In the sweltering heat of the sauna, Alexis Ren and Alyssa Lynch stood facing each other in the steamy air, wearing nothing but string bikinis and towels wrapped around their waists. They were both in incredible shape and in the prime of their careers, with toned abs and muscles glistening with sweat and red marks left over from their contest in the ring, just hours prior.

"Let's see how tough that pretty little belly of yours really is,” Ren spat, still feeling sore after their body saddle match, in which Alyssa had won convincingly, and a little too smugly.

It hadn’t sat well with Ren that Lynch had taken home the victory that evening, especially one that mattered in more ways than one: Ren could still hear Kendall’s mocking laughter after watching her get KO’ed in the very first leg of their World Tour. How would she ever live the embarrassment down, let alone catch up with her rival?

Alyssa, meanwhile, was looking smug as hell from across the sweltering room, both hands on her hips, looking powerful and brimming with leftover energy - certainly plenty enough to kick Alexis’ ass for a second time that evening. And if Ren wanted to test her will, she would gladly oblige.

"Bring it on, Alexis. I can take anything you throw at me,” Lynch sneered back, gesturing with her fingers and then flexing her abs for the blonde’s pleasure. ‘I’ll even let you take the first swing, since you’re the one who just got KO’ed and ridden like a pony, just like Kendall Jenner will do to you at the end of your freakin' world tour!”

“b*tch. I don’t need your sympathy,” Ren returned her venom, but deep down, knew she wouldn’t pass up the chance to strike first.

Alexis stepped forward first, massaging her wrists and unwinding the tendons in her fingers and forearms. If she was going to prove herself as superior tonight, she had to be smart about her plan of attack. Lynch had already chalked up too many victories at her expense in recent months, and Ren was determined to draw a line in the sand. The blonde wound back her right fist before driving it into the center of Alyssa's toned abdomen, with the impact echoing through the small enclosed room with a dull SMACK. Alyssa grunted, her muscles tensing in response, but remained standing.

"One down, two more to go,” Ren teased, shifting her legs in front of her rival for a better position, her eyes still fixed on Lynch’s torso, trying to decide where to hit next.

"That all you've got?” Lynch breathed back, as though entirely unhurt. “I barely felt--HNNGGHHH!!”

Alexis followed up with a left hook, targeting the same spot, before a third uppercut was driven up and under Alyssa's ribs. Lynch could only grit her teeth, absorbing each blow and keeping her feet firmly planted on the floor tiles. After the barrage, she took a deep breath, straightening up slowly, before stepping forward herself -- it was her turn to dish it out, and she was going to make Ren pay.

By contrast, Alyssa’s punches were lightning-fast and accurate, not wanting to give dear old blondie a chance to catch her breath. Each punch landed square on Ren’s side stomach, Alyssa starting with a quick jab then following up with a surprising left hook that slammed into Alexis's obliques, causing her to wince in pain. Her final punch was a powerful uppercut that landed squarely to the center of Alexis's body, right on the belly button.

Alexis stumbled back, gasping for air, but she did not fall down either. Her lips twisted into a grimace, before smirking at having taken whatever Lynch had managed to dish out. Then, she stepped up to the plate again, knowing she had to make her next three punches count.

"I'm going to enjoy watching your body crumble under my fists,” Ren said, drawing an eyeroll from Lynch.

“Hurry up and get it over with,” Alyssa replied.

Ren steadied herself in front of her foe, deliberately planting a balled fist on the side of Alyssa’s stomach, as though wanting to aim for that specific section of her tummy. Lynch flinched at the hated touch of knuckles on her skin, but could do little to protest. Ren then pulled her fist back and drilled it into Alyssa’s upper abs, sending another hard jab to her lower belly, before a powerful hook stunned her to the side. Wincing, Alyssa’s body tensed up after each blow, and Ren noticed that it took a little longer for her foe to straighten back up, which meant that her punches were having an effect.

"You'll have to do better than that if you want to break me,” Alyssa said, a knowing smirk starting to grow on her face. She’d already won their first belly punching competition back in the Fourth of July fighting pits, and knew she had the upper hand here if only she kept to the same strategy as before.

Meanwhile, there was a flash of disappointment in Ren’s eyes, her punches more probing for weaknesses rather than doing any significant damage so far, as she took a step back and was forced to reevaluate her strategy.

“Challenge accepted, b*tch,’ Ren spat, knowing that it was now her turn to take the brunt of punches.

The contest continued for a bit, with both women taking turns landing blows. While Alexis focused on uppercuts and hooks, Alyssa favored straight punches sent in to the tummy. They both went after each other's toned abdomens, each trying to land the perfect punch that would send the other girl bent over and reeling down to her knees. As the contest wore on, however, both girls started to feel the effects of the blows, each left breathing heavily with sweat pouring down their faces amidst the stifling confines of the sauna. But neither of them was willing to give ground.

Alexis was next to take her turn. She stepped in fast, using her body weight to drive a straight fist into the center of Alyssa's belly, hitting her just below the navel. Alyssa flinched but remained upright, but then took a nasty hook to her left side of her ribs that left her gasping and stumbling awkwardly backwards. She hadn’t expected the attack to arrive from a completely different angle, and smirking, Ren took the opportunity to step in after her, driving a final uppercut to the right side of her body, which caused Alyssa to hitch and hunch over the invasive blow.

"I could do this all day, baby,” Ren said, teasingly, from above.

But Alyssa narrowed her eyes, determined for payback. She managed to straighten upwards, breathing harder this time, then shook her arms and wrists out, trying to regain her strength. Her first attack was a straight blow to Ren’s upper abdomen, her fist packed in and contorting the flesh, followed immediately by a hook to the right side of her stomach. Alexis grunted as her body lurched forward involuntarily, and before she could straighten, Alyssa launched a third swing to the other side of her reddening torso, forcing Ren to let out a dull groan and stagger awkwardly to the side, one of her knees bending slightly, and both her hands wrapped around her body.

The fight soon spilled over to the nearby walls of the sauna, with both ladies using the hard surface to their own advantage, grabbing onto their opponent’s hair for a firmer grip before pummeling each other’s torsos with fists, to see how much muscle they each could penetrate with their strength. As Ren's turn came up again, Lynch was ready for her, though. Ren drove two sick punches into her midsection before following up with a strong right hook to the side of her stomach, but Alyssa's abs remained tightened and braced for impact.

"Is that all you've got?" Alyssa taunted, though her voice sounded strained from the growing pain. "My turn now."

Alyssa swiftly rotated their positions, roughly shoving the hesitant Ren back against the wall. Then, without warning, she stepped forward and drove an uppercut into Alexis's belly that caused her entire body to hunch over in shock. Ren, with her eyes wide and lips parted, could not stop the next two uppercuts from landing on the exact same spot, each fist drilled in with force. All she could do was grit her teeth, her mouth sputtering as she tried to hold back the pain, but felt her abs giving way under the assault.

Disappointed that her rival remained standing, Alyssa now had to take Ren’s place, but not without a smirk at the sight of her hunched over form and labored breaths. But there was still plenty of fire and vengeance left in Ren’s eyes, as she slowly but forcefully pinned Lynch to the wall with an elbow shoved into her windpipe, using the momentarily lurch in her rival’s throat to drive a fist into her bleating tummy. Alyssa gasped from the blow, wordless now, her body wanting to lurch and bend over from the force of the impact, but that forearm to her throat meant she was kept upright for the next two punches.

Licking her lips, Ren kept up the pressure, using Alyssa’s intermittent gasps for air to repeat the same move, another fist rammed into her ab wall near her throbbing belly button, and hearing more pain escape her trapped foe’s lips. Finally, the third blow was just too much for Alyssa to handle, and with triumph in her eyes, Ren watched Lynch groan and clutch her tummy, before sinking down to her knees.

"Loser…" Ren huffed, suddenly lunging her hips forward and shoving her own toned stomach into Alyssa's face, giving her a taste of what was to come if she didn’t get back up. Alyssa struggled against the makeshift smother, trying to push Ren away, but Alexis had a firm grip in her hair, and kept the brunette’s nose and lips pressed into her rapidly pinking lower belly. "You like that, huh?” Ren taunted. “You want to know what a real six-pack looks like, don’t you?"

Alyssa grunted and spat for a couple of agonizing seconds, but finally managed to shove Ren’s hips off her face. “b*tch,” she hissed from below, before attempting to stand back up.

“Uh uh. You went down. Means I get three more hits…” Ren gloated from above, like an excited schoolgirl receiving candy. She immediately sauntered forward and grabbed Alyssa by her hair, before hauling her back up to keep her pinned against the wall.

To add insult to injury, Ren took hold of both of Alyssa's wrists, twisting them high and above her head to expose her breathing belly to the hot sauna air. With a devilish grin, Ren repeated her devastating uppercuts in quick succession, targeting the reddening section next to Alyssa’s navel. Lynch did her best to brace herself, but her arms stretched high above meant the rest of her body just couldn’t tense up fully, and the poor brunette was powerless as each fist connected to her faltering abs, her lips sucking in deep swathes of air, her face twisting from side to side, trying to withstand the onslaught.

Ren then released her, hoping Lynch would go down once more and give her another three free hits to try and finish this fight in decisive fashion. But with determination, Alyssa merely wrenched herself from the hold, snarled back, and kept her back and butt propped up against the wall.

“Give up yet?” Ren spat, both hands haughtily planted on her hips.

Alyssa’s response was a lunge for Ren’s hair, spinning the stunned blonde about and slamming her head back into the wall for emphasis. Ren let out a pained gasp, and before she could brace herself, Lynch delivered a stinging slap across her face. Then, noticing the rest of her body go limp, Lynch tucked her first punch into Ren’s belly, a brutal uppercut that lurched the blonde’s body forward, her parted lips spitting, sputtering, and cursing under her breath.

Lynch then threw her second punch, this time aimed higher, for Alexis' upper belly. The impact sank into her abs, making it feel as though the walls themselves were shaking. Alexis grunted in pain, but still kept herself standing against the sauna wall. "Is that all you've g--URRRKRKK?" the blonde began to spit, before Lynch delivered her final fist, crumpling Ren’s stomach and sending her clean off her feet for a second, before she too collapsed back down to the wet floor tiles.

"That's how it's done," Alyssa huffed from above, grinning victoriously, and already reaching down to bury her fingers into disheveled blonde hair.

Lynch took her time now, feeling the throbbing pain in her own abs but determined not to let it show. Extending Ren back upwards, Alyssa shoved her back into the sauna wall with a hard thud. Then, with a dangerous glint in her eye, she continued to wail away at her tortured abs, each blow bowling the blonde further and deeper over with successive grunts.

Ren’s entire body convulsed, shook, and shivered, as Lynch shoved another forearm clean across the entire width of her torso, causing her entire waistline to cave in from the brutal impacts. Swiftly grabbing her by the hair, Alyssa tried yanking Ren’s groaning head back, hoping it would disorient her enough to unleash a killing blow.

But Ren took the third hit like a champ, having braced herself at the most opportune time, only grunting hot air back into Lynch’s face as her fist was absorbed and deflected by her abs. And as she finally recovered her breath, her face was a mixture of pure rage and pain, snarling back, and letting Lynch know it was time for payback. Slowly reaching up, she wrenched back on dark hair, all but pulling Alyssa into a clinch, using her hips to rotate their spent bodies around. Alyssa was forced to submit to the grappling, letting out brief shouts of pain as she felt Ren’s weight press down upon her own.

But Alyssa didn’t expect the next series of tight backhands that went THWAPP! across her face! Stunned, the brunette didn’t have time to brace herself, as another sickening thud connected with her toned torso. The sound of the impact echoed through the sauna, causing her to gasp and double over in pain. Alexis smirked wickedly and kept her foe’s body close to hers, shoving her trembling hands out of the way before putting all her weight behind a second punch: this time, the sound of this impact was even louder, and Alyssa let out a strained grunt whilst clutching her aching belly.

For the third shot, Alexis paused for a moment, relishing the sight of her opponent's shivering frame and noticing the rapid rhythms and flow of Lynch’s reddening and battered tummy, slowly pulsing in and out. The wiley blonde then chose the optimal moment to deliver her final blow: a warcry uttered from her lips as her fist tucked into the center of her rival’s curves… just as Lynch sucked in a fresh breath of air. The blow connected with a dull thud, causing Alyssa’s eyes to bulge wide, her breath caught in the center of her throat. Lynch swayed upon her feet, before slowly collapsing down to her butt, the rest of her body still shivering from the abuse.

“Had enough, b*tch?” Ren managed to spit down at her, already reaching downwards to gain further purchase on the top of her hair. “This brings back memories, doesn’t it? Last time, dear old Stevie was here to save you. But no one’s coming for you now!”

Hauling Alyssa upwards, Ren couldn’t help but wince at her own tortured abs feeling the strain of her opponent’s weight, and vowed to put Lynch away for good in the next wave of punches. Delivering three more hits to Alyssa’s rapidly failing abs, Ren reveled in her rival’s agony. But when she was done, her gaze turned to indignation, with Alyssa still keeping herself upright, and her hands clutched onto Ren’s shoulders and back for support… for now.

“Hurry up and take your turn, b--HUHGGHHHH!” Ren began, but Alyssa seized the initiative and caught her off guard with a return hook to her stomach, not even waiting for them to exchange positions. The surprise attack worked, with Ren left hunched over and barely standing herself, allowing Lynch to slowly peel herself off the wall and grab her back by the hair, before pulling her back into a messy clinch.

Ren’s face wisted in pain as Lynch secured her in place with an arm wrapped around the back of her neck, before using her free fist to pummel her stomach two more times, a third fist catching Ren on the ribs with a loud FUMP. Quickly letting go, Alexis had no choice but to collapse to her knees, cradling her body in agony.

“f*cking biiiitch!!” Ren managed to spit through clenched teeth.

But a smirking Alyssa was already bent over her, reaching down to find renewed purchase in her blonde locks, intending to drag her back up for her three free hits. No words were needed now, as Lynch shoved her back into the wall and delivers another brutal punch into the blonde’s gut. The sound echoed through the sauna as Alexis folded over, the entirety of her upper torso just collapsing into the shape of Alyssa’s forearm, before two more fists came sailing in, each one landing harder than the last. Alexis cried out in agony, her body shaking from the force of the blows.

As Alyssa finished her turn, she stepped back, grinning triumphantly as she watched Alexis struggle to catch her breath. The air in the sauna was thick with the smell of sweat and steam, and the two girls stood there, breathing heavily, waiting for the other to make the next move. For a moment, it looked as though Ren might just throw up there and then, her feet swaying dangerously from side to side. But as her body shuddered, she managed to straighten slightly, and suddenly lunges at Alyssa with both hands outstretched, grabbing onto her hair and bikini strings.

The sound of knuckles hitting bare skin echoes through the sauna, forcing Alyssa to groan and double over. But Ren tugged her in place and delivered a final punch, torquing her hips all the way back and front, putting her entire body weight behind the uppercut to her body… And DOWN Lynch went again, with the victorious blonde smirking above her. “I promised to turn your belly to mush by the end of the night, didn’t I?” Ren sneered.

"My turn again, b*tch," Ren growled, relishing the feeling of dominance. “And I intend to keep that promise…” Sensually, she grabbed Alyssa by her sweat-soaked hair, yanking her head back and tugging her up to her knees, then her unsteady feet.

Alyssa’s body trembled with pain and exhaustion, as panic flashed across her face, with Ren continuing to land punches on her body, another sharp "HFF!" driven from her lips as she felt her aching center crater over her fist, as she struggled to straighten up this time. If she didn’t stop the cycle of going down after three punches, Lynch knew she would soon be done for…

Another grunt left her lips as Ren’s second punch caught her on her abs with a "HUUUUGHHH!", this time a little lower, near her navel, before a final punch slammed in with a loud "HRRRNGGGG!", causing her to cry out in pain. Unable to stop herself, Alyssa felt her body go limp from the tenderized muscles, and her knees quickly buckled under her own weight.

“You’re done for!” Ren shrieked, deciding not to waste any time and hauled Lynch back up again for even more punishment.

The vicious blonde was taking her own sweet time now, positioning herself in front of Alyssa in order to throw the most momentous punches into her body, each blow driven into the same spot and flesh, and bit by bit, Ren could feel the resistance of Alyssa’s abdominal muscles starting to give way. Another guttural "HUUGH!" echoed from one of her punches landing square, with Alyssa’s legs already beginning to crumple downwards once more, this time much faster, her body on fire and like putty in the blonde’s hands.

Ren stepped back and raised her arms in triumph. "That's it, baby," she says, taunting her. "Your belly's mine now."

With a triumphant smile on her face, Ren dragged Alyssa upwards one final time, both their bodies trembling from all the punishment they’d endured. Along the way, Ren had to use her own body to support Alyssa’s ascent, the combination of attacks to her midsection meaning the brunette was quickly unable to support herself, with Alyssa’s lips having to travel first over Ren’s sweat-slicked thighs, then up the curves of her tummy and breasts, before being propped against the hard wall, her mouth hanging open and head lolling to one side. Not as though Ren was complaining, of course, relishing in her rival’s unbridled worship of her superior form. Finally, face-to-face, she gazed into Lynch’s fluttering eyelids, and taunted her once more, an arm under one shoulder, her own hips pressed into hers.

With Alyssa’s battered body held aloft by sheer will and Ren’s unrelenting grip, the sauna’s thick steam encircled the two rivals, making the air heavier with tension. The sweat dripped from their exhausted frames, and the dim light cast shadows across their faces, highlighting the strain evident on both. Even as Ren maintained her aggressive stance, there was an undeniable weariness in her eyes—a sign of the toll the encounter had taken on her. Her hair, once neatly styled, was a wild cascade around her face, slick with sweat and tangled from their numerous grapples.

Lynch's once firm and toned abdomen now showed the distinct evidence of the brutal onslaught. Each heavy breath she took causes her reddened midsection to heave with exertion, its surface marred by blossoming bruises and the imprint of Ren's clenched fists. Every exhalation was punctuated by a soft whimper from her lips.

But Ren wasn’t faring much better herself. Though she had been the dominant force in this battle, Alyssa had landed her fair share of blows. The blonde's midriff, while less marked than Alyssa’s, also pulsed with its own rhythm of pain. Veins slightly protruded as her belly expanded and contracted, and the light sheen of sweat glistening on its surface was broken only by the few bruises starting to form, signaling Alyssa's few but impactful retaliations.

Meanwhile, their midsections pressed and pulsed against one another, almost as if their bellies themselves, as battered and bruised as they were, continued the fight, even as their owners stood hip to hip, arms wrapped around each other, eyes locked in a fierce gaze. The soft undulating movements, as their abdomens pushed and receded against one another, almost seemed synchronized—like the ebb and flow of the tide, or two warriors performing a dance.

Alyssa, despite her compromised state, leaned into Ren, drawing strength from her rival's body. Her eyes, though dazed, showed a flicker of defiance. She might be down, but she wasn’t out. Ren, sensing this resilience, tightened her grip on Alyssa’s shoulder, her fingernails digging in, asserting her dominance. Taking advantage of Alyssa's weakened state, Ren smirked and planted her balled fist right on the center of her battered midsection. Slowly, almost methodically, she started pressing her knuckles deeper into the tenderized flesh. Each push elicited a soft groan from Alyssa's lips, but Ren was hungry for more. She dug in deeper, twisting her knuckles just slightly into the tortured flesh, relishing every muted grunt and pained gasp.

"What's the matter, ASS-lyssa?" Ren taunted, her voice dripping with condescension. "Can't handle a little pressure?" She emphasized the word 'pressure' with another sharp forceful shove, causing Alyssa to let out a pained "Hhhhuuugh."

Lifting her free hand, Ren roughly grabbed a handful of Alyssa's sweat-drenched hair, using it to pull her head back, and forcing her to meet her gaze. The brunette's eyes fluttered open, her pupils dilated with pain. Ren's face was inches from hers, their breaths mingling, hot and rapid. And with her other hand still torturing Alyssa's stomach, Ren used her thumb and forefinger to grip Alyssa's chin, forcing her to keep her eyes upon her smirk.

"You thought you could take me on?" she sneered, shaking Alyssa's face from side to side, making her already dizzy head spin even more. "Look at you now—pathetic."

Suddenly, Ren's hand left Alyssa's belly, only to deliver a sharp slap to her face. The sound rang out in the sauna, echoing off the wooden walls. Alyssa's head snapped to one side, her cheek stinging and reddening almost immediately. Yet, even in her weakened state, the fire in her eyes didn’t wane. But Ren wasn't done. She delivered another slap, this time to the other cheek. Alyssa's face was a picture of torment—eyes watering, lips trembling—but she refused to cry out this time.

"You're nothing," Ren whispered cruelly, her hot breath against Alyssa's ear. “After all these years in the same locker room, you still think you’re better than me.”

Ren's eyes flashed with malevolence, her body coiled like a snake preparing to strike. She drew her fist back, every muscle in her arm tensing in anticipation of the final blow. But Alyssa's battered form, although weakened, wasn't as spent as it seemed, and this brief reprieve was enough for her to catch her breath.

As Ren's punch started its trajectory, a sudden burst of adrenaline kicked in. Alyssa's left hand shot up, catching Ren's wrist in mid-air. Simultaneously, with her other, Alyssa slapped Ren across the face with all the remaining strength she could muster. The open palm echoed loudly, momentarily stunning the blonde.

Ren's eyes widened in shock, her dominance suddenly challenged. Alyssa capitalized on the moment, grabbing a fistful of Ren's blonde hair and yanking her head downwards. The swift motion caused Ren to lose her balance, the close proximity of their bodies making it difficult for her to regain it. Ren let out a grunt of pain, her face contorted. "Why, you little—"

But Alyssa wasn't done. She tugged even harder on Ren's hair, causing her head to jerk back and to the side. Her eyes blazing with defiance, Alyssa slapped Ren again, then once more, each slap resonating with the pent-up frustration and pain of the previous onslaught. The two women were now locked in a desperate, frenzied struggle, each trying to overpower the other. Their sweaty bodies pressed and grinded against each other as they exchanged slaps, hair tugs, and grunts of exertion.

In the haze of their combat, the boundaries blurred between attacker and defender, both fueled by an insatiable need to prove their dominance over the other. And it became evident that neither was willing to go down without a fight.

With a swift, forceful backhand, Alyssa caught Ren off-guard across the mouth, and Ren's head snapped to the side from the sheer force, strands of her blonde hair flying, and a sharp gasp escaping her lips. Then, Alyssa deftly switched their positions around, until Ren found her back pressed against the wall, their roles reversed.

A sly, almost sinister smirk played on Alyssa's lips. "Not so tough now, are you?" she taunted, her voice dripping with mockery.

Before Ren could even process those words, Alyssa's fist rocketed upwards, striking Ren in the lower belly. The blonde's eyes bulged, a guttural, choked sound – "HUUGGH!" – escaping her lips as the wind was knocked out of her. The blow caused Ren's entire lower body to crumple, her knees buckling slightly, her hips thrusting forward instinctively from the force.

Almost immediately, another uppercut landed squarely in Ren's midsection, causing her already compressed abdomen to cave in further. "HRRNG!" she gasped, her face contorting in pain, eyes squeezing shut and brows furrowing. Her hands reflexively shot down to shield her stomach, but Alyssa was relentless.

Moving upward, Alyssa targeted the base of Ren's breasts, driving her fist upwards with precision, causing Ren's whole upper body to jerk violently backward, a sharp cry – "AAHH!" – torn from her throat, her breasts quivering from the force. And without pausing, Alyssa delivered the final uppercut, aimed perfectly at the base of Ren's chin. The blonde's head snapped back, her hair flying wildly as her body momentarily lifted off the ground. A "KLACK!" resonated as her teeth clamped shut, her eyes rolling back momentarily from the shock.

Ren's entire body shuddered from the assault, her limbs trembling, as she sank down to her haunches. Streaks of red marked her pale skin, evidence of the brutal onslaught. Every breath was labored, ragged, her chest heaving as she tried to process the sudden turn of events. Her usually confident and dominant demeanor was shattered, replaced by a dazed, almost vulnerable expression. Alyssa, having successfully turned the tables, stood triumphantly, breathing heavily, staring into her adversary’s eyes with a mix of contempt and satisfaction.

Alyssa reached out and firmly gripped two handfuls of Ren's blonde tresses. The sheer force of her grip caused Ren's head to tilt back, exposing her neck and emphasizing the vulnerability of her position. Alyssa's eyes traveled over Ren's disheveled appearance, her lips curling into a smug smirk.
