Overview:
As far as crime is concerned, Sherri McCarthy wouldn't normally be worth our time. The leader of her very own biker gang, she made most of her living off of moving crank around the Southwest US. However, SPA has recently learned that McCarthy has been in contact with both Lori Striker and the Stax Corporation. While the meaning of their relationship is unknown, SPA intends to find out. The only issue is there currently is no Southwest overseer after he passing of Agent Aqua. As such, TYME has stepped in and taken most of the "territory."
Perhaps a newer SPA agent will distinguish themselves and become the director of Southwest operations. If so they will be sure to have multiple run-ins with McCarthy.
McCarthy is a competent fighter. Rookie agents may engage McCarthy solo, though backup is highly recommended. Veteran agents have the green-light to engage and apprehend as they see fit.
Agent Aqua's Notes: In all my time at SPA Sherri McCarthy has never been more than a blip on the radar. However, for the past year she's been gathering more and more territory. Scooping up cooks and flipping dealers on their old bosses. She's gotten cozy with the cartel in the area as well. I suspect they have a power-sharing agreement. More info is needed to confirm, though.
Having engaged with McCarthy on multiple occasions, let it be known that her style is unrefined. She finds herself more comfortable throwing down in a bar or back alley than in a gym. As such, her abilities leave much to be desired on a technical level. However, she does have power. And she's tough as hell to keep down. Keep an eye on her if you think you've got her beat. She's dug deep and put me down on a few occasions.
Agent Blue's Notes: 5 years since Agent Aqua's notes and our info on McCarthy is only slightly more illuminating. Before her death, Aqua seemed convinced that McCarthy was on the verge of something big. All we've been able to discover is she drove out the cartel that had control of the area. Real hostile takeover sh*t. Because of that McCarthy and her crew have bodies on them, though Sherri has kept her nose clean. It helps that our presence in the area is limited. I will have to reach out to our TYME contact and see what they might be willing to divulge. They like to keep things close to the chest over there, though. I guess I would too if I had shareholders to answer to.  |

This is a frustrating one to write up. Allie McKay has earned her nickname for being able to come to the table with information to avoid prosecution on many occasions. How does she do it? Well she’s somehow incredibly well connected in both the UK and the US. Because of this TYME has taken to using her as an informant. SPA Agents aren’t very privy to her location, however. One of the many annoyances of a competing agency. However, from what info we’ve been able to gather she seems to be a fairly confident fighter and one hell of a charmer. If ever engaged in a fight she may try to talk her way out of it first. Don’t fall for her silver tongue or you could be facing her stone hands. Agents of all levels have the clearance to engage. Though it’s suggested less experienced agents call for back-up. With Allie it’s pretty straight forward… hit her! She can’t take tons of abuse, but she is very quick and fluid. She uses her strikes to great effect. Get her on the ground, throw her against the wall, do whatever you can… just hit her. Don’t let her draw you out for too long or she will eventually beat you. Agent Red’s Note: Allie used to have my number back in my early SPA days. Now she’s not as much of a threat, but can still be dangerous if not handled properly. She’s far from the strongest opponents, but quick hands and flexible hips can make it hard to stand and strike with her. So, get in close. Beat her up inside. And you’ll have an arrest on your hands in no time. Unfortunately, don’t expect the charges to stick for long. Allie has friends in high places.  |

Head of the STAX Corporation, Lilly is one of the most powerful people on the planet. Her savvy business prowess has allowed her to run the largest corporation in the world at only age 30. Nobody knows how she's done it, but Lilly has taken STAX's already massive brand and extended it even further. They have their hands in everything: movies, retail, theme parks, restaurants, and of course black market dealings. Lilly has been able to keep her hands clean, thanks in large to careful corporate planning as well as a fleet of lawyers. It also helps that her confident, Tilda Hastings, is a dynamite head of PR. With Lilly and Tilda running the show, STAX seems to keep expanding. Which is bad news for SPA. Nothing is known of Lilly's combat abilities since she is always fairly significant removed from the action. If we had to take a guess though, she has a very athletic frame and knows Tilda Hastings. We're betting she knows how to fight. We just don't know to what ends... yet. Agent Blue's Notes: Lilly is one of the best hand-to-hand combatants I've ever faced. Her conditioning is absolutely killer. Tiring her out is nearly impossible. She's brutally effecient with how she fights, trimming the fat so to speak to not let her opponent get back into the fight. Excelling at both striking and grappling, she's a true all-around threat. She also carries enough strength to go toe-to-toe with anyone at SPA and end up on top. She's dangerous. Maybe the most dangerous threat in the world today.  |

The "Italian Princess" of New York, don't let that smile fool you. Angela Rossi is an old school gangster with ties to the mob so strong not even a boy scout could untangle them. She was able to place herself on top of the pedestal of all organized crime in the Northeast due to her mind for strategy and ruthlessness. However, when she tried to expand she caught the eye of SPA. That led to confrontations with several agents, including The Boss herself. Rossi proved more than a match for several agents, however. She's one of the toughest women on the planet. She's been under federal lockdown for extortion, however it seems like she could be getting off soon due to good behavior. That or she bribed her way out. Either way, Angela back on the street will only meet trouble for SPA. Keep an eye on her and make sure you're there to catch her. Because there's no going straight for ladies like her. Veteran agents may engage on their own but inexperienced ones are encouraged to call for backup. She's a brawler from the streets of Queens, she can tussle with just about anyone. However, lack of proper training could leave her susceptible for more refined tactics. Don't feed into her game of throwing punches and rolling around on the floor. She thrives on brutal, rage-fueled contests. Agent Green's Note: Angela is a certified badass. She's got a mean streak and can throw hands with the best of us. She's also got a granite chin. Every person on this list is considered to have a penchant for violence, but Angela is different. She actively seeks it out. And the wilder the fight gets the better she is. So you have to control the pace against her. Don't let it get too out of hand, because then she'll plain outfight you. She's got knockout power and one strong set of legs to squeeze you out. Don't let her get too close or you could be pulled in for a bearhug, which she excels at. Try to get her off her feet and attack her with exotic kicks. She won't know how to react to things like that.  |

Kelsey Loeb is a low level soldier for Victoria Platt. A gifted money maker, that's where most of Kelsey's talents end. She doesn't have the fighting ability that many of other Platt's underlings have and therefore has been passed over for promotion after promotion. She also has gotten sloppy in covering her tracks, which has meant ample evidence for SPA to scoop up. With enough evidence to threaten her life on the streets, we think she'll be willing to flip on Platt when the opportunity comes. She just has to be approached. Agents of all levels have the clearance to engage. Kelsey's style is unrefined and she lacks the power to be a major threat to most agents. Younger, less experienced ones may find themselves struggling. Still, there's no reason to be delicate with her. Hit her early and often, she'll eventually falter. At least, that's what Agents Red and Orange found to be the case. Agent Red’s Note: Kelsey isn't much of a concern for any veteran SPA agent. She doesn't hit hard enough to put you down, she doesn't have the hand speed to rack up strikes, and she doesn't have the technique to out-style anyone. Essentially the rule is this: Stay out of her bearhug and you'll be fine. If she does catch you with it, just hope that your resolve and training means more than her stamina. Because really she does have a pretty good bear-hug all things considered.  |

A mysterious entry onto this list, Claudia is an entity onto herself. After inheriting her uncle's vast wealth after his mysterious death, Claudia used her newly acquired riches to get her fingers in nearly every black market avenue she could. Drugs, weapons, hell even maple syrup. You name it she's been a part of it. The problem is she's been very smart to cover up her tracks. With several offshore bank accounts, nobody can draw a link back to Claudia. At least, not yet. Agent Gold has been dispatched with freelancer Agent Breeze to try to crack the code on Claudia. If SPA can seize her assets, she may have to turn on her business associates in exchange for protection. Which would good news for the world. Claudia is young, talented, and extremely confident. She literally lives in a castle in Switzerland. Real supervillain headquarters stuff. But don't let her ego fool you, Claudia is dangerous. In addition to practicing with several weapons experts in her time, Claudia has taken to hand-to-hand training like a fish to water. Apparently she can't get enough of it. She is suggested not to be engaged with solo by inexperienced agents and even veteran ones should use caution. She's been trained up and can call on a bevy of different styles if engaged.  |

A former employee of Charlotte Brooks, Misty mysteriously vanished for years to the point where SPA had no clue where she went. However, after popping up in Europe we soon found out she was on the payroll for Claudia Von Hargreaves. An interesting change of scenery for Misty, she has been working as muscle under Samantha Gray in Switzerland for the last few months. Apparently she didn't think her abilities were being valued highly enough by Charlotte. That or Charlotte no longer had any use for her. Misty is experienced despite her youngish age. She's a brawler through-and-through and has a reputation for enjoying the humiliation of her victims. We're talking a woman who knows her way around a breast smother. Aall agents are allowed to engage solo. She's an aggressive brawler, so it is suggested to use her overly enthusiastic nature against her. Miss her early strikes, counter quickly, and get out of range. Do that and she should be putty in your hands. Agent Pink's Notes: I'll be honest, I'm a little annoyed to have to write this but... Agent Blue said it's good for me to do it. So here it goes. Due to Blue's rivalry with Charlotte, I've crossed paths with Misty a few times. I've never beaten her. In the three times we've engaged she's left me smothered under her chest all three times. However, I've seen Agent Blue defeat her and it seems that the key is this: avoid her early onslaught. Not even Agent Blue was able to stay on her feet for long when engaging up close. If she can knock Agent Blue down, she can knock any of us down. Blue was able to recover, but my guess is most agents wouldn't be able to. She's got some serious rage behind her. So avoid her strikes early, let her tire herself out, and go for the jugular afterwards. Maybe one day I'll be able to employ this technique against her myself.  |

However, she's competent and works well in tandem with Misty. Beware of engaging both threats at the same time. The result could potentially be deadly.  |

An "Ex-Friend" of Agent Blue, Daisy has joined the Brooks Crime Family and seems to be directly under Charlotte Brooks, training as her possible successor. It's unclear how the other Brooks employees are handling such a startling rise to the top, but she delivered one thing that the others couldn't: Agent Blue. She defeated Blue several times in an underground fighting ring (though Blue likely was throwing the fights) and started a... kinship, with Blue. That all changed when Daisy betrayed her and brought her to Charlotte's doorstep. Without Agent Pink's intervening Blue would likely be at the mercy of her bitter rival.
Long-legged and strong, Daisy could definitely cause some trouble for less experienced agents. Veterans have the go-head to engage, though it's highly doubtful anyone will stand in the way of Agent Blue if she wants a piece of her.Agent Blue's Notes: Request for immediate notice if Daisy is located.  |

A concerning new entry, Jessie Clive is also known as “The Protégé” due to her studying directly under Tilda Hastings. Clive is seen as the next in a long line of dangerous STAX enforcers, a notion she supported after effortlessly defeating Agent Pink & Gold at the same time, as well as capturing Agent Breeze. Jessie’s fight style is All-Around, meaning she can strike and grapple with the same amount of efficacy. This makes her versatile as well as dangerous. She is also known to use bodily torture in order to break her opponents, something she seems to get pleasure out of. All agents are to take extreme caution when engaging and inexperienced agents are strongly recommended to call for back-up.  |
