TESS VALMORE
HALSEY/KING Would it surprise you to know that King has never lost a fight? She is 11-0 for her career. Would it surprise you to know that Halsey has never won a fight? She’s only had one. She served as a human sacrifice for Lavigne. She serves the same purpose here. King wins
O’KEEFE/UTGAARD O’Keefe has actually won a bout. In fact, she has won two out of the seven she has had. Her last fight was 2 1/2 years ago. Utgaard is 14-1 after losing to Kostek in June. She shouldn’t have much trouble with O’Keefe. Utgaard wins
PARE/SWAN This will be Pare’s third visit to the Asylum. Have you noticed if you lose at the Asylum, you are going to probably get invited back. Pare has had five fights in the last five years and yes she lost them all. Her last win was in 2013. Swan has fought only two top ten fighters and lost to both. She did beat Rohrback back in 2016, but at the time Rohrbach was ranked at 40 in Boxing World. Pare is here for a reason. She will lose
BREWSTER/BENNET Brewster fits the mold. She has had four fights in five years, lost her last five with her last win being in 2012, Bennet has established herself as one of the better bantams. She deserves a better opponent than this. A winning streak over unimpressive opponents got her a title shot which she won and then established herself a place in the top ten. Once being a champ, I don’t think another win streak over easy opponents is going to get her another shot. Beating better opponents will Bennet wins
DAWSON/HILL Hill was in impressive pickup. I think it is one of Front Street’s best in years. She is going to face Dawson who is 3-3 in the last three years. She is decent opponent for Hill. The problem here, as Mr V has already pointed out, there probably won’t be much of Dawson left to fight. She has to fight Strahovski at the PPV which is should go about five hours before the Asylum. Oh the problems of scheduling. Strahovski should demolish Dawson. Hill will feed on the corpse
WOODLEY/REINHART This will be Woodley’s fourth trip to the Asylum. She was here three times back in 2015 and won two of the three with wins over Rambin. She’s only had four fights in the last three years and only one this year which she lost to Dobrev. She has a 5-5 record and holds a win over VanCamp. Reinhart has won all of her four fights, This is not a usual Bazz fight. Not only has Woodley done well at the Asylum, she has beaten some good fighters and is also two inches taller than Reinhart. I like Reinhart and think she is a comer, but I think she may get an education here. Woodley will spoil Front Streets home winning streak
