TESS VALMORE
FLAIR/RIBEIRO. While Flair has a 16-14 career record she is 1-3 in the Diamond Boxing tournament and has lost eight of her last ten. As poor as that recent performance is, it’s not as bad as Ribeiro. She is 0-4 in the the tournament has never won fight in nine trys. Ribeiro may eventually win a fight. but it won’t be in this tournament. Flair wins.
G.ATKINSON/BOCK. Gemma has a 0-4 tournament record. As bad as Flair and Ribeiro are, Atkinson makes then look like championship material. Well, She did hold the championship once, but she has won two of her last twenty. That recent record was at the start of her membership with Beaver's Babes of the BBU. Management must have the patient of Job. Bock is 1-3 in the tournament and has won three of her last ten. She should beat Atkinson.
LAWLEY/KLOSS. After losing six straight in 2020, Lawley has turned around won won eleven of her last twelve with her only loss being to Upton. Kloss is 2-2 for the tournament and has won five of her last ten. She fought Lawley back in 2020 beating her with a TKO7. She can well beat Lawley again and Lawley is on a roll. I think she will even things up with a KO.
McKINNEY/CORRIN. McKinney is undefeated in her four tournament bouts. She has a 28-14 record with most of her fights occurring while a member of Front Street. Corrin is also undefeated in her four tournament bouts and she has won seven of her last ten. I am surprised that McKinney has done so well in this tournament, but I think her success ends with Corrin who wins by a KO7
