It's barely been a week since Thanksgiving in the United States has passed, and photographs now circulating their way around the internet showed former New Amsterdam star Janet Montgomery and former Once Upon a Time star Jennifer Morrison at the exquisite Queens of Absolution facilities complex that looked more like a Los Angeles art piece than a boxing stable's facilities. There was definitely wonder at how much funding these people had just based on the lavishness of what could be seen by the photographs which up until now, hadn't existed because the Queens announced there existence mere days before a major U.S. holiday.
Speculation suggested that Morrison and Montgomery would be signed as fighters to the stable as the date of the media invitation rolled around.
The Microsoft Theater, twice as many times in one week: pundits piled in to the all to familiar room and the doors were closed. Eager reporters waited, eyes and cameras trained on Amy Acker who had made her way to the stage.
"While there is a lot we have in store for you in December, today we are here to announce some changes to the Queens of Absolutions. For that, please welcome Jennifer Morrison who will take over from here."
A spotlight lit up Morrison as she walked onto the stage, trading a cordial hug with Acker before taking the wireless microphone.
Jennifer continued: "As of today, I have accepted the role of Media Director of the Queens of Absolution," she addressed to the room which began to light up with flashes.
"However, we do have one more announcement which you may be far more interested in since it changes the balance of power in the ring." Another spotlight lit up the stage revealing Janet Montgomery who waved into the crowd of pundits as she walked to her mark. Morrison made it official: "Janet Montgomery has been signed to the bantamweight division of the Queens of Absolution and will be making her debut in December."
Once more, flashes of cameras lit up the theater. While speculative, it was becoming clear to the media that the Queens were planning something big in the FCBA for December.
