BEFORE: We’ve got a WWE match for you tonight: Bayley versus Naomi! The latter’s been a bit inactive in the FCBA for quite some time after having only one match, but that match was a win! Just like in their original domains, we have a little drama and flair for their entrances. As a throwback to her original, Naomi is coming out in her Funkadactyl gear: a blue sparkly cheerleader top, and a matching themed pair of butt-emphasizing shorts with knee-high socks in stylish shoes.
Dancing a storm as she enters the ring to cheers, the seconds accompanying her carrying her blue gloves, someone eventually hands her a microphone so she can start talking.
“WWE fans, FCBA fans, and all lovers of fighting in general, tonight, you’re gonna witness something spectacular!” she says, confidently. “Tonight, I’ll be boxing against Bayley for all of you to see! And i will be leaving this ring as one of the best boxers the WWE females have ever had—barring Stephanie McMahon, of course.” Some boos and cheers emerge at Steph getting name dropped.
“So, come on out, Bayley! Let’s see what you got!” she shouts, to more cheers. And naturally, Bayley’s music starts to play as the starstruck girl walks down the ramp, microphone in hand, red gloves also being carried by seconds. She’s wearing a red top and long pants, just as she usually would in the WWE
“Naomi, let me start out by saying—I love you SO much. You’ve had to put in a lot of effort to get to where you are!”
She pauses, only for a second. “But let it be known that I’m going to do my best. I’m fresh off of a KO victory in round 6 against another wrestler who’s accomplished a lot; I think I can handle you no problem!” Cheers sound once again, Naomi looks a little miffed, but not frustrated or enraged. “Enough talking, though; let’s fight! And may the best girl win!”
Well spoken, Bayley. Let’s see what type of clinic these two girls can put on!
ROUND 1: The two girls tap gloves before fighting and immediately get their guard up. Naomi with the strong start as she moves forward, pressing right on to Bayley’s guard. The hug-loving girl’s blocking is on point, taking it carefully. As soon as Naomi tries again, she gets caught with Bayley’s left, and Bayley lands just a few more punches in order to maintain control. Naomi catches Bayley's chest, though, and is very determined to stick to the NXT star in order to gain that point lead. The two trade back and forth for a while when it comes to punches, duking it out almost completely even in the center of the ring. WWE wrestlers plus WWE wrestler equals somewhat even fighting power, I guess! Or perhaps I spoke too soon; Bayley works Naomi into the ropes with a glove shoved right into her bellybutton, causing the Funkadactyl to gasp in shock as Bayley works her for just a few moments before the end of the round. Bayley takes the first!
ROUND 2: Both girls still taking it nice and steady; Bayley pleased with her success last round, but not getting too cocky just yet. The girl is smart: she's playing defensively now, catching Naomi with counters whenever she slips up. The Funkadactyl is struggling to make headway, as she attempts to fight back with the best of her ability; it's not over yet, though! Naomi goes in for a feint punch, and Bayley buys it! The right turns into a left as Naomi lands a critical strike! The crowd's getting excited: Bayley's trying to fight back, but Naomi's keeping her distance and picking her angles carefully with each shot. Naomi controlling even more...and there! Bayley finallt fighting back, just a little bit. Freeing herself from the corner, but still struggling to reach Naomi without getting caught! She's definitely putting in the effort, but it's just not enough as the bell sounds. Naomi takes this one!
ROUND 3: Bayley still meeting some rocky territory when it comes to fighting Naomi: the latter has absolutely no ring rust! Bayley ducks under a punch, but even an uppercut doesn't put Naomi off all that much! Bayley's still landing hits, and they're by no means weak, but Naomi just isn't flinching! Bayley whiffs a right, and eats a left for her trouble; only to catch Naomi right in the chest with a beautiful uppercut, and starts pounding into those ribs in order to get that lead! Even then, it still doesn't seem like it's enough: Naomi just keeps landing a little more, with nice quick jabs that make the hugger's head snap back. The round concludes with Naomi landing a right hook, left straight, right jab to make Bayley stumble back into a corner. Naomi, doing good for the last two rounds, gets the attention of the crowd by cheering and waving at them. Bayley looks all prepared, now; she's ready to get control of the reigns of this match for good...or, so it seems. With Naomi's performance, it's hard to say! Anyway, Naomi takes this round as well.
ROUND 4: Naomi once again with ranged strikes: even more powerful than usual, in order to end this fight or just get a knockdown at all. Bayley blocks them, but she's looking weaker...until she parries a punch and BOOM! Crashes a haymaker right into Naomi's jaw! Bayley doing all that she can to let loose, and now Naomi can only grunt in pain as her arms lower and she takes it all! Was Bayley saving this power up for a few rounds?! Naomi tries to escape, but Baylet just won't let her! Visible shock and horror in Naomi's face as she gets taken to town with a series of alternating lefts and rights into the corner! What a slobberknocker, folks! Naomi finally gets those gloves up, but it's not much; she isn't going to run the risk of fighting back this round! The round ends with Naomi just turtling up with her defense, panting heavily from the NXT girl's assault. Crowd still roaring as it's Bayley's turn to celebrate! Naomi would scowl, but it looks like she's more determined on surviving till the next round. Bayley takes this one with ease!
ROUND 5: Now these two have come neck-to-neck: they know the other's weaknesses and strengths now, so it's time to utilize that knowledge! Naomi uses quick ranged jabs but focuses more on trying to counter Bayley's aggressive punches. Bayley takes in stride, still saving that power but focusing on not being outranged. Both girls are straightlaced as they battle it out, glaring at each other with a fighter's respect as they trade pound-for-pound punches. Bayley is parrying, but isn't capitalizing on it just yet; easing Naomi into the weakness once more. Naomi's blue glove sails past Bayley, and she gets an uppercut to the stomach for her trouble! She quickly lands jabs to Bayley's chest, hoping to get something, but Bayley whacks her in the chin with a textbook uppercut! And to finish it off, Bayley hits her in the ribs before doing a 1-2 punch to the gut, making Naomi fall to her knees in pain! She almost falls on the floor, but catches herself with her gloves! Bayley walking back to her corner, glancing at her fallen foe nervously. Naomi's trying to get up with all her might, tugging at those ropes for any support, but it looks like Bayley was just too much for her since she can't beat the 10 count! It's all over, ladies and gentlemen! KO5 Bayley in a spectacular match!
AFTER: Bayley cheery after the fight, picking up Naomi and wrapping her into a big hug. The two exchange whispered compliments, and the ref lifts Bayley's arm high into the air! He leaves...and then Naomi lifts Bayley's, out of respect.
"You killed it out there, girl!" Naomi says, smiling genuinely. Bayley responds with a loud "Thanks!" before lifting her opponent's arm up, too! The crowd can't help but cheer, chanting both girls' names as they walk up the ramp to leave.
Wrestlers in the FCBA can't help but respect each other, it seems! At least those two sure do: they really put the "professional" in "professional wrestling"! Let's hope these two, whatever they do in the league from this point on, keep up that sportsman-like attitude.
