TESS VALMORE
VINSON/WINTER I have to admit I don’t remember who Vinson is. She had one bout three and half years ago and lost it. Winter is 5-4 for her career, but 4-0 since joining Front Street. I don’t have any particular problem with this bout as Winter definitely needs more experience before she heads up to fight better opponents. Winter will win this bout by a KO
CLEMENS/ARTERTON I had heard wild rumors, which I didn’t buy, that there might be championship bout on this card. I thought that if so, was a good chance Arterton would be fighting for the title. Who did she get? Clemens, Really? She’s a newbie who happened to be in Ginny’s Academy for two years before being canned without a fight. It isn’t going to take a genius to figure out who is going to win this bout. It won’t be Clemens, who will be lucky to avoid a visit to the emergency room
KEBBEL/MACK WHAT? Another newbie? Do we really need another one? I can’t find Kebbel listed in the official list of FCBA fighters. Needless to say, I have no idea who she is. Mack, I know. You know my rule. Never bet on a newbie when she is facing a fighter with a winning record. Mack by a KO
SNOW/STEWART. Ah, here comes my pet peeve. Kristen Stewart. Stewart is 3-1 for the year Of the three bouts, she won, do you realize how many FCBA wins her opponents had in the last seven years? Zero. She now has Brittany Snow as an opponent. It might be pointed out that Snow has won six fights. How many bouts has she won in the last six years? Zero. Snow’s last win was in November 2011 and guess who she beat. Yep, Ghadie. I hope Smackey is sitting behind me. Maybe he can give me a back rub. Got to get something out of this besides a couple paychecks (one from HBO and one from Tractorpull). Stewart. of course, will win
ROHM/PERRY Perry is another who occurred to me that might be getting that alleged title fight. Well that’s not going to happen. She gets Rohm. You really got to feel sorry for Rohm. She’s 44. Her last win was back in seven years ago. She doesn’t even get to travel. In the last four years, she has fought nowhere other than the Asylum. This will be her sixth straight fight there. Apparently her only job is to serve as cannon fodder for Front Street. Perry is fully capable of beating any lightweight. This is not going to be a problem for Katy who will win by a KO
KENDALL JENNER/LIMA It was a surprise, that there was going to be a title fight at the Asylum which is extremely rare. I just didn’t believe the rumors. Then, I was astounded that it would be between two opponents neither of whom were Front Street members. Kendall Jenner takes on Lima for the title. I admit once again, that I am not an admirer of the Kardashian/Jenner group, but Kendall has put up quite a record this year going 9-2 with her losses being to top ten members. She is deserving of a title shot. I don’t want to get into a screaming match with OddMan, so I will remain silent on Lima. I had thought that she would lose each of her five defenses and she proved me wrong. No need to change my opinion. I got to be right sometime., so I will go with Jenner to win and keep my figures crossed.
