Behati’s strength is her aggression, or at least, that’s what she thinks! She rushes in again, confident of that wide first round victory at her back. She initiates with jabs and crosses powered in at Lima’s head, hoping to catch the veteran fighter with an early shock to the system to end this round in dominant fashion. Lima’s guard, however, is still prim and proper, no screws loose here as she blocks and weaves, still moving fast enough to avoid getting caught by a third one-two combo aimed for her nose. Slowly, Lima gets the form and rhythm of her competitor, countering with a right hand DRIVEN back into Prinsloo’s nostrils, another left-right combination banging off her lips to throw Behati’s head back. Suddenly, Prinsloo’s in trouble, looking a little dazed as she’s walked backwards - it’s just like they always say, isn’t it: it’s all fun and games until one gets punched hard in the face. It happened to Ronda Rousey, and it’s happening to Behati Prinsloo as well! Lima advances with purpose, sending more shocks to Behati’s face, snapping her head back over and over again. Behati’s guard is all over the place, wavering by the second as another hard shot to her chin DRIVES her backwards.
