TESS VALMORE
I going to pass on the New Blood Welter tournament since I don’t know anything about the participants other than they are among the thousands walking for Victoria Secret
S.GOMEZ/S.CARTER Both fighters ended last year on winning notes in the November PPV. Gomez finished the year with a 3-4 record while Carter ended up with a 3-2. This will be Carter’s 99th fight. She really needs to win this one as she is short of wins to get into the Hall Of Fame on her 100th fight, but can get in with three straight wins. The two have never fought before. I have to go with Carter. She has all the incentive
BUSH/DUSHKU Bush won her last bout of the year in November finishing the year at 4-3 and is now on a three fight win streak. Dushku, a Hall Of Fame member, is now 38 and has slowed down, having only two bouts in each of the last three years. She is 2-4 during that period. Bush is only two years younger than Dushku, but has been more active. I’m going to take a chance on Bush. however I’m not putting any money on it
HUDGENS/M.FOX Fox has been on a truly remarkable run the past two years. She has won 22 of 23 bouts. Her one loss was to none other than Vanessa Hudgens in 2018. That was the only time in her career that she faced Hudgens. Hudgens is also on a good streak. She was 11-1 last year with her only loss being to Michelle Williams. Boxing World has rated Fox as the number on contender with Hudgens being at three. I’m going to take a chance on Hudgens to repeat her win by a KO
