TESS VALMORE
MERRIT/GALE. Merritt broke into the FCBA in January in a bout at the Asylum, losing to Del Toro in five. Gale has a good BBU record of 13-5, but is 0-2 in the FCBA. Her losses were this year to Agdal and Corrigan. There is not much difference in age, but Gale is almost two inches taller and has vastly more experience. I think the Gale will win even though she is ranked at 140 in the lightweights by Boxing World.
A.LYNCH/WEAVING. Lynch is flying high with a 33-13 record amassed at the expense of poor competition She hasn’t fought a top ten fighter since September 2019. Since the beginning of last year she has a 11-4 record. Weaving fights everywhere. She is 4-5 in the FCBA. Fighting in the last two years exclusively in the FCBA, she has lost five of her last six but those losses were to top competition. I have to go with Weaving.
CORRIGAN/GONZALEZ. Corrigan has a 9-3 record thus far and appears to be an average lightweight although she has beaten Huntington-Whiteley, Gonzalez also appears to be an average lightweight. She has a 14-18 record and has lost five of her last seven. She lost to Huntington-Whiteley. Despite the record and the difference in the result against Huntington-Whiteley, I think the Gonzalez will win
CANALIS/T.ATKINSON. THIS IS A BLATANT MISMATCH. Canalis is 7-11 in the BBU but 1-7 in the FCBA, She is also a cougar being 42 years old. Atkinson has a 25-15 but is ranked at five in the welters by Boxing World. Where is Canalis? Way down at 257. Canalis not going to enjoy this visit to the beach
MAC/D.ROSE. THIS IS A MISMATCH This is Mac’s debut. I’ve never heard of her, but apparently she is an actress/model. Demi Rose has a 17-7 record in the FCBA. She has beaten the likes of Bella Thorne, Naomi Scott and Demi Lovato. Rose is the wrong fighter to make your debut against. Mac gets off to a bad start By the way can someone tell me what’s so attractive about a big butt?
A.WILLERTON/TAILOR Willerton came into the FCBA this year and won her first two bouts. Tailor has a 16-11 record. She has 2-1 record this year. Her loss was to Palicki and her wins were over Swift and Upton. Does that give you an idea what Willerton is facing. She will suffer her first loss
LIMA/SAGRA. This is the main event as well it should be with two top lightweights in a best of three beside being a beach fight. Lima is ranked at thirteen while Sagra comes in at 21 according to Boxing World. Tractorpull has Lima ranked at seven and leaves Sagra out since we only go to ten. Lima is approaching cougar status and she turns 40 in June. Lima has a career record of 43-32 and is a former lightweight champion. Sagra has a 20-10 record. Lima has a 5-5 record in her last ten while Sagra has gone 4-6 in her last ten. I think that Lima will win
