First of all, we want to say a huge thank you to everybody for participating in the Female Celebrity Boxing Association (FCBA) and for all of their help in making it the best celebrity fighting league on the planet, in our humble opinion! That's due to all of you and we can't say thank you enough!
Extinct
Safe
(4) We want to make it clear that we did not want to move any stables to the inactive list. However, if people are going to participate in the FCBA, they need to take part on a fairly consistent basis and need to keep their fighters active one way or another. This is a hobby and a very fun one, but it does require a little bit of effort to communicate with us and with the league in general. At a minimum, it's good to check the boards at least once a month at the beginning to set up matches for your fighters and then at the end of the month to see the PPV and respond to that as needed for your fighters. Of course, you're going to get out of what you put into it, so people who are more active are going to see more success for their fighters - that's just a fact. We understand how busy people's lives can be, but keeping us updated and making sure that we can help out when life events do occur is crucial when this happens so that things can proceed fairly and consistently!
However, when we start the next year, we will have only active rosters continuing to participate in the FCBA - it'll be a fresh start and a clean slate in 2019! We would love to have you participate, so we'll look forward to hearing from you!! Thank you all for everything you do in the league and have a great day!

However, for everybody who participates in the league, there is a certain responsibility to be involved on some level, whether that's writing, promotion, setting up matches or making sure your fighters stay busy - one way or another. For too long, there has been a "Pokemon" style or 'collector' mentality where you have to 'catch 'em all." or have as many of your favorite celebrities as possible. I'm sure on some level, it's done with positive intentions - who doesn't want to see one of their favorite celebrities be successful and be responsible, in some fashion, for seeing them succeed in the league? That's only natural - but just 'collecting' fighters and not doing anything with them actually PREVENTS them from being successful and that is going to come to a stop. It's that time of year again!
If you have a stable where you aren't able to keep all of your fighters consistently busy, then feel free to reorganize your stable. Release fighters that are no longer a priority for you so that other managers might be able to sign them or allow them to find work elsewhere. As much as we all want to promote as many fighters as possible, trying to manage too many means that none of your fighters may get a real 'push' in the league. So, don't hesitate to make a change if your stable needs it - your fighters deserve it!
At the end of this month, the following stables will now be moved from Endangered to two (2) separate categories (Safe and Extinct). If a stable moves to the extinct list, then all of those particular roster will be free agents effective immediately and if they are safe, then they will have made roster changes or plans to be more active in the future. Some of these stables are already on the extinct list and are over at the time of this post. This year, we are adding a third category called Vulnerable, which basically means that the stable is on probation. It would indicate that the managers have contacted us with an interest in being more active and/or consistent, so we will check back with them in approximately three (3) months and if they are no more active then they are today, then they could move to the 'Endangered' or even the 'Extinct' lists.
So, without further ado:
Extinct
Endangered
Vulnerable
Safe
3) We are also open to the possibility of co-management, which is a rare situation in the league and should remain so. However, it can be a beneficial arrangement if there is a fighter that deserves a bigger "push" than they are getting and if somebody is doing the majority of the writing, promotion and ensuring the fighter remains active, then they deserve credit too. If there is a fighter who would benefit from co-management, then let me know and we will be willing to approve that if it is the best interest of a particular fighter and stable!! If there are two managers who are both interested in one free agent, then co-management would also be considered in that situation if both managers are unable to come up with a different solution.

(5) Now, if you want to sign one of these highly coveted free agents, please respond on this thread or e-mail me. We won't be making any free agency decisions today as we want to give people a time to look over the various stables and respond, but while it will largely be first come, first serve, we will also be talking with each manager to determine how this particular free agent will work with your stable and whether they will be a good fit. Likely, unless you are a newer or smaller stable, you will need to make roster changes in order to accommodate a new fighter. If you're going to e-mail me with a proposal for a free agent, it might not be a good idea to e-mail me with an accompanying plan on how the free agent(s) would fit within your roster! Some managers may be making deals for their rosters prior to anything being finalized, so feel free to inquire and we will definitely keep you updated!
All stables will be Safe, Extinct or Vulnerable by December 30th to start the year off right, so please respond and stay updated.
