Match #2: Nina Agdal (VIX, 0-3) vs. Jessica Gomes (Equipo Secundario, 0-3) - Lightweight
Nina’s turn to shine, unless Gomes steals the spotlight of course. Both ladies are in their corners undressing and getting ready for our second bout of VIX: Taste Of Her Tummy. Genevieve Morton in Gomes’ corner, tying on red gloves and giving some final advice. Gomes only half-nodding as she sheds her black robe to reveal a stunning black and white bikini. Nina on other side, removing her shawl to show off hot pink ensemble complete with toned mid-section, donning white and red mittens. The referee signals the start of the round as the bell rings.
Round 1: Nina determined to end her losing curse, comes out of her corner fast and swinging! Gomes blocks most shots to her head but eats lefts and rights that pepper her curvaceous body. She refuses to back down though and jabs Nina’s face with her excellent reach, then tags her on her jugs each time she gets too close for comfort. Nina learning to defend better but eager to punish her fellow model. Dodging a particularly dangerous straight right, Nina slips to the left and powers an uppercut into Jessica’s navel, almost folding the brunette in half. OUGGH. Jessica has no choice but to retreat as Nina tries to capitalise, shouting ‘COME ON!’, but the bell ends before she can inflict more damage. It is a close round that goes to Nina 10-9.
Round 2: Jessica Gomes decides to take Nina’s advice and she ‘comes on’ indeed, eating shots to the body and breasts as a shocked Nina tries to stop her dominant advance, but it’s all worth it as a RIGHT HOOK STUNS NINA and another hook swivels Danish model’s head to the right, sending her to the ropes. Genevieve screams by the apron ‘FINISH HER!’ and Gomes needs to invitation! Gomes pounds on helpless tummy left-right-left-right, HUP HUP HUP UGHHH as Nina tries to survive. In desperation, the model clinches, wrapping her arms around Gomes’ body. They wrestle briefly, turning and pushing each other against the ropes and trading short punches to the ribs and heads. “REF WHATTHEFAREYADOING??” Genevieve pounds on the canvas at the side. The ref looks perplexed, but before she can break the ladies apart, the bell rings. Gomes can’t resist gutting Nina in her navel one last time, making her gurgle. “Payback, b*tch.” she coos, as she returns to her corner. Poor Nina hangs onto the ropes and slowly limps back to her own. Definitely a good round for Jessica Gomes!
Round 3: Jessica Gomes still on fire, out for blood. As the bell rings, Nina like a deer in the headlights, high-peek-a-boo guard covering majority of her face. Jessica throws big rights and lefts, trying to break guard, but is punished by counter jabs to the face as Nina is content with sidestepping the charging bull and probing for weak spots. Gomes not giving up, tests Nina’s tummy with 1-2 combo but finding no purchase on a hook to the head. Instead, Nina crunches Gomes’ soft cheek with right hand. The round ends with Gomes, due to her sheer tenacity and stubbornness, still a close 10-9.
Round 4: Gomes stirs from her stool as the bell rings - the last round sapped her somewhat. Nina surprises everyone by charging directly at her rival. Nina avoids a wide cross and punches Gomes in the belly with a left-right, before gambling with a wild, corkscrew uppercut to Gomes’ chin! BUT IT MISSES! Gomes angered at head almost being taken off, pounds her own fists into Nina’s tummy. Nina groaning but fighting back, throws hook to jug and another to face, driving Gomes back to the ropes. NINA DIGS IN AND GOES TO WORK ON BODY! Gomes in trouble as punches break her body, tries to clinch, but gets pushed back and pinned to ropes. Nina pistons short punches into offensive abs, garnering gruff moans from Jessica as the round ends with Nina clearly taking it 10-8. Jessica’s look of pain brings a smile to Nina’s lips. She leans in and plants a kiss on Jessica’s forehead, cooing, “Shh. It’ll be over soon.”
Round 5: A clear frown on Jessica’s face - she wants to wipe that stain off her skin by punching that smirk off Nina. Both fighters approach cautiously, more wary and aware of opponents’ capabilities. Gomes tests Nina’s outer defences, jabbing her forearms before slipping in a straight right hand above the navel. Nina grunts and returns with a punch that flattens Jess’ left jug. Methodical, heavy-hitting body-work occurs in center of ring! It’s clear both fighters want to end this losing streak badly. Infighting turns to clinch and they pepper sides with punches and hip-check by thrusting their firm tummies into each other for leverage. The round ends with both fighters clearly drained from the body work. No time for insults now as they limp back to their corners. Judges have given it to Gomes 10-9 for showing a little more dominance.

She peppers Gomes’ body with a jab and straight cross. Gomes doing her best, but she’s a power puncher and needs to score one of those right hooks to put Nina away! Nina’s confidence returning - senses victory - wades in, feints a left overhook and throws another wild corkscrew - BUT GOMES WEAVES OUT OF THE WAY AGAIN - punishes the model for her pride with sharp jab to belly, hook to breasts and stiff uppercut to face. Nina backing away now, hurt. Gomes advances steadily, throws a wild hook BUT NINA SEES IT and BOOM - plants an uppercut on Gomes’ jaw! It may not have been a corkscrew but Gomes is clearly staggered against ropes. Nina rushes in to finish but is stopped by the ref as the bell rings. Gomes sprawled on the ropes, arms draped over either side, belly sucking in air. Clearly a 10-9 round for Nina.

Nina grimaces, back-pedals, but Gomes relentless, assaults high-guard, Nina’s arms turning red and sore from the 6 rounds of beating. Gomes, however, also clearly tiring. Sweat flies off her body as Nina throws a sudden straight right hand that contorts Gomes’ face - then a right-left hook combo to the jugs. Gomes covers up in agony as she retreats against the ropes. AND IT’S ALL NINA - plugging rights and lefts to the belly as Gomes’ struggles to cover up. The Danish model finishes off with a BRUTAL CORKSCREW UPPERCUT that crunches into Gomes’ jaw, sending her mouth-guard flying. Nina plants her feet for another haymaker when the ref finally steps in and calls it off!!

Nina unsympathetic - after her victory parade around the ring, turns her attention to Gomes in the corner. Genevieve stands in the way and shouts “DON’T YOU DARE--” before being tackled out of the way by Luisana and they start brawling in the ring.
Nina reaches down to defeated Gomes, grabs two handfuls of gorgeous brunette hair and purrs into her face. “Who’s the biggest loser now?”
Gomes, still defiant, spits blood: “I’m looking at her--MMPHH”
Nina plunges Gomes’ face into her sweat-stained belly, smothering her features against the curves of her abs. Gomes struggles and flails, her arms clawing at Nina’s back, but her body is spent from the match. “Shh. I know you’re tired from being such a big loser. Go to sleeeeep.”
