Natalie Dormer, wearing an off-white form hugging dress with gold embroidery sat with Krysten Ritter who seemingly wore the opposite: a black off the shoulder form hugging dress that accentuated her tiny waist with silver embroidery as they discussed the happenings around the FCBA and with each other as the cameras began to start rolling once more on Late Night Before the Bell with Natalie Dormer.
Natalie: And we’re back. With that we want to take the time to give a special shout out to the VIXENs crew which works hard everyday as Alexis Ren reaches her one-hundredth fight in the FCBA. It’s only a shame that it wasn’t against Kendall Jenner. That would have really put a highlight on their world tour but sometimes you do get the math wrong and inadvertently make these mistakes. Still, congratulations Alexis on your one-hundredth; may you win it in a great victory.
Krysten: Here, here. Let’s all hear it for Alexis - one-hundred only comes around once.
(Crowd Cheers)
Natalie: So Krysten, you accepted a fight with Femme Fight Club and in particular their new and only Welterweight, Valery Kaufmann. Being the welcoming committee?
Krysten: Indeed. Someone has to teach these new Welters the pecking order and I am more than happy to do it. And what better stage than their own FFC Fight Night?
Natalie: And you have Re:Ignite and possibly another Welterweight match?
Krysten: Indeed. September is going to be busy for me with most of my focus on Re:Ignite but I will have the time to take down two opponents of opportunity.
Natalie: The last girl you face, Anne Hathaway, walked away, or well, was stretchered away from your match with a broken nose.
Krysten: I can’t help it if I hit hard. The Queens are getting serious about Welterweight now and with Elyse and I leading it that’s like facing one of your worst nightmares and living to tell the tale.
Natalie: “Getting serious about Welterweight?”
Krysten: Yes, the division needs a good push and we have four Welterweights: Elyse, myself, Bridget, and Tiera. If all goes according to plan we’ll have six to make this push - the other two of which names I can’t reveal but it will be announced when it happens.
Natalie: Continue…
Krysten: With the six of us we intend to revitalize the division post Re:Ignite. Even some bouts might take place before Re:Ignite. The point is, we’re pushing into Welterweight territory because we want to see the division succeed and not stagnate. Our flair for the dramatic coupled with our flair for a fight should, pardon the pun, reignite the division.
Natalie: Than you intend to dominate it.
Krysten: Well, naturally. And the first woman to feel the domineering wrath of a Queen is to be Valery Kaufmann unless another Welterweight fight comes up first.
Natalie: Fair. With all that being said, Late Night Before the Bell will return right after this.
