Queens on MAX
We’re back at Studio 13 in Queens Complex located in Los Angeles, California where we join a live taping in progress of Late Night Before the Bell with Natalie Dormer who is joined by fellow TV personality Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Late Night Before the Bell is recorded in front of a live studio audience.
Natalie: A lot has happened since the last we aired.
RHW: The PPV, the Asylum, and a few announcements from around the world of the FCBA.
Natalie: We even got new rankings for JMD/D.
RHW: I never understood how contenders in JMD/D were ranked in recent times. If you are the title holder that means you are the champion - under any sport that puts you as either the number one contender or above that position and in a position specific to the champion with the number one contender obviously being the contender closest to the title by a degree of separation.
Natalie: I think they are also ranking boxing position in their which is confusing the ranking situation but I’m not sure - you make a good point.
RHW: Let’s talk about the September PPV.
Natalie: The Queens did well with wins for Dakota, Tiera, and you. Cintia unfortunately lost her debut match but there’s plenty more work to come as we head into 2024.
RHW: Outside the Queen’s banner?
Natalie: Things get intriguing to say the least but what I want to cover is Dove giving up her title shot to Michelle Williams’ whose floundering career doesn’t really earn her a title shot. Frankly, Dove should be forced to fight for the title and if she wins than she can give it to Michelle if she so chooses. Or there are plenty of other girls worthy of a title shot.
RHW: Harsh, but true. Besides, she beat Victoria Justice for the shot and I wouldn’t have pinned any hopes on Justice winning against Dove in the first place. Not without more training at least.
Natalie: We also did get event announcements. From FFC, the “Tyra Banks Invitational” which is a Sports Illustrated Model boxing competition. That will be interesting and will also be taking place in November although no official date has been announced. From the Queens, Queen’s Anniversary is in November just before Thanksgiving. October will play host to Empress of the Body Saddle and December to Armageddon Goddesses and Kat’s Christmas.
RHW: As far as other events around the FCBA, there probably will be some that just haven’t been announced at the time of airing.
Natalie: Also, as of October 1st, continuing onward, the Queens will have use of Sophie Turner and Sabrina Carpenter barring any matches setup by their primary stables respectively. It’s going to be great to have them around and they will have the full support of the Queens.
RHW: In the meantime, we’re going to take a little break and we’ll all have a chat between the scenes.
