Hailee Steinfeld versus Zendaya

BEFORE: This will be the first official battle for Hailee under the banner of Lookout! Boxing and it’s going to be an exciting superhero battle between two of the toughest fighters in the MCU, though that is always a hotly contested moniker. Hailee showing up in purple sports bra and trunks, with matching gloves and hair in a fighting ponytail, while Zendaya is clad in red sports bra and trunks, with matching gloves and hair loose aroun her face. Both fighters touch gloves respectfully as they get ready for ten rounds of boxing in the lightweight division, which starts now!
During R1,2: Hailee fitting Zendaya for jabs, tattooing pretty brunette with combinations: it's all Steinfeld early. Steinfeld limber about the ring, legging away from exchanges, but struck stiffly about her ribs and face. Steinfeld calm in pursuit - doubling up the jab head/body, ripping right/left to Zendaya's flanks as well as digging hooks and left uppercuts to Zendaya's midsection/breasts. Zendaya spitting back, but off balance...she's getting touched up through 2.
R3: Zendaya flashing pin-prick poke - stitching jabs to Steinfeld's chest/face; neatly disengaging to circle. Zendaya also starting to use small gloves to tug at Hailee's waistband or top - pulling brunette off balance/spinning her 'round: ref doesn't like it, calls Zendaya on it. Midway through, crisp Steinfeld combination punches bounce off Zendaya's skull/ears, buckling slender leg - brunette has to spend a minute running to clear her head. Down the stretch, Zendaya stabilizes with that darting left - touching head/body, then skipping round Steinfeld's flanks to escape receipts. Hailee's power carries the points as she's blanking Zendaya through 3.
R4: Zendaya brave, hanging in the pocket to stitch quick, straight one-twos to Hailee's face as Steinfeld's moving in, then sliding back to create another gap. Hailee loading up a little, getting beat to punches as a result - Zendaya showing slender-limbed quickness up the middle. Brilliant boxing - Zendaya tapping rigid, straight left/rights against Steinfeld's beautiful face, then luring her forward, with Hailee getting touched up for the first time. Down the stretch, Steinfeld moving into a confident one-two gets startled as right knee buckles and TOUCHES DOWN! Steinfeld awkwardly to all fours as Zendaya brightens, throws hands high to strut it up 10-8.
R5: Steinfeld continuing to advance - continuing to accept pin-point polish on her face as Zendaya's stitching away. Zendaya grinning, scoring, escaping - swift, pounding licks scuffing Steinfeld up. Mirror image of the fourth near the end - rapid fire Zendaya lefts and rights scrape at Steinfeld's cheeks/chin, buzzing Hailee's legs. Steinfeld scatters awkwardly to all fours, eyes blinking in shock, ears scalded by Zendaya's happy yelp as her rival surges into lead through 5.
R6: Steinfeld smartens up, gets back to jabbing Zendaya's chest with brunette unable to walk Hailee into baited traps this round. Hailee jabbing, hooking, pivoting-left as now SHE'S turning Zendaya and luring her forward, outboxing svelte brunette beauty. Zendaya trying to scrub away brisk right-lefts but Steinfeld picking off the shots on a high guard, then answering back vicious, tight hooks - licking at waist, face. Final minute a rough one for team Zenday - Zendaya rubbery legged from several crisp chin-checking left hands - brunette girl reeling, blinking in confusion through 6.
R7: Steinfeld attacking Zendaya's taut waist via shafting straight right hands...pretty brunette wincing, retreating from power. Fight moves to ropes - Zendaya attempting to move to her right at the hop. Hailee swats a hook across Zendaya's forehead, buzzing slim brunette legs. Zendaya sagging into ropes, glassy-eyed as Hailee scoots into position, gets to work classy. HARD left hook snatches in behind Zendaya's right elbow - drilling straight right punches Zendaya square to face - brunette girl visibly loosening as she leans back into ropes. Hailee's weight on her left leg - she rips that left to body again, drops in the straight right - dramatic loosening in Zendaya as her hands drop to her thighs, torso lolling to her left. Hailee pours in - raking double hooks swat across Zendaya's sleepy face, punctuated by savage, drilling rights, and THE REF STEPS IN! Vicious TKO7 as Hailee punches Zendaya helpless.
AFTER: It’s a sudden end to a pretty intense boxing contest, with Hailee scoring a big win over her opponent to get off to a spectacular start with a new stable. Hailee coming over to give Zendaya a brief hug and some encouraging words exchanged between them, before Zendaya exits the ring to cede the spotlight to the triumphant Hailee. Steinfield beaming broadly after her victory, “Zendaya and I have met a few times before unofficially and had some competition in some apartment house wrestling and backstage boxing, but this was the first time we definitely met in the ring. I think it’s been pretty even between us, so being able to take her down like that was, dare I say it, amazing. I’m looking forward to more between us in the future and proving why I belong here at lightweight. So, whose next?” as Hailee jogs out of the ring, high-fiving fans and pumping her fist victoriously as she celebrates her big win.
