IIRC it's been quite a while since anyone did one...(I haven't even considered checking the wiki yet)...but perhaps with things slowing down a bit between July 4 and Labor Day maybe a few of us could put our heads together and come up with attractive bouts with interesting stipulations for the loser(s) that would keep things humming.
Chimera is open to (just about) anything - especially since we don't have any titles to worry about losing (nor are we interested in using Stable Wars to win them) so it'd basically be for bragging rights..

I have already posted challenges etc for next PPV but if still game - August stable war between Chimera and Sceej would be a blast ... Munn, Palicki, Lawley all ready ... and maybe FINALLY (my bad, I know) "you know who" v "you know who"

Sceej: I'm not sure about "you know who" vs "JennyMac the knife". I have (basically) turned over running "you know who's" monthly schedule to "he who must be obeyed" and I'm not sure how "he" feels about J.Mac! Also, "he" has "you know who" scheduled for multiple fights all the way thru December, so I'm pretty sure "he" would paddle my saggy ol' behind if started messing around with "you know who's" match schedule.
But having said all of that, I WILL email "he who must be obeyed" and ask (politely) about possibly working in something for "you know who" vs "she whose name must never by mentioned" (a hard-and-fast Chimera rule I've violated several times already!)
I'm also heavily committed to a Lawrence (possible) title shot in August. So how about postponing a "maybe" Stable War to mid-September(?) when we have flexibility - and an answer about "you know who's" status vis-a-vis "Mac the knife"?
I guess the War could shake out something like this: a Best of 3 w/o McCarthy - or a Best of 4 w/JennyMac?:
Jenny McCarthy (5'7" 51 yo) vs "you know who" or more likely a surrogate...maybe Sofia Vergara (5'6", 50 yo)?
IF it's a Best of 4 we'll need/want a tie-break* or just leave it tied at 2-2... or 1-1 +2 draws? a) Winner based on "total team ROUNDS won"? [see below*] b) Winner based only on # fights won (2-1-1, 3-1 or 4-0, etc.?) c) Winner decided by a fifth fight between two winners (if more than one for either team, that team's member is by blind draw?) d) Winner decided by a 2v2 tag team wrestling match/catfight e) Winner decided by a 1-1 fight (boxing, wrestling, catfight, whatever) between the two captains (named before the war) f) Winner decided by a fight between two HONORARY team members (Chimera: Lawrence/Hendricks/McMahon/Theron?) (Sceej: GLN if not ref, or "guest")?? g) Winner decided by method I'm too weary to think of...as if that's not already overkill!!!
IF Jenny IS included (regardless of "who" she fights - make her fight at "Cougar Rules" (i.e., 8 rds?) one possible lineup could be: Olivia Munn (5'4", 41 yo) vs Margot Robbie (5'6" 31 yo) 10 rounds regulation? Adrianne Palicki (5'11", 28 yo) vs Blake Lively (5'10", 33 yo) 10 rounds regulation? [Jen Lawrence has already been squashed by Lawley once and prefers to avoid a repeat) Robyn Lawley (6'2", 31 yo) vs Miley Cyrus (5'5", 29 yo) + Samantha Hoopes (5'8", 28 yo) 2 against 1? 10 rounds JMD/D or not?
Referees: each stable names ONE ref. (Gena Lee Nolin-a well-known "you know who" annoyer, and Christina Hendricks?) HAVE BOTH refs work EVERY fight - to prevent possible cheating by the fighters OR a referee...and they'll need two if my wacky idea of a 2v1 bout comes off, because that's 5 women in the ring!
Fight rules? (regular or JMD/JMDD for all fights, or - as suggested above - 2 regular, 1 JMDD?)
Stipulations? (spanking or other...servitude, forfeit garments or their hair, face painting, body art..we're limited only by our imaginations!) -Loser of each bout spanked in the ring after her fight (10 swats?) -Losing Stable spanked in the ring afterward (10 swats for EACH round difference in the team scores? see below*)
* Rounds math: 10 rds x 3 regulation fights + 8 cougar rounds = 38 rounds maximum possible; it could easily end up 20-18 or 24-14. (Hey! What about a KO ending?) That would lessen the max number of rounds below 38.) Which wouldn't be too bad, but it COULD happen that the winning team gets a couple of early KOs and the losers "win" more rounds with two UD10s (not likely but a potential problem).
What I propose is that in any KO ending, give the winner of the fight ALL remaining rounds. (So a KO5 gives her team a bonus of 5 extra rounds; a fair reward considering her opponent was unlikely to have won them).
Please, take a few days (weeks?) to digest all that and let me know. I haven't gotten any firm offers yet, but I WILL have stable fights with ANY and ALL STABLES who are willing. So you can't get left out. I'm also open to multiple - even monthly - wars (assuming we can get enough writers).
Ginny, whose looking to be crowned "Stable War Queen" (in the absence of any other recognition)

The IBB should be interested to a Stable War See my post below responding to Sceej. The same goes for everyone - if you want a war you'll get a war! Anyone reading this - whether or not you want a stable war - should feel free to comment on it with questions, suggestions, or simply comments (although "What a nutty concept" isn't real welcome.) Each Stable War can have its own set of rules, stipulations, risks/rewards, so it's not like they all spring full blown from a cookie cutter template. "We're a full service stable, tailoring each war portfolio to our customer's individual needs."

We'd also be very much interested in a stable war! It's been a while since we had one and we have some new members that would love to participate.
