“I am not giving up on myself. I just have to score that fresh win and everything will be much better. Paige Van Zandt is my next chance and I ill be going all-in to take advantage”
Paige Van Zandt shrugs: “She sounds like just another desperate loser. Hey, I am just gla to get the action but In won’t be losing any sleep about facing her.”
Danielle folds her arms across her chest and says: “You will regret dismissing me.”
“I doubt that very much,” Paige retorts with a smirk. “See on the canvas—as in face down and sucking on it.”
A red flush creeps into Danielle;s cheeks as she glares at the former MMA fighter and turns away. Paige just watches her go with a smirk and then leaves the stage herself.
On the night of the fight, Dani is there in a black halter top and short silver and black trunks with silver gloves and boots, black laces. Hair in battle braid. Paige is in red bikini with black gloves and boots (red laces). Paige’s hair is pulled back in a battle braid. Ring instructions ae covered efficiently. Gloves tapped (with a loud SMACK!). Then DRR and PVZ each marches to her corner and waits for the bell. It rings…
R1: Paige and Danielle are quick to head for the middle of the ring and start punching. It’s a rapid exchange of jabs to head and body as they circle each other. Both bobbing and weavng, but both taking leather. Then they move in closer and get into a fierce exchange of body punches. Solid thumping of breasts, abs and ribs with the punch rate nearly even. Then PVZ targets DRR to the rack and works over her hooters with enough power that she has Dani gasping for air as she falls back. Dani recovers her breath and gives Paige’s rack a retaliatory blast of leather, but then gets stopped when Paige clips hard to the chin. Dani is put back on her heels with her gloves up trying to fight Paige off as the round ends. Judges find this was a close round when they total the points, but Paige Van Zandt is the narrow winner.
R2: Danielle moving early to get at Paige’s head with her opening punches. Paige knocked to the jaw and side of the head and seems stunned. It takes Paige a few moment to recover and DRR takes advantage to swing away with more head shots. Then Paige finds her jab and uses it to lump up DRR’s face in a sustained counterattack. Dani swinging away from Paige and gets in a straight right to Paige’s jaw. Paige lurches to one side and Dani tries to pursue, but Paige quick to get that defensive jab going again. Brisk trading to the head with DRR finally clipping Paige to the chin enough to make her retreat. DRR finishes with a series of hooks to the PVZ ribs as Paige tries to jab her back. Result is another close round, but this one goes to Danielle Rose Russell.
R3: Paige comes charging out of her corner but Danielle moves even quicker. PVZ swings for Dani’s head, but Dani blocks it with her shoulder. Then DRR brings a strong right/left to PVZ’s chin and then adds right/left uppercuts. Paige is thrown back and has to hastily bring her gloves up around her head. DRR sets to work on a sustained washboarding of Paige’s torso from breast to belly and back again. Paige lashing back with shots off Dani’s head. Dani forced to bobbing and weave as she keeps up the body pressure. Paige jabbing more to Dani’s rack late in the round, but it is not enough to keep DRR from winning round wide.
R4: Round commences with Dani again on the attack. She again goes for the head, but Paige is ducking and dodging much more effectively this round. Dani obliged to go to the body, but Paige reacts with a determined body attack of her own. It does not take long for them to get in there toe to toe and firing short rights and lefts up into quivering torsos. Paige has especially nasty hook that is making Dani’s well-filled bra cups dance up and down. Dani smiting Paige in the ribs and belly. Then Paige rams those hooks deep into Dani’s belly and she jerks forward. Then Paige unleashes a right uppercut that gets behind Dani’s high guard and into her chin. DRR’s head snaps back and then Paige lands two more uppies against Dani’s unguarded chin. Dani’s feet fly out from under her AND DOWN GOES DANI! Danielle starfished on her back, groaning and lifting her head in a pathetic manner.
Paige trots off to the neutral corner and watches as Dani struggles to rise.Meanwhile the referee is counting. Danielle able to push herself up into a sitting position and then make a desperate effort to rise, but her knees give out. She is kneeling, head hanging down in despair as she can her the referee:

Dani’s arms waving frantically but she can’t escape as Paige wraps her arms around Dani’s head to keep her snug against those big juggs. “I know this wasn’t supposed to be a JMD fight, but she went after my rack first and things just built up from there Besides, I wanted to leave her face down sucking canvas,” Paige gloats in the aftermath.
“That was very unfair,” grumbles Foxfire spokesperson Beth Harnois, “poor Dani did not deserve that kind of humiliation. Paige will pay for that some day. That is all we have to say on the matter.”
No further comment fom DRR or Foxfire.
It looked like a pretty even fight for a while there, but Paige was able to get to Danielle’s chin in the 4th and that brought things to a sudden conclusion. Another disappointing loss for Ms. Russell, but a nice win for PVZ. JMD fans even got a surprise post-fight bonus showing you can never be sure when JMD might break out in an FCBA fight.
