TESS VALMORE
ROBERTS/TISDALE Roberts is going after her tenth win in a row. Although she beat Sarah Carter, her opponents have been carefully selected. Now she gets Tisdale, whose management seems to be unenthusiastic in her career. I realize she as an assistant trainer and he has had only four fights in the last three years. She has lost seven straight and her last win was July 2014. Maybe she should do one or the other, but then who wants a trainer who hasn’t won a fight in years, other than Chimera. Roberts will win
MAYBERRY/BERGLUND Just how good is Mayberry? My guess is not very. What can you say about a fighter who has a loss to Adelaide Kane on her record. She has four losses against one win. She takes on Berglund. I have forgotten who Berglund is. She had one fight back in January 2017 and lost. Guess where. Yep, it was at the Asylum. Guess Electra figures if she is good enough to lose at the Asylum, she is good enough to lose at the Doll Ball. Of course, with Mayberry a win is not certain, but I will take the chance Mayberry wins.
WINNICK/MUNN Winnick, while on the road to nowhere, is one of the more attractive members of this stable. She does well as long as she stays within her age bracket Munn is in her age bracket. Munn is a fighter with a reputation. but with a record that is falling apart. She has lost six straight conventional fights plus one at JMD which just happened to be at the Doll Ball 5. I’ll take a chance on Winnick
LAVIGNE/GOMEZ What do I have to say good about Lavigne? Not much. This will be her seventeenth fight of the year and she has a record of 14-3. You might refer to her as the Kristen Stewart of the Dollhouse. Seventeen fights, fourteen wins and hasn’t found time to engage in a top ten. She has a fight in the September against Jenna Coleman who comes in at 21. That’s risky. After Gomez’s loss in the Vix/Lioness stable war, rumors are this may be a win or else fight for Gomez. Not a good sign considering Mr V’s eye for talent. Know how this is going to go. Lavigne will claim she was disrespected (although that is hard to do) and go one a foul mouthed rampage if she wins. She will.
DOBREV/B. THORNE JMD I will have changed channels on the TV by time this comes on. I avoid LA at all costs
