Hello everyone!!! I have an exciting new project that I'm launching here under the Celebrity-Verse section of the board. Why am I doing this when I already have tons of ideas for SPA? Well, because I just can't stop myself... Anyway, some of you may or may not know that when Lookout! created the Celebrity-Verse he reached out to me for permission to post my Harry Potter story. Yep, that's right. The Wizarding Wars was my series. While I've unfortunately lost the other stories in it, I figured since I have been the only one with a story in this section why not try to revive it? And so, I present to you my new idea: Sitcom Catfights! Catfights between classic sitcom characters. And to kick us off I have a poll for everyone! This will help me decide the results of the fights for the stories I write. So, just so everyone knows the fights will be done by the characters and not the actresses. Every single character will be presented as the over 18 version of themselves (some sitcom characters grow up on screen, so I want to be absolutely clear that every single character will be the over 18 variation). As always, anyone who wants to lend a hand in this project is more than welcome to send me a message. So now... let's get to the fights: Penny Teller (Big Bang Theory) vs Gloria Delgado-Pritchett (Modern Family)
Max Black (2 Broke Girls) vs Pam Beesly (The Office)
Topanga Lawrence (Boy Meets World) vs Donna Pinciotti (That '70s Show)
Haley Dunphy (Modern Family) vs Annie Edison (Community)
Rachel Green (Friends) vs Elliot Reid (Scrubs)
Carrie Heffernan (King of Queens) vs Debra Barone (Everybody Loves Raymond)
Ann Perkins (Parks & Recreation) vs Britta Perry (Community)
Joy Turner (My Name is Earl) vs Kelly Bundy (Married With Children)

And we've already hit 40 votes (which is the most survey monkey will allow me to see w/o paying for it). So that means the results are in as to who has won which fight! I'll be posting the stories in 1 thread. Then I'll put up anther round of voting. Here's how I think it's going to work... I'll stick with these 16 fighters for the first few rounds of this stuff, then I'll expand into more characters as this progresses. In order to find the "ultimate sitcom catfighter" out of this group of 16 I'm going to follow this system: If a girl wins she gets moved into the "winner's bracket." If she loses she moves into the "consolation bracket." Every bracket will be re-ranked based on what % of the votes they received to win their fight. The girl with the highest % of votes will be the highest ranked seed, the 2nd highest the 2nd seed, and so on and so-forth. The brackets get reset after each round. The girls from the "winner's bracket" will face off against each other while the girls from the "consolation bracket" will face off. Once girl from the winner's bracket loses, she'll be moved to the consolation bracket. The losing girl from the winner's bracket with the highest % of votes will be the #1 seed of the consolation bracket, so on and so forth. The winner's bracket will get smaller and smaller until 1 final "ultimate sitcom catfighter" is crowned. Then I will pit them against whoever has the best record from the consolation bracket to see if the title can be claimed by another. It'll be highest vs lowest seed in each round. So after this round of voting I have the matchups set for the next round.
If you do not want to be spoiled on the results before reading the stories DO NOT CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINKS: Winner's Bracket
Consolation Bracket #1So take the time to think about who would win those, I'll post the polls for those fights shortly after I complete the actual stories.
