DELEVINGNE/WATERHOUSE Delevingne is an average fighter. She has a winning record due to her 4-1 record this year. Her opponents have not been particularly strong and when she goes against a ranked fighter, she loses. Waterhouse in her brief career has shown that she shouldn’t be in the FCBA. She has had five FCBA fights, lost all and has never finished the sixth round. Delevingne will win this fight.
MELLO/C.KELLEY I have no idea why Mello is even in the FCBA. She came up last year and has had only one fight which of course was against Ren. Eighteen months later no one has showed any interest in her until now, to simply to fill out a card. Kelley is kind of a duplicate. She has also only had one fight, the one against Ren. Twenty one months later, she also has gotten no interest. It’s painfully clear that these two were simply brought in to pad Ren’s record. Neither managed to finish the fifth. I have no idea who is going to win this bout. Mello is one inch taller so I will go with her
B.HADID/E.TURNER Hadid actually has won a fight. In fact, she has won two, one of which was over Waterhouse. Three of her four losses were to ranked fighters. The other was to Delevingne. According to the Archives, Turner has never had a fight with Ren. She did have a wrestling match with Ren, which Ren of course won. Turner has had two fights against nobodies which she won. I have to go with Hadid
A.LYNCH/RUSSO Lynch is actually a good fighter. She has a 13-5 record. Why was she chosen for this card? Well, maybe because she has lost to Ren three times. As for Russo, here we go again. Another model who was brought in 2017 to lose to Ren which she did and hasn’t been seen again until now. This is listed as catchweight. I am not sure why. Russo is listed as a bantam/lightweight and the two are the same height. No matter, Lynch will win
The intentions behind this card may have been good, but as it turns out, it was a bad idea. It exposes the bringing of models in to fight one fight for an easy win and then be ignored. Three of the eight have had one fight. Four of the eight have never won a fight. One hasn’t fought Ren, one has lost 2/3 of her fights and another has lost to Ren three times. At the end of this “tournament” I assume the winner will fight Ren. Seems to me to be a long way around to give Ren another win.

Look no further than Taylor Hill to find evidence how you can rise from a VIX rookie scouting card into a big contract with an established stable. It's way too early to write these girls off especially they're not exactly into their 40s here ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
Moreover Caspian has scouted Ren when she was still an Instagram starlet and long before Sports Illustrated crowned her as rookie of the year. How can you bet against that and dismiss Caspian's decision making?

It's okay, Vassago. I wasn't planning on responding, but I wouldn't want to burden others with my own battles. It exposes the bringing of models in to fight one fight for an easy win and then be ignored. I wanted to bring out my confusion over this line specifically, since it was the same person who said a little while earlier that these free agents weren't being used enough. I thought to myself at that point: he's right. So that's what we're doing now... using them. I see now that there's really no pleasing everyone. Tractorpull's commentary is like my mother giving me advice: mostly background noise, occasionally insightful, and I can't decide whether she genuinely hates my guts or is just trying to show me tough love. To the newcomers reading this: just book the fights you'd like to see.

Tough love is like Tess Valmore's middle name ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) But maybe she considers Taylor Hill a bust after all?

"...maybe she considers Taylor Hill a bust..." See, THIS is the kind of thing that keeps my head spinning. (OK, maybe it was the wine....) DOES Tess follow JMD(D) or not? If not, why does she keep writing things that encourage Vassago to use phrases like THAT ONE? If Tess DOES consider Taylor a "bust" doesn't that, in itself, make Taylor eligible for JMD...with/or without the 2nd D... or does it not? And if it does, will Tess take responsibility for it and actually get up off of (?) and go watch/cover/report on a JMD/D (with or without the /D) bout? Inquiring minds... at least those who don't have anything to watch on HBO for another hour or so yet... want to know.

Caspian, aren’t you being a little dramatic with the “hates my guts” comment. I have commented favorably on all the previous Vix cards. Outside of poking fun at Ratajkkowski for wearing very little in her daily and sometimes four appearances in an edition of the Daily Mail, we have been complimentary of members of your stable. We don’t always predict they will win but that doesn’t mean we hate them. Your comment about "booking the fight you’d like to see" makes me wonder. Mello debuted in March of 2017. Kelley's first fight was in January 2017. If you really wanted to see these two fight, why did it take you 19 months to schedule the fight? I believe you introduced both into the FCBA. I have no idea where all this Taylor Hill talk is coming from. Outside of being a good pickup by Front Street, I have hardly mentioned her name but then Mr V reads what he wants to and not what is there.

TESS VALMORE Caspian, aren’t you being a little dramatic with the “hates my guts” comment. Apologies! Seems I took that metaphor a little too far 😅 You know how it is when one's mother gets involved. I wasn't trying to imply any 'hatred' in either direction. Merely a little dislike.
