Our reporter sits watching football at Bazz with Beth Harnois, Poindexter Del Crunchy, and the Man In The Hat.
Reporter: "What did you think of that Doll Ball card last night, guys?"
Pointy: "Great stuff as always. Great stuff."
Man In The Hat: "Agreed. And, I also agree with Caspian that it's about time to see some of the Dolls get a shot at the title. And, I'd start with Avril and Emma."
Pointy: "I'd have to agree, Wizardo. Those two have earned their stripes over the last year or so."
Reporter: "So, it's clear why you aren't going to be involved in this month's pay-per-view. You COULD have told me..."
Man In The Hat: "Not my place. I don't run the Queendom cards..."
Reporter: "How long has an all-Front Street Queendom been in the works?"
Man In The Hat: "For quite some time, and we couldn't be more excited about it. We like to do things big. So, this is a way for us to enter JMD/D big, with all seven of the stable members who'll be participating involved."
Reporter: "How regularly are you going to be fighting JMD/D?"
Man In The Hat: "Well, we aren't going to have specialists like Chimera. All of our girls will fight plenty of regular fights. But. If there are interesting JMD/D fights out there for the seven girls who'll be on the Queendom card? We'll explore those opportunities."
Reporter: "Hannah Ferguson is a bit nonplussed that you turned her down for Hoopes..."
Man In The Hat: "No choice in the matter. We had a contract signed. And, I respect Hannah too much to send a fighter against her after only a week's recovery time."
Reporter: "I think Hannah may be rooting for Charlotte to get smothered out..."
Man In The Hat: "That won't happen. Charlotte may lose, but there will BE no post-fight shenanigans. The entire Front Street stable will be at the event, including the training staff. We will not be engaging in post-fight antics. And. We won't be PERMITTING them, either. And, this is the way it will be with JMD/D going forward where Front Street is involved. There will BE no shenanigans. Period."
Reporter: "Now, the Asylum announcement is coming up this week, and with seven girls on THAT card and six at Asylum..."
Man In The Hat: "Correct. Thirteen of our fourteen fighters will be in action this month, and I do believe that's a record for the most fighters from one stable fighting in a single month. But. I'm sure Mr. V will correct me if I'm wrong."
Just then Tess and Cassandra Lynn Scerbo come walking into the room carrying a huge platter of cheese and crackers, complete with some meats and fruit.
Reporter: "I WONDERED where you two were! Dinner's coming up, you know..."
Cassie: "Tess got hungry so I called Chef. He threw together a little something to tide her over and we went through the tunnels on the golf cart to pick it up and bring it over..."
Pointy: "We HAVE food here, girl..."
Beth: "How many different cheeses are ON that thing?"
Cassie: "TWELVE!"
Tess (grinning): "NOBODY makes a cheese plate like Chef! I don't know where he GETS all this stuff..."
Beth: "A lot of it is flown in. We do that a couple of times a week..."
Reporter: "If we can get back to the subject of Asylum. That means six of seven girls will be on the card..."
Tess (smiling): "And, before you do any calculations, let me save you the time. Chloe Bennet is taking the month off."
Reporter: "How do you know THAT?"
Tess: "I ASKED Wiz in the wake of yesterday's announcement. I can DO math..."
Reporter: "So. Asylum is going to have Levy, Stewart, Reinhart, Swan, Arterton, and Hill."
Man In The Hat: "By process of elimination, yes..."
Reporter: "Now, if we can go by previous years, I know what the theme is..."
Man In The Hat: "I see smoke risin' from your boyfriend's head, Tess..."
Tess: "Not as high as it will rise from Mac's when she finds out she has to do TWO cards with Cassie this month."
Cassie: "I, on the other hand, am looking FORWARD to it."
Man In The Hat (grinning): "I'm sure you ARE, Cassandra Lynn. I'm sure you are. Now. Let's watch some ball, shall we?"
