TESS VALMORE
WOOD/KING Wood is allegedly a member of Ring Belles, which is a stable that went inactive three years ago. She has had one fight which she lost and that fight was six years ago. She is probably a finely tooled fighting machine (OK, I am being a little on the sarcastic side) King, being brought along slowly has won all five of her fights. She will win this also. King by a KO
SPEARRITT/LEVY Spearritt actually has a FCBA record. She is 10-11, however she has been fighting mainly in the BBU. Her last FCBA fight was 41/2 years ago. This will be the 36 years old’s first fight in a year. Levy is giving up two inches in height, however, is 8 years younger and has a 14-1 record with a couple of wins over good fighters. Levy will win
GLAU/MACK Glau who is now 36 held the bantam title back in 2011. I think now, she is way past her prime. She has lost six straight. I don’t think she can hang with the top tier of bantams anymore. Mack is only a year younger and is also suffering the aging blues. She is 5-3 in the last two years, but lost to every top tier fighter she has faced. Mack has enough left to dispose of Glau by a KO
J. RYAN/PERRY Ryan is a member of the Ginny’s Dismal Academy, Ryan in her youth was a top of the line fighter. She held 5 unified titles. Four at lightweight and one at welter. Her last title however was in eleven years ago, She will be 50 years old in February. Under Miss Ginny’s direction she now has lost five of her last six, not including a JMDD loss. She and Perry fought two years ago with Perry winning by a KO. Ryan can still hit a little, but she is not going to beat Perry who will win again by a KO
BLOODGOOD/McKINNEY Bloodgood has been on my list of fighters who need to go for about two years now. Bloodgood did hold the title four years ago. it was one of those instances that prove the champion may not be the best welter. She is one of a cast fighters whose purpose it is to supply Front Street with Asylum opponents. She has lost six of her last seven. That said, I am not sold on McKInney. All but three of her fights have been at JMDD. She 2-1 in conventional fights and does have a win of Hall Of Fame member, Kaley Cuoco, who happens to be having a disastrous year. Bloodgood could well win this bout, but I will say that McKinney will win by a KO late, (I am trying to stay in the good graces of The Wiz. You may think I’m stupid but I am smart enough to know on which side my bread is buttered)
