Good news for the fans - the two bouts that were written prior to my accident and have been recovered. One of them (Emily VanCamp versus Evangeline Lilly) will be saved for the PPV, but the other will be posted now as Britney Spears has a date with Ashley Greene planned for the PPV. So, without further ado, here is a match that I hope you'll enjoy between:
Britney Spears versus Demi Lovato

BEFORE: Both fighters have similar trajectories in their musical careers, if not in their boxing careers, which makes it surprising to many pundits that they have not fought before today. Both of them have been involved with the House of Mouse, had some personal issues sidelined their musical careers at times but have overcome it to achieve musical superstardom once more. Even more, they both were judges on X-Factor previously, where there were plenty of rumors in the media about backstage drama between them but denied by both celebrities. Both fighters state that they respect one another and that seems to demonstrated, leading up to the bout.
Demi is beaming as she discusses Britney, “Both as a fighter and as a singer, Britney has been such a huge role model for me. I've really patterned a lot of my skills in the ring and on stage after Britney, which is just another reason she is such a huge legend in both Hollywood and in the FCBA. I'm really honored to be taking her on as she is a legitimate Hall-of-Famer and I can only hope to have a career as awesome as hers. But, if I'm going to, it's going to start today. I need to take her down because comparisons are constantly made between us and it's time for me to put those to rest, along with maybe Spears.” as Demi sticks out her tongue playfully.
Britney similarly complimentary, smiling at her former X-Factor teammate as she shakes her head a bit with a chuckle, “I can't say enough about Demi – she has worked so hard to get to where she is today. Breaking out from the pack of pop stars that come through Disney and the musical machine is not easy to do. It's just as difficult to do in the FCBA, but she is really coming into her own and has had quite a run lately. But, she is going to run into some roadblocks if she wants to advance and I'm going to be one of them. Lots of girls think they can take on a legend, but taking one down is another matter. As Demi is about to find out..” as Britney sticks her tongue right back at Lovato with a wink.

R1: Spears with her hands up and palms out, with her hands stacked up at her midsection – both girls flicking out jabs and pivot with their feet to get position in very quick fisted action early. Midway through the round, Spears flicking the jab to Lovato's tummy from the elbow, slings over the top with the curling left hand on the face and then then bends back with the southpaw right hook to the cheek and Demi spins to her hands and knees. DEMI IS DOWN! Spears smiling, stands right over top of Lovato until ref pushes her back - long count ensues. Lovato gets up, and seemingly not hurt, but Britney feints the left, cranks the right hook again to roll Demi up on the ropes with a blank look on her face. Britney piling on, goes determined to the gut on Lovato at the bell, putting mileage on those younger legs for later.
R2: Demi shakes it off and comes out sharp this round, doubling the jab to Spears' mouth, and bending into those laser right hands from the shoulder. Lovato pulling the trigger, turns her torso into the sewing machine rights, and Spears busts up, losing form and looking to clinch. Now Demi swarms, fists pelting in combination to the hips and waist of Britney as the blonde reaches in to clinch. All Lovato to the final minute, when Spears gets on the board with short rights and lefts to the midsection late.
R3.4: Demi commits to the body, and beats Spears ragged in back to back shutouts. The girls lay in toe to toe, fighting cheek to cheek, and Lovato simply outhustles Spears, pounding her into an angry grimace as the blonde can’t get off. Naturally, Demi takes whatever she wants, letting her handspeed dominate, bouncing left to right to slap Britney’s face with one-twos, using her shoulder inside to set up the hook to the liver, and the chopping right hand on the jaw. After the fourth, Spears’ face is shiny and ribs pink with constant attention from Demi.
R5,6: Sweet payback as Spears returns fire inside with Lovato, and completely turns the tables the next two rounds. Now it’s Demi getting beaten up, holding her arms in tight as Britney gets off with impunity. Spears holding her gloves low, jerks lefts and rights up into Lovato’s body and has the brunette cringing and wilting from the clubbing attack. Britney with her right shoulder touching Demi's mouth or gloves, turns her foe into clouting hooks on the cheek, and clipping left uppercuts between the mitts to leave Demi dazed through six.
R7: Girls take a step back to get punching room this round, and a rousing give and take of sweet combination punching flows forth, Both girls adept at moving after they punch, doubling up on hooks or lead power hands, not much lands, but plenty is thrown as the crowd roars. Down the stretch, Britney able to sting Demi with lead left hands from the shoulder, then turn the brunette with a pivot mid-ring to take the round.
R8: Demi comes out looking for tummy, holding those gloves low, jerking up with the left hand especially to bunch Britney up at midring. Setting up on Britney’s left shoulder, Demi gets into a rhythm, chopping down with the right hook onto Spear’s face, hefting up with the left hand into the pit of the singer’s stomach - and Britney is hurt! Britney turning, trying to roll with the punches, but she’s getting battered, and Lovato gets the ball rolling when she comes inside with the right, banging the uppercut off Britney's chin and stunning the blonde. Britney on her heels, eyes wide and glassy, and Demi moves in low, coming out of the crouch with a sweeping left hand across the mouth. Spears crumples to the ropes, feet wide apart, and Lovato lunges in. Demi reaching in with the left, RIPS AWAY with right hooks to Britney's body, then slamming the left in on the head as Spears breaks down. Beautiful beat down leaves Britney confused and the ref steps in: TKO8 Demi Lovato.
AFTER: A huge win for Demi and she acts like it as she is jumping around jubilantly, beaming and giving high fives to her corner. Lovato doesn't forget her friend either, coming over to give Britney a hug after she comes around as the two of them whisper encouraging words to one another and Demi ensures she is alright. Britney shoves her away with a little playful swat on Demi's tush as the two of them appear to leave on good terms as the two stick out tongues and head in opposite directions.
Opposite directions might also speak to their current careers as Spears suffers a tough loss to a type rival and Demi scores a big comeback win after her JMD loss to Jessica Nigri, but both fighters should feel comfortable about their bright futures ahead.
Demi, for her part, is feeling very confident as she jumps on the turnbuckle and pounds her chest enthusiastically. Demi bellows with excitement as she is almost on the verge of tears, but contains herself as she addresses the media, “It's always been clear to any bantam fighter who comes into the league that Britney is one of the standards that one needs to hold themselves to and certainly more so for anybody coming in from the musical world. If you're going to elevate yourself to the elite, the path needs to go through Brit and not around her. I've never backed down from a challenge and I'm not going to start now. The fact she claims Hall Of Fame scalps indicates she's improved massively since joining Paris & the gang. Well, I guess it puts her in serious contention for flyweight of the year or the most improved flyweight of the year. That's unless BWO and Tractorpull actually care to take a look outside of the usual suspects. Because Demi as a flyweight elite is not exactly old news and they might have missed that!
