TESS VALMORE
I have to wonder about Lady Gaga. She got flattened by Justice in less than four rounds..Now she has now lost six straight and hasn’t won a fight since November of 2012 It seems to me that if one hasn’t won a fight in six years, that it is a pretty good indication that boxing is not their game. She is to the point now, that she is just being dragged into the ring to provide a win for someone that needs it.
I think I have made it clear that I am not in favor of wrestlers being in the FCBA Flair was in her fourth fight and got her fourth win and fourth KO. It wasn’t a big victory. Lancaster at age 38, is toast. She has lost not lost seven of her last eight. Prior to this fight Lancaster was ranked at 20 in the welters. Imagine someone who lost six of their last seven being ranked that high. Shows the state of the welters. In the last year, Lancaster has nowhere else other than FNL cards.
Johansson/Meester featured two fighters lately on the downside. Johansson recently broke her losing streak while Meester had lost her last three. Johansson is now looking better as a possible opponent as she sent Meester down her fourth straight loss
Ridley went a step too far in getting into the ring with Lilly. a six time unified champion. Lilly went through a rough patch but now seems to be coming out of it,
The main feature was an outstanding pairing with Kosarin/Bellisario going after a title match. It was a good bout that finally went Kosarin’s way in the final round so we will see her in a title match on the May card. Kosarin’s win eliminates a potential problem in that Bellisario is supposed to fight Nigri on the May card. Had she won she would have been scheduled for two fights on the same night. 0ne would have to be cancelled and it is not hard to figure out which one it would have been
