TESS VALMORE
COHEN/FRADEGRADA. This is Cohen’s second fight. I don’t know anything about her other than she won her first fight beating Shlomit Riger who I also know nothing about. This will be Fradegrada’s third fight. She lost her first fight to Alexis Ren and then beat Rasmussen in her second fight which Tractorpull sponsored. We expected to find her another fight, but she got signed by a stable which is good for her. I will go with Fradegarda as I want her to win. No other logic involved
A.LYNCH/LUCAS. Lynch has won ten of her last eleven and has a 32-13 record. Despite that record she is ranked at only 32 by Boxing World. Maybe that’s because she has avoided anyone who smells like a top twenty fighter. Lucas has had four BBU fights which she won and two FCBA fights which she lost. I don’t count BBU fights since I don’t know anything about the members. Lynch will win. Does that surprise you?
LOPILATO/ARJONA Lopilato has won eleven of her last twelve and that is good enough to ranked at twenty-one in the bantams by Boxing World She has also avoided top competition with the exception of Ambrosio who she beat. Her loss during that time was to Selena Gomez. Arjona has had one fight in the BBU which she won last year. Now I ask you, who do you think is going to win this fight? If you say Lopilato you will be right
E.WATSON/F.JONES. This is like a broken record. Watson has won nine of her last eleven and is ranked at seven in the flyweights by Boxing World. Jones has had eight fights of which she has lost five. She is ranked at fifty-three by Boxing World I’m going to take a wild guess and predict Watson will win. (A little sarcasm)
REN/C.ROSE. Ren has a 46-11 record and is 17-3 since the beginning of last year. She is ranked at three by Tractorpull and ten by Boxing World. Rose, although she is from California, fights in the BBU. Kind of makes sense since California is like a foreign country. She seems to fight one fight a year and this will be it. She has had three fights and won them all. Despite her 100% win ratio I will go with Ren.
H.FERGUSON/KNOWLES. Ferguson has a 51-13. Ferguson has won ten of her last thirteen. I don’t know why she is still around when you compare her record to that of her stablemates. (More sarcasm) Beyonce is getting a little old. She will be forty this year. She has had one fight a year for the last four years losing three. Boxing World has Ferguson ranked at three in the welters and Knowles is down at 76. Seems like a fair fight, right? For some reason, I think Ferguson will win. Does that shock you?
Now being a southern girl myself, I might say these visitors to Baton Rouge, might not be overwhelmed unless they are LSU tiger fans, but once they chomp down on that Cajun/Creole cuisine, they will feel sorry to leave
