Queens on MAX: AMDD Rankings
With the Abs of Mass Destruction (AMDD) Title inaugural championship over, hopefully signifying the start of a very active belt for Welterweight/Lightweight similarly to how the AMD belt has become a staple in Bantamweight/Flyweight I wanted to release the very first monthly rankings in AMDD even if it's a non-lineal belt. Matches tracked are from 2023 only and based on a search for "AMD." An explanation of the process for how the rankings will work: I'm not going to pull a list of all active Lightweight or Welterweight women but rather as they participate in AMDD matches of any kind, they will earn a spot on the rankings which will be released every month. Each position on the rankings is based on the number of victories weighted against the number of matches with exception to the champion who will always be at the top before the contenders are listed.
To make it easier in the future to track AMDD matches, please use AMDD in the thread title. The forum's search, while not the best, can search by exact phrase in a thread title and this will prevent any mixup with the AMD rankings.
Yes, on that note, due to the sheer volume of AMD matches this year, I will start tracking AMD beginning January 2024. It will work similarly to the AMDD Rankings.
Ultimately, more title matches will begin after there is more data. We hope to see some AMDD matches in October and November to build the rankings for Welterweight and Lightweight to allow the current champion and any future champion the ability to actively select her next opponent from a list of challengers and contenders.
Champion: Bridget Satterlee (Queens)
Number of Matches: 2
Win Percentage: 100%
1. Alexis Ren (VIXENs): Alexis Ren is a bit of something, that’s for sure. She’s been on her world tour and the numbers don’t lie, for all tracked AMDD matches which total 3, she has won all three. Her experience makes her the biggest threat to Bridget’s reign.
Number of Matches: 3
Win Percentage: 100%
2. Eden Cohen (VIXENs): Numbers don’t lie and Eden has been defeated by both Bridget and Alexis. Yet also what doesn’t lie is her resolve and her physical fitness - with Alexis on a world tour she might as well be the number one contender even if she hasn’t won a single AMDD match.
Number of Matches: 4
Win Percentage: 25%
3. Kendall Jenner (Girls Friday): Kendall finds herself worse off. She faced the number one contender on her world tour and found herself defeated in her only tracked AMDD match.
Number of Matches: 1
Win Percentage: 0%
4. Emily Ratajkowski (VIXENs): Well, numbers don’t lie Emily hasn’t won once in an AMDD match since 2021. And we don’t track that far back as the AMDD Title is a new belt.
Number of Matches: 2
Win Percentage: 0%
