TESS VALMORE
MICHELE/McCURDY Michele is a seldom seen, unmanaged flyweight although she has had two fights this year, winning one. That win was her first since 2013. McCurdy is 2-1 for the year after her recent loss to Emma Roberts in Doll Ball 6. McCurdy is slightly bigger, younger, with more experience and a better record I see no reason why McCurdy shouldn’t win McCurdy by a KO
L. TYLER/UTGAARD Utgaard is climbing back into the ring after suffering the first loss of her career by being flattened by Kostek in the June PPV. Her opponent is Liv Tyler whois now 41. That makes her 17 years older than Utgaard. This is Tyler’s third visit to the Asylum, her last appearance being in 2014. She has lost nine in a row Her last win was in…drum roll….2002. That means that Utgaard was eight years old when Tyler won her last bout. On paper this looks like a sure Utgaard win. In actuality, it is a sure Utgaard win by a KO
REXHA/DENNINGS I have seen Rexha sing. I have seen Rexha box. I am not impressed Denning’s last loss was on 8/28/15. Since then she has a 15-0-1 record with wins over a couple good fighters along the way. Is there any doubt?
Dennings by a KO
KEYS/BENNET Yes, Keys returns to the Asylum. When was her last visit? It was her maiden fight on 1/13/11. She lost that fight to Pink. How many fights has she had since then? Zero, zip, none. The record of this 38 year old “fighter” is 0-1. She is facing what I consider to be the currently best fighter in the Front Street stable. Bennet will win by a KO
AGUILERA/STEWART My editor and publisher said if I can’t say anything good about Stewart to say nothing at all. Front Street will win
SONG?WINTER Once again Bazz sends a sacrificial lamb to the Asylum. I think this will be Song’s seventh trip to the Asylum. She actually won one back in 2015. She is now on a ten fight losing streak, five of those losses occurring at the Asylum. Winter had an eight fight win streak broken when she suffered her first loss since coming to Front Street in her loss to Lowndes on the May PPV. I have no doubt that Winter will win by a KO
