TESS VALMORE
M.VEGA/K.NEWTON Both of these two are making their debut. As usual with Newbies, I have no idea of their capabilities. I will pass on this bout
B.MADISON/SULA This is Madison’s second bout. She lost her first to Lind on a sixth round KO. This is also Sula’s second bout. She also lost her first bout to Alison Mack at the Asylum to Alison Mack. Since the Wiz brought Sula into the FCBA and respecting his eye for talent, I will go with Sula to win
TAYLOR-JOY/M.RODRIGUEZ Rodriguez is a strange case. She will be 41 this year. She broke in 2003 and fought some of the best. She had one bout in 2004 and then disappeared FCBA for 12 years re-emerging in 2016. Since that time she has gone 5-3. This will be her first fight since August. Taylor-Joy is nineteen years younger and two inches taller. She has won three of four, but hasn’t beaten any one of note. Experience is on Rodriguez side. Age and size favor Taylor-Joy. Although I don’t really remember Taylor Joy, I will go with youth and size to win. Taylor-Joy by a KO. As an asidE, that outfit that Taylor-Joy wears on the Archive is awful. So tacky.
In the New Blood bantam tournament winner’s bout, I have to admit that I don’t have a clue. Sula has had a fight and was a Wiz pick I picked to win her semi-final bout, so I will go with her to win the New Blood 2019 bantam title. My record of predicting bouts this way is not very good and that could be an understatement
This card adds two more fighters making their debut in 2019. That brings the total to 24. So far Danes is the only fighter to officially retire. That give us 24 in and one out.
