Here are our much maligned predictions for the December PPV with limited comments. If we irritate or offend you with any of our comments, don’t bother to complain. We “ain’t” interested
DUA LIPA/LAURA PAUSINI Lipa recently lost her lightweight title so she is looking for an easy comeback fight. Pausini is ludicrous. This is about as low as you can go to get a win which Lipa will
MILLIE BOBBY BROWN/DAFNE KEEN. Keen is undefeated in seven fights. That’s excellent, but you can kiss that win streak goodbye after Brown flattens her
KYLIE JENNER/JENNIFER LAWRENCE. Jenner isn’t have that great of a year. After all, she lost to Briana Dale. Lawrence was once a promising lightweight with the emphasis on “was”. She has lost eight of the last eleven, but won three of her last four and is three inches taller than Jenner. It won’t help. Jenner wins
HAILEE STEINFELD/NAOMI SCOTT. Scott is back and that is where Steinfeld will end up, On her back.
SOLVEIG HANSEN/ELLIE THUMANN Thumann got off to a bad start as management was over ambitious in choosing opponents, but she will win this one.
ARIANA GRANDE/MIA KHALIFA. If only Grande could fight as well as she can sing. Khalifa doesn’t sing, but she can fight. I’ll be down in the bar for this one. Come get me after Khalifa leaves Grande wandering around wondering where she is.
ELYSE LEVESQUE/HILARY RHODA. Levesque has a good record. Rhoda is having bad year. That means Rhoda will win
NATASHA CALIS/SHAY MITCHELL. Calis is 5-2, but those losses were to the only good fighters she has faced. Mitchell isn’t having a good year which is why she will win
TINA LOUISE/JORDAN CARVER. JMD
STACY KEIBLER/ASHLEY GRAHAM. Keibler is still looking good and may be nine years older, but she has fought most all the greats of her time. I think she still has enough in the tank to beat Graham.
LINDSAY PELAS/MADISON BEER. JMD
STANA KATIC/RIHANNA Rihanna hasn’t won a fight in eight years. Katic wins, but give her credit. She could have fought Pausini
VALENTINA FRADEGRADA/KALEY CUOCO. The bloodhounds still looking in the hills for Cuoco. She hasn’t finished the sixth in five years. Fradegrada is not a serious threat to anyone, but Cuoco, who she will beat.
ALICE SABATINI/TAYLOR MOMSEN Momsen has been pretty active. She has had five fights is six years, After this fight we will know why. Sabatini
CREE CICCHINO/MILEY CYRUS. I just love the Italians. Cyrus grew up fifty miles from my home town, but she is not Italian (neither am I) Cicchino in five
CHLOE GRACE MORETZ/ALEXA DEMIE Got to stay on the good side of Mr V. Moretz is three inches taller and vastly more experienced She will win (Gotta kiss a little butt sometimes)
CHERYL COLE/GEMMA MERNA. Merna seems to be a JMD specialist. Cole isn’t. Cole wins
LENI KLUM/OLIVIA CULPO. Culpo has lost seven of her last eight. Leni is still learning, but I doubt Culpo has anything to teach her that Mr V hasn’t already done
DONNA D’ERRICO/POPPY MONTGOMERY. How do you get fights? Be like D’errico. Be 55. Lose your last three and you get fights. Donna won’t enjoy this one. Montgomery will win
ODETTE YUSTMAN/BRYCE DALLAS HOWARD. Howard hasn’t done much except run from dinosaurs (Y’all in New Jersey don’t need to worry. They are extinct but the way people are screaming leaving California, Is it a possibility there may be some there?) She has had one fight. Always happy to see Yustman win. Are you paying attention Mr V?
SANDRA KUBICKA/KARA DEL TORO Del Toro has a 23-2. After this fight she will be 23-3. Sorry Wiz, but you aren’t the Moderator. Always liked Kubicka anyway.
JOY CORRIGAN/ANIELLA SAGRA. Corrigan is a good fighter. She just needs to avoid Taylor Swift. Sagra was once the hottest fighter going. Those days are over. She’s now ranked at 44 in the lightweights 32 positions below Corrigan.Corrigan will make Mr V happy with a win.
BROOKLYN DECKER/NABILLA BERNATTIA (JMDD)
JESSICA LOWNDES/DOVE CAMERON. This is Lowndes 100th, but she is not close to getting into the Hall of Fame because of numerous JMDD fights. Cameron is having a good year. I think she will win. Sorry Mr V, but I gotta to what I gotta do
CIERRA RAMIREZ/NATALIE PORTMAN That picture of Ramirez on her record page has never inspired me with confidence. Portman is now 42, but still going strong. I go with Natalie
BECKY G./DANIELLE CAMPBELL. Not much difference is age, size or experience.. I have to go with Campbell. Becky G has lost four of five this year
MALU TREVEJO/MARGOT ROBBIE. This is a no brainer. How can Barbie possibly lose?. She’s apple pie, chewing tobacco and snuff. If she loses there will probably be a national day of mourning.
EMILY DIDONATO/BRIDGET SATTERLEE. This is a fight that DiDonato simply can’t afford to lose. She has fallen from two to seventeen in the rankings. She is going to fight someone named Bridget Satterlee, whoever she is. She likes AMD which isn’t saying much. She has won two fights both against Eden Cohen. DiDonato will make a queen bow to her
MING XI/LILY ALDRIDGE. I still wonder why Ming Xi is listed under the “M”s rather than the “X’s The two’s records are similar with Ming XI having a two inch height advantage. Flip the coin. It comes up Ming Xi
NATASHA LIU BORDIZZO/ERIN MORIARTY I have no idea who Bordizzo is and Moriarty had one fight back in 2021. I’m going to pass.
BLAKE LIVELY/BRIANA MARIE DALE. Dale has already lost to Lively this year. She didn’t learn her lesson. Maybe she will this time. Lively
AMANDA RIGHETTI/TAHNEE ATKINSON. You should know the drill. I don’t bet against Righetti even if she is fighting the French Foreign Legion
LILY COLLINS/LUCY HALE. Collins is have a so-so year even lowering herself to fight in AMD. Hale has had her problems over the last four years. They will continue as Collins will win.
LUISANA LOPILATO/ELIZA DUSHKU. Lopilato is having a good year and is ranked 32 in the lightweights. Dushku has held 16 legitament titles, 12 of which were Unified titles. She is now 43 years old and unfortunately past her prime. She has lost nine of her last twelve going back seven years. Lopilato will win in five.
MADDIE ZIEGLER/BREC BASSINGER. Maddie is having a great 8-2 year fighting a tough schedule of very good fighters. Bassinger is. 3-1 for the year but she is almost four inches shorter than Maddie. Ziegler will notch win number nine
AVRIL LAVIGNE/OLIVIA HOLT. Holt has a good overall record and is 4-2 for the year. Lavigne entered the Hall of Fame this year and has a 8-3 record. The two have fought once before with Lavigne winning. It pains me to predict a Lavigne win as she is far from one of my favorites. Let’s be blunt. I don’t like her post fight activity. No matter, she will win.
KATHERYN WINNICK/ELETTRA LAMBORGHINI. Both have good career records. Lamborghini is 5-5 for the year while Winnick is 7-3. Winnick’s last fight makes us wonder. She lost to McCarthy. Lamborghini is seventeen years younger. I have to go with youth and someone who didn’t lose to McCarthy. Lamborghini in seven.
MARY ELIZABETH WINSTEAD/YVONNE STRAHOVSKI. The renewal of a long running series. This will be bout number twenty. I think Winstead leads in the rivalry 10-9. Yvonne will even the series.
HANNAH FERGUSON/HAILEY CLAUSON. QUEEN of the BEACH. Who cares. Just one of those so called titles. If I have to predict, I go with Ferguson
ANYA TAYLOR-JOY/MINKA KELLY. EMPRESS of the BODY SADDLE. Another meaningless title. I like Minka, but Taylor-Joy is two inches taller and sixteen years younger. I go with youth again
KIM KARDASHIAN/NICKI MINAJ COUGAR TITLE. Another mis-named useless title. I don’t care who wins this “fight” I’ll be down in the bar with a double Dark & Stormy. Call me when neither is in sight.
VANESSA HUDGENS/BILLIE EILISH. FOR THE UNIFIED FLYWEIGHT TITLE Eilish is undefeated in 24 and this year has wins over Portman and Cameron. She is a little bigger than Hudgens and is thirteen years younger than Hudgens. I have to go with the Wiz here and he is not even a local administrator
PRIYANKA CHOPRA/BELLA THORNE. For the UNIFIED BANTAMWEIGHT TITLE This will be Chopra’s fourth defense. She’s won nine out of ten this year. Thorne is a former champion. She is almost two inches taller and here we go again, she’s fifteen years younger than Chopra who will be an ex-champ.
KATE UPTON/ALEXANDRA DADDARIO. I’m not sure what is going on here. Is this fight for both the Unified Welterweight and JMDD titles or is it just a non title fight between the welter champ and JMDD champ. Whatever it is, my good friend Kate the Great will win
Adding KIRA KOSARIN/LUCY PINDER Pinder is listed as a glamor model. She should stick to it. She had her first FCBA fight in 2006. In the seventeen years since her debut, she hasn won six fights. Kosarin has won eight this year. Does that give you an idea how this is going to go. Getting Pinder fights is not doing her any favors
