NOTICE: THIS HAS BEEN POSTED A DAY EARLY DUE TO SCHEDULING ISSUES.
At the broadcast studio section of the Queens of Absolution’s building, a long auburn haired woman sat. At 5’11” she seemingly had the stature of most of the Queens - she certainly did have their beauty. Dressed in a floral print mini-dress, the hazel eyed woman examined her notes as the Queens that would be attending tonight’s episode of Before the Bell came charmingly walking in: Amy Acker in a strapless black dress; Jennifer Morrison in a floral dress ensemble, Tiera Skovbye in a red strapless mini-dress, Natasha Calis in a blue strapless mini-dress, Saraya in a black strapless mini-dress, and Madelaine Petsch in a white strapless mini-dress. All of them were wearing appropriately matching heels and had their hair loose and well done up.
Kelsey Ollander: Good evening and welcome to a special edition of Before the Bell, What We Leave Behind 2022. Tonight, we look back at the Queens of Absolution 2022 in the FCBA. For two months, the revolutionary - or renegade stable depending on your view, has made great strides within the league from individual fighter achievements to the VIX versus Queens stable war. Tonight, we are joined by the newest members of the Queens: Tiera Skovbye and Natasha Calis as well as Madelaine Petsch; Saraya; Amy Acker; and Jennifer Morrison. It’s a pleasure to have you ladies with us tonight to look back at what we accomplished.
Amy Acker: (smiling) Thanks for having us!
Kelsey Ollander: Tiera let's begin with you. So you had the honor of having the last fight for the Queens of Absolution this year against the Celebrity Wrestling Federation’s Victoria Justice; how do you feel about that match?
Tiera Skovbye: I actually feel pretty good about that match and I thought it was going to be amicable, but after Victoria said she was going to humiliate me I just looked at Natasha and we just simply agreed that we couldn't have that and so Victoria got what she deserved in every way possible and she's lucky Natasha didn't get involved either. So she should be thanking whatever lucky stars that were over her that night and pray she doesn’t face me in the ring again.
Kelsey Ollander: Now Miss McElhone has come out and said you took things too far. What do you say about that, because now the CWF is promising to take things further.
Amy Acker: I will take that. It's quite simple really a stable war is on the horizon: “From the Queens with Love,” coming February 14th to Vancouver, British Columbia, at Rogers Arena otherwise known as the Colosseum. And when the CWF faces off against us again, they will be going home back to the United States as a defeated stable. They call us the Queens of Arrogance. We're only arrogant if we can't back it up.
Kelsey Ollander: So what was started on December 26th is not over?
Amy Acker: No. Miss McElhone wants to play against us, she’ll have it.
Kelsey Ollander: Looking back, you all had the VIX stable war, participated in the December PPV, and what has become a point of contention: the December 26th CBAD. How do you all think everything went?
Saraya: We came to the FCBA to start a revolution and the revolution we started.
Amy Acker: (smiling) It also helped that the VIXENS were so accommodating and welcoming to us.
Kelsey Ollander: Going back to December 26th, Natasha, you looked like you were ready to hop into the ring at the end.
Natasha Calis: That's because I was, I wanted Justice humiliated in a way she’d never forget, but Tiera took care of that, and now Justice is out to seek redemption. It's funny, she'll face her again, but she's too scared to face me.
Kelsey Ollander: Madelaine, as someone who won’t be participating in the stable war in favor of representing the Queens during the February PPV, how do you feel about this.
Madelaine Petsch: Challenge a Queen, and you won't walk away. As to what Victoria said to Tiera, I think she went too far especially since it was Tiera’s debut so what she did to Victoria is all fair game
Kelsey Ollander: So, Krysten Ritter beat Jenny McCarthy.
Saraya: That’s my girl, right there.
Kelsey Ollander: And Halston Sage won her match too.
Jennifer Morrison: Any of us could have told you that would happen. She was holding back and you could tell.
Kelsey Ollander: Kelli Berglund wasn’t so lucky. A liver shot ended her night.
Natasha Calis: From what I've seen of Kelli in the gym she'll bounce back easily. She's a tough girl and she is strong. Her opponent just got lucky and got a shot right in her liver. Otherwise, we would be talking about a different outcome right now. And this is coming from someone who’s extremely athletic.
Kelsey Ollander: Amy, what’s next for the Queens in 2023?
Amy Acker: Right now we are in negotiations we can't talk about publicly, but hopefully they do go through because quite frankly, it would be an exciting addition to the Queens and it would be a unique prospect in the way we operate. As to what else is happening in 2023, we have a stable war with the CWF, we know Lookout Boxing is gunning for us and at this point we just have a lot of amazing things happening, and we're looking forward to all that. And Tiera and the Natasha weren’t going to join us until 2023 but I was just like you know what: it's the end of the year; I think we should end on these two lovely Canadians joining and so they have and now hopefully 2023 brings a bright future.
Kelsey Ollander: Speaking of ending, I know this is a little shorter than what we normally do but I also know you all have to get to a Queens celebration.
Saraya: To Lookout Boxing, this is OUR house.
Madelaine Petsch: (laughing) I knew you would get that in for them teasing us!
Tiera Skovbye: (smiling) Happy New Year’s everyone!
Natasha Calis: May your 2023 be fantastic and bright.
Amy Acker: (standing up) From all of us Queens, we thank you for supporting us and want to wish all of you a prosperous 2023. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to meeting you all in the audience, at meet and greets, and even on the street. Thank you, and happy 2023!
