TESS VALMORE
MAYBERRY/C.LLOYD Mayberry come into this bout with 9-4 record and on a five fight win streak. So far her opponents have been third tier fighters. This is Mayberry’s 15th fight. She is now out of the newbie stage and time to step up in competition. Lloyd also comes into this fight with a 9-4 record and is on a four fight win streak. I don’t stick my nose into the BBU since I have enough on my plate with the FCBA, I have no idea about Lloyd or her competition. Mayberry is also from the UK. This bout doesn’t excite me, but I will go with Mayberry
KNIGHTLEY/CHASTAIN Knightley has won four of her last five, but her opponents were generally losers. She had lost six straight before that. Electra says Chastain comes into this fight with a 10-1 record. I will take her word for it since I can only find a 9-1 record. She should know. Knightley is ranked at 37 and Chastain is ranked at 41 by Boxing World. The problem is that Knightley is ranked with the flyweights while Chastain is ranked with the bantams. I happen to like Chastain. I think she will beat Knightley
V.GARDNER/LIPA Gardner comes into this fight on a four fight win streak. I think she now has a 9-4 record, Lipa comes in with a 1-1 record in the FCBA. Gardner is a bantam. Lipa is a lightweight. Lipa beat Ratajkowski in her last fight. I think that spells trouble for Gardner. The Dollhouse will lose this one
CHERYL.COLE/LAVIGNE Cole comes into this fight after losing to Kreuk in February. That loss broke a nine fight win streak. Cole in ranked at six in Boxing Worlds flyweight rankings. Since losing to Megan For in 2017, she has notably stayed away from any top ten fighter although she does have a a bout with Panettiere in the April PPV. It’s no secret that you don’t want to invite Lavigne and me to the same party. You might say we don’t see eye to eye. She has gone 3-2 for the year, but to her credit those losses were to Panettiere and Lowndes, fighters Cole has avoided. I think Lavigne will be victorious.
E.ROBERTS/V.HUDGENS Let's make this short. Roberts has beaten one Hudgens, but it was Stella and not Vanessa. This will be Hudgens 99th fight on her way to the Hall OF Fame. It makes no difference if she wins or loses in this fight, as she already has the win ratio to get it. Hudgens notches another W
It should be noted that Cole, Gardner, Knightley and Hudgens all have fights in the April PPV which will go eight days before this card.
This card adds another fighter making an FCBA debut. That brings the number of newbies for the year to 34
