TESS VALMORE
This PPV features four newcomers. Like we really need a big influx of rookies. Well, they will serve their purpose
LANGFORD/KING King was had eight fights and has won them all. She hasn’t fought any one of note, which I guess is OK, since she is still learning. Her opponent is a newcomer. You know my rule. When a newcomer fights one with experience and a winning record, always go with experience King by a KO
STROUP/DENNINGS Stroup is a newcomer fighting the experienced Denning. The interesting thing in this matchup is that Stroup is 5’8”. That four inches taller than Dennings. Can experience overcame size? We shall see. but I have to go with Dennings
RITTER/ARTERTON This is a joke. Ritter who is 36 hasn’t fought in 2 1/2 years. When she has fought, she has lost (all five of them) This will be he fourth trip to the Asylum. Arterton can end it any time she wants. Arterton should be aware though of the three Front Street members that Ritter has faced, two are no longer fighting
GILPIN/SWAN Gilpin is a newcomer. Swan is a ranked lightweight Want to take bets. Bet on Swan, It’s easy money in the bank
WOLL/McKINNEY Woll has size. That’s about all I can say for her. McKinney has been fighting for a little over two years and is 8 years younger then the newcomer. McKinney is undefeated since joining Front Street. After this bout, she will still be undefeated.
WILDE/BENNET There was a comment made about how strong a stable Bazz was. I have to say the lightweights and welters are pretty dismal, but there is strength in the flyweights and bantams. The Wilde girl has been in a little of a funk recently, but is dangerous. Bennet held the title for almost six months before losing it in March. If the two were the same size, this would be a good bout. It still may be, but Wilde is not only older, inactive recently, but is 3 1/2 inches shorter than Bennet. I think that is too much to overcome. I have to go with Bennet, but if there is a fight on this card that Front Street can lose, this is it
