TESS VALMORE
NELL TIGER FREE/ DOUGLAS. Nell Tiger Free has had two fights and is 1-1. Carys Douglas is making her debut. My question is why? I always go with experience. Tiger Free will win
COHEN/G.HADID Cohan made her debut earlier this year and has had four fights winning three. Her wins were over fighters with the same amounts of experience as Eden which is fine since she is new. Her one loss was to Valentine Fradegrada. GiGi Hadid has plenty of experience, most of it bad. She has lost her last twelve, some against top fighters. If she is going to win another bout, this is it. I’m going to take a chance on Cohen to win. Don’t ask me why
SANTORO/NIGRI Santoro has a 25-10 career record and has won her last four. Her last loss was to Nigri in a JMD bout last September. Nigri has a 14-7 career record. Nine of her fights have been at JMD where she has won eight of nine. Boxing World has Santoro ranked at thirty-one and Nigri at forty-one. I agree with that. Santoro will win
LOPILATO/CULPO Lopilato, a sometime bantam, sometime lightweight, has a 35-14 career record and is 4-3 for the year with two of her losses being to Naomi Scott and Bella Thorne. Culpo made her debut earlier this year and has wins over Bertram and Scherzinger in her two fights. Boxing World has Lopilato ranked at thirty-nine in the bantam and Culpo at seventy-four. Lopilato has the advantage of experience, which will serve her well. Lopilato will win
M.FOX/BECKINSALE. This will be Fox’s ninety-ninth fight. As for as the Hall Of Fame is concerned, its in-material. She already has the win ratio to get in the Hall. The fight she needs to win is the next one, because you cannot get in the Hall on a loss. Beckinsale is in a completely different position. She has the fights, but not the win ratio. This will be her 106th fight. A win here will still not get her into the hall. A loss could put a nail in the coffin of her attempt to get into the Hall unless she stoops to fighting complete losers. Fox is a flyweight. Beckinsale is a bantam. Boxing World has Fox ranked at three in the flyweights and Beckinsale at fifty-four in the bantams. The two fought once before back in 2009 with Beckinsale winning by a TKO. Beckinsale has the most at risk in this fight and the most incentive. Fox would probably be favored. She has won her last six. I’m going to go with Beckinsale to take a step towards the Hall . She will win, but don’t bet on this prediction
