Sophia Bush vs Ivana Baquero: settling their issues

Following the ambush by some of Lookouts! Girls during Emmuelle Chriqui's birthday bash ( fcba.freeforums.net/thread/578/emmanuelle-chriquis-birthday-bash?page=1&scrollTo=1608 )
Sophia Bush and Ivana Baquero both wanted to get revenge on the Lookout! Girls and especially their mortal enemy Jenna Louise Coleman.
But while they were friends, there was animosity between them as they had ended up fighting each other as they let their emotions get out of control, if not for Jennifer Connelly separating the two, maybe one would have got badly hurt.
It was clear though that they hadn't got the anger at each other out of their systems and they were told to come to the Alpha Boxing Club gym on Monday to sort this issue out once and for all.
Both were told to come before the rest of the girls from ABC were expected in and to bring a gym bag with training gear in case it was needed.
Sophia arrived first dressed in a long red dress, matching heels and wore a denim jacket over her dress to cover her arms from the cold.
She entered the office of her stable to see Jennifer Connelly and Girls Friday assistant Melanie Sykes talking and sharing a coffee together.
Both nodded to Sophia and Jennifer waved to one of the two empty chairs in front of her desk for her to seat, neither manager spoke to Sophia as they treated her like a pupil visiting the headmistress, being made to wait.
Not long after, Ivana entered the office wearing a black blouse and black jeans to match her heels, Sophia and her stared hard at each other as Jennifer said "good, now please sit down so we can get started"
Ivana does as asked but gives Sophia one more lingering glare, before turning her attention to Jennifer and her boss Melanie.
"OK girls, we checked the footage and saw what happened, so now we want you guys to make up one way or another" says Jennifer sternly as she waits for one girl to say sorry.
A long silence occurs till Ivana breaks the ice by saying "I don't know what I'm sorry for, I saved her from being beaten up and she started our fight"
Sophia interrupts "because you acted like a bytch about it, look I'm sorry I slapped you, but you deserved it!"
Ivana threatened "maybe I should slap you now then because you're being a bytch" both girls stand up and Jennifer screams "sit down!" At both.
It startles even Melanie, who has to tell Jennifer how impressed she is later, for now she is to watch and make sure her girl is getting a fair deal here.
Both girls do as told but are certainly upset by the situation, that changes as Jennifer says "OK girls, you're grown ups so this is the deal, since we don't want a stable war over your silly spat, either shake or get changed and fight in the ring, me and Melanie are impartial and will stop the fight if one or both of you looks in danger of being badly hurt, what happens in the ring is up to you two, so decide now"
Neither girl shakes as they stand again, Ivana tells Sophia "even if I wanted to shake, you deserve an ass kicking for that slap"
Sophia replies "f*** you little girl, that mouth of yours is what got you in this mess in the first place" before Jennifer shouts "get changed then ladies!"
In the Lockers, the girls get changed in silence, each takes a quick peek at the other as they change to see what they are up against and are secretly hoping the other does apologize, as they are starting to feel guilty for their part in this issue, but the way the other is acting is riling them up to fight.
They enter the gym part again, side by side, Sophia has a white sports bra on with matching workout shorts that hug her figure, while Ivana has a red sports bra and matching shorts.
Both are told to take their trainers off in case they start kicking each other and head to opposite sides of the ring to enter.
Melanie rings a bell as if this were an official fight and both girls start circling each up, they faint that they are going to lunge at each other till they get to a point where they stand up straight and think "f*** it"
Both lunge at each other and start pulling hair as they try to take each other down to the ring canvas.
Some hair is starting to be tugged out and drop to the ring canvas as the girls start kicking each others shins to try and take each other down.
Finally with both grunting with the repeated shots, Sophia uses her extra weight to power Ivana towards a set of ropes.
Once Ivana's back hits said ropes, Sophia starts throwing body shots to try and end this fight early as bare knuckle hits flesh.
Ivana yells in pain but punches Sophia to her jugs to cause her to yell in pain, then she rifles a knee between them that scores to her stomach.
Both release each other to create space as Ivana is quick as a cat to escape off the ropes as they check for early damage.
Circling with their hands out stretched in front of them in a wrestler style crouch, this suits Ivana more as she has a trainer in a certain Taryn Terrell and she quickly goes for the legs of Sophia to trip her up by diving to the ground and tackling the nearest leg.
Sophia lands on her side and Ivana drives up her body to lock in a hammerlock (arm behind Sophia's back) to cause her downed opponent some discomfort.
Meanwhile Sophia is trying to free herself but at the moment, she is struggling as this is something she's never experienced before.
It doesn't help when Ivana pulls her to a sitting position and wretches the arm up further to cause her to scream, "Submit" tells Ivana to Sophia.
Melanie is looking proud of her girl, till Sophia starts powering up with her legs to a standing position, then starts kicking to the legs of Ivana to force her to release her hold and step back to shake her left leg, which took most of the brunt of the counter attack, as Sophia shakes her left arm to get the feeling back in it.
Again they crouch but Sophia barrels into Ivana and tackles her into a corner, Ivana in desperation is landing strikes with her fists in a axe like motion to Sophia's back.
Sophia can be heard groaning but she surprises Ivana by using her shoulder and her hands on either side of the ropes to force the air from Ivana's stomach out.
She let's Ivana fall to her behind in the corner, before stomping down into her belly as the Spanish girl covers up as best she can and Melanie is in two minds whether to throw in the towel for her girl.
But in desperation, Ivana now starts lashing her foot out and Sophia takes a wicked kick to her stomach to back her away.
As she tries to grab the legs of Ivana, the smaller girl catches her in the face and down goes Sophia to her bum, holding her face as she shrieks in pain.
Ivana pulls herself up to sit up against the bottom ropes and as Sophia pulls her hands from her face, she can see some blood coming from the nostrils of Sophia, who has tears in her eyes and a vengeful look.
Pulling themselves to their feet, gone are the wrestling type moves, both girls tempers are gone and they lash out with slaps to faces and kicks to knees.
Neither is exactly thinking straight as Ivana gets knocked back by Sophia, her bottom lip is cut from a straight to her lips.
Sophia is punching Ivana's arms blindly, trying to knock her out as both sets of managers look at each other to silently ask each other, should we stop these two now?
Secretly though, they are hoping their girl wins as they watch the action happen right in front of them.
Sophia is shouting "bytch!" With each punch she is throwing, she starts digging to the body of Ivana to cause her to yelp with each strike.
But she leaves herself open to Ivana, who punts Sophia between her legs, Sophia crumbles to the ground, holding herself between her legs and Ivana leans against the ropes, too sore to finish the fight straight away.
As she gets her breath back, she sits behind Sophia as she remembers a submission that Taryn taught her when she had down time.
Ivana pulls Sophia's head back by her hair and locks in a dragon sleeper (her arm is wrapped around Sophia's neck so her head is through the gap between her body and her arm) then she adds a body scissors to make matters worse.
Sophia tries to fight out of the hold but her energy is being sapped from a lack of air and from the pain running through her body.
Finally Sophia taps out on Ivana's arm and the Spanish girl let's her go as their managers rush in to check both girls.
Ivana surprises them by checking Sophia is going to be OK, the girls both have tears in their eyes as Sophia says "what the hell was that?"
Ivana quickly replies "wrestling, remember who my head trainer is babe" before she adds "I'm sorry I had to get so rough but does that mean the airs cleared between us or do I have to keep fighting you?"
Sophia coughs a little as she clears her throat, she answers "you beat me so what's the point in keep fighting you"
"Because we're friends and sometimes you have to beat each other to sort issues out" says Ivana as Sophia laughs and hugs her friend.
"I don't know if it's worth it being your friend if I have to brawl with you" says Sophia before letting Ivana go and winking at her as their bosses look at them as if they're nuts.
Jennifer asks "so you two won't be causing bother for me again as we sort out these issues with Lookouts girls?"
Sophia and Ivana look at each other and nod at Jennifer as Melanie says "good, now we just have to plan out how we are going to get revenge against those bytches who attacked our girls"
Jennifer grins ear to ear as she replies "oh I have a plan for that, we can discuss that now these two are friends again, where they fit into ruining Jenna Louise Coleman's life for her sneak attack!"
Sophia and Ivana's eyes light up at the mention of ruining Jenna's life, "finally" think both the biggest enemies of Jenna, as they get a chance foe revenge for all the trouble she's caused them this past year.
"Where do we start boss?" Asks both girls in unison as Jennifer and Melanie helps them up and back to the office they go to hear Jennifer's moves in both the FCBA and the BBU to deal with their rivals.
