Our reporter and his blonde companion sit watching football at Bazz with Beth Harnois, Cassandra Lynn Scerbo, Poindexter Del Crunchy, and the Man In The Hat.
Reporter: "Lots of people weighing in on the Stewart situation, Wiz..."
Man In The Hat (laughing): "Well, at flyweight, snark is the rule of the day, isn't it, Cassandra Lynn?"
Cassie (smiling): "Like the welters have the power, we have the snark."
Beth: "Interestingly, Wizziepooh, Emma had some NICE things to say about Kristen..."
Man In The Hat: "Of COURSE she did. Ems and Kris got along very well when Ms. Roberts was here at Front Street working in our front office to keep her profile up. Worked out for her big time, just like it did for Anna Kendrick."
Reporter: "Now, that's an interesting thought right there. You always LIKED Roberts. The Dollhouse is ON RECORD as liking Stewart a lot. As I look at it, that would make an interesting trade..."
Pointy: "I can't WAIT to see where the lad goes with this..."
Reporter: "Hear me out, Pointy. Roberts and Avril HATE one another. They're fighting for supremacy at The Dollhouse every day. Dollhouse management LOVES Avril and Avril would love nothing more than Emma getting shown the door. Meanwhile, Av and Kristen got along very well. And, if Front Street trades Stewart, it would PROBABLY want a flyweight to replace her. Bantam and light are full since Perry and Hill are fighting light as well as welter and Front Street's out of the welter picture for now at least. Stewart for Roberts is value for value and a trade that works for both stables..."
Beth: "You know, Smackey, if you ever decide to retire from reporting, we might have a job for you in the front office at Foxfire. That's actually not badly thought out."
Reporter: "Two Top Twenty flys. And, maybe both could benefit by a change of scenery. It makes SENSE!"
Man In The Hat (smiling): "Does it, now?"
Tess (shaking her head): "My betrothed can never see the forest for the trees."
Reporter: "What do you mean?"
Tess: "I mean that, while all of that kind of makes sense, it's complicated. A lot of moving parts to it. I think there's a simpler solution if Wiz really IS going to move on from Stewart..."
Reporter: "DO tell..."
Tess: "Do you remember when Wiz decided to take Kat Graham off the active roster. Who replaced her?"
Reporter: "Levy."
Tess: "Correct. And, what was Levy doing at the time?"
Reporter: "She was helping out in Wiz's front office...but Alison Brie has already SAID she doesn't intend to be an active fighter and Jamie Lynn's basically retired..."
Tess: "Yes. But EMILY OSMENT is an active fighter and is NOT 'basically retired'. She's in the same position NOW that Jane was THEN. And Wiz and his management team think Emily has a lot of potential. So. If Wiz wants to move on from Kristen, all he has to do is release her and sign Emily. Problem solved."
Cassie: "Are you two DONE managing Uncle Wiz's stable yet?"
Tess (laughing): "I think we might be."
Man In The Hat (laughing): "Good. Then let's watch some ball."
