We’re LIVE in the heart of Melbourne, Australia, and ready for yet another chapter of the VIX International Tour, this time coming to you from the Festival Hall where a sold-out crowd is eagerly cheering on their home-town fighters as they enter the arena.

First up is one-half of the Perkins twins, Mimi and Leah both taking the local modeling world by storm in recent years. She’s had renewed success with the recent signing to the Bondi Babes, and tonight, she’s representing the country from another British invasion.

Nell Tiger Free looks slightly surprised as the crowd boos her upon entering through the curtains, the Servant and Game of Thrones actress usually used to a warmer reception. Harder times for Tiger Free with a most recent loss to fellow Brit, Emma Watson, though she gets another shot of redemption tonight if she manages to make it past Mimi.

“My eyes are set on Lily, if I’m being honest,” Nell tells reporters by ringside. “I almost knocked her out in my first ever match, and I’ve been itching to try again. I think there’s no better time, to be honest, with Collins looking a little sluggish in recent contests. As for Mimi…” Nell continues, “I’ve watched as many tapes as I could get my hands on. She hasn’t fought that often, and so I’m hoping to put her away in five rounds, and conserve my energy for Lily much later.”

“Put me away in five rounds, will you?” Mimi later responds from across the ring, before turning to address the crowds. “What do the rest of you think about that?” The Aussie native is met with a chorus of cheers, boos, and shakes of the head. Mimi turns back to the reporters, grinning widely. “I’m gonna give her hell later. If she wants to get to the next stage of the tourney, first, she’ll have to go through me!”

Nell and Mimi facing off in the center of the ring, Mimi still looking smug and Nell on the other hand looking neutral and calm. Mimi’s in a white sports top that’s loose and cut off too early, showing off her underboob. She’s also wearing black bikini briefs for bottoms, and a pair of red gloves on either hand. In the other corner, Nell’s gone for an emerald sports bra and hot denim shorts, shadow-boxing in white gloves, awaiting the opening bell.

Referee signals for this first match of the evening to get started, and HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Nell uses her bigger size to bully Mimi about early, jabbing at her forearms before suddenly landing bigger shots to her guard to put her on notice. Nell clearly wants the win here, and by extension, the chance to knock Collins down for good this time later tonight. She slams another big hook into Perkins’ arms to send her reeling sideways with a grunt, Mimi still struggling to keep up with the Vixen’s power and aggression. Perkins spends a majority of the round blocking and trying to weave, but can’t quite disengage from Nell’s constant pressure. Last minute and Nell successfully plants more leather off her tummy and torso, drawing further off-balanced groans from the Aussie native. Wide round at the bell, with the home crowd not sure what to expect with Mimi’s shockingly poor performance thus far.

ROUND 2:
Mimi tries to show some spirit, standing her ground and going toe-to-toe with the British blonde at multiple points. It has mixed results, however, as Nell simply follows up with more combos of her own, ignoring the return attacks to her own face from Mimi, and finally powering a hook into the side of Mimi’s head to send her packing once more. Perkins not looking too good, showing some heart as she tries to shake off the own growing pains in her jawline and the ringing in her head. But no matter how much ammunition she lands back on Nell’s face, the Vixen just keeps on chugging into her space, and Tiger Free again lands a lunging uppercut to the belly to force her back with a grunt, before Mimi has to hastily scram to avoid another big overhand that stuns her to the middle of the arms. Close round to Tiger Free, who pushes ahead in terms of points!

ROUND 3:
And Mimi fights back, using her smaller stature to avoid some of Nell’s hooks at her head, much to the surprise of the Vixen! If Mimi can’t compete in the power department, she can certainly use her leaner figure to slip in and out of the pocket, before rocking Nell across the face with a hook, another cross hand driven between the eyes to give the Brit fighter pause. Nell, not liking the sudden reversal of fortunes, holds back in the second minute and tries to avoid getting countered like the first. The Vixen attempts to plant leather back on Perkins’ frame with jabs fired in at the head and body, but Perkins keeps herself at range for the remainder of the round, denying Nell a third straight win in a row.

ROUND 4:
More of the same, with Mimi realizing her speed trumps Nell’s own lumbering swings in her direction. Nell’s jab combos are hitting the arms but they mostly hit air, with Mimi ducking and weaving her head and upper torso around the Vixen’s attacks, then powers her own fists back into Nell’s face. Tiger Free grunts as she takes another glancing blow to the chin, another left-right combo sunk straight into her lips and nose to stop her in her tracks. Nell tries to regroup by the final minute, but it’s a hard battle to win with Perkins’ lead growing by the second. Mimi tries to press inwards this time, pushing Nell back towards the ropes with jabs tagging her further off her tummy and chest, several stinging off the forehead, but Nell manages to block the majority from landing. Still ain’t a good look for the Vixen, who promised to end things by the next round!

ROUND 5:
Mimi’s looking encouraged at the bell, squaring her shoulders as her feet bound inwards to resume the abuse. By the front row, her sister Leah is eagerly urging her forward as well, telling Mimi to try and finish the British starlet off before she can return with her own momentum. Mimi tries just that, rocking another combo into the arms before lunging under to snag the tummy with a stiff uppercut. But Nell took all those punches in her stride, barely stepping two steps back before bounding back forwards with a mighty right hand - KAPOW!! Mimi looks SHOCKED as the right cross makes landfall with her cheek, sending her head swiveling to the side and the rest of her body staggering to an abrupt stop! OUCH indeed!! Perkins is about to lose her balance, aided downwards further as Tiger Free pounces, sinking blows all over her torso and waistline before ROCKING the poor Aussie fighter OFF HER FEET with a rising hook to the jawline! DOWN MIMI GOES, getting sprawled to her side before rolling over onto her back, utterly out cold! The referee perhaps the 10-count for the sake of the crowd’s ROAR of protest and shock, but it’s more of a formality, with one half of the Perkins sisters lying still on the canvas, her head rolled to one side! At the end of the count, the ref has no choice but to wave it off!

Official Decision: Nell Tiger Free defeats Mimi Perkins via KO5!

AFTER:
Nell congratulates herself in the post-fight, raising her fists in the air and smiling wide, despite not having won the hostile crowd completely over. The Vixen is more excited about the opportunity to fight Lily in the next round, provided of course the other Vixen makes it past the other Herbert twin.

“She’d better not LOSE,” Nell says with a confident grin. “If Lily gets herself KO’ed again, I’m gonna ask Caspian for an immediate rematch soon after.”

Meanwhile, Mimi Perkins has to be tended to by the medics and her own sister, Leah, who vows revenge on behalf of her twin. “Nell almost fell to Mimi’s fists, especially in the third and fourth rounds. I have a feeling it won’t take much else to send the Brit down to the canvas.”

Nell, much later, whilst recuperating backstage in preparation for the final match of the tournament, can’t help but respond: “I’m game. I’ll fight both Mimi and Leah on the same night if they think they’re so great. Bring it on!”
