forward to it – make sure you invite me again, guys, because I want to be there!“
