Nicole Scherzinger vs Emily Blunt (Lioness Club of America vs Aegis International) (26-22, 20 KO vs 8-5, 7 KO) Results: Lookout!; Story: VassagoBEFORE: Nicole Scherzinger's boxing career appeared to be damaged beyond repair following a seven-fight losing streak however wins over fellow veterans Roselyn Sanchez and Poppy Montgomery eased off some pressure and Erin Andrews is quite convinced the Hawaiian stunner still has future on the Lioness Club roster. Meanwhile Emily Blunt has been lost in action during the last influx of BBU crossover talent despite posting impressive wins over Minka Kelly and Alyson Michalka at the height of her American foray few years ago. She looks to revive her career tonight courtesy of the Lioness Club invitation and some fans inside the Staples Center believe she's actually the favorite going in against Scherzinger who hasn't beaten anyone above gatekeeping status since Laura Vandervoort almost three years ago. Nicole Scherzinger wears a white bikini set and red gloves. Long raven-black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Emily Blunt wears a navy blue bikini set and black gloves. Shoulder-lenght dark brown hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division. Round 1: Emily's a couple of inches taller than her opponent and it shows early on as both women tangle in close range but the Brit can reach her targets just that little quicker and she outworks the singer during a high-octane exchange. Nicole isn't as known for her footwork masterclass as stablemate Odette Yustman so she struggles to embrace the initial English heat however she still owns the agility Blunt isn't used to so despite scoring the better numbers, the actress is left chasing the older brunette down the stretch as Scherzinger seeks a different approach. It turns out that the opening minute was the best the first round had to offer and while Nicole refuses to engage in another proper dust-up, Emily's lenghty layoff must be taken into account as well. Both women throw several single punches thereafter but fail to deliver a noteworthy combination and that's not exactly the worst outcome for either of them. Round 2: LCA's head trainer Claudia Schiffer tries to ignite some inner wrath into Nicole's boxing; the singer was supposed to be the real aggressor in the ring tonight and she finally finds a couple of quick punches to stack Emily up in the middle of the ring. Blunt misses a couple of overhand responses and doesn't have the agility to escape the older brunette's effort to close the striking range which leads into an extended jabbing assault from the American. Emily gets wobbles on her heels and while she clinches her foe to safety, she then gets drilled to the body and loses the grip while Scherzinger delivers another piercing strike upstairs. She nails the British girl on the nose and buries her under more head-hunting pressure to leave Blunt hugging the ropes beahind a tight earmuff at the bell. Round 3: Nicole's been badly exposed during her cold streak but she's too quick for the taller brunette again which means Blunt simply can't land her punches to take over control in a proper close range tussle. Moreover she gets caught out by Nicole's switch to the body and the singer just rips several unanswered blows on the ribcage which glue the actress to the spot and allow her opponent to make further progress. Emily disappears behind a high earmuff but Nicole has none of that and carves more bruises on the midsection until the English lass finally clinches her. Referee is quick to separate the two but Emily hauls in a quick hook on the temple and literally jumps at the Hawaiian singer which halts the American's charge for good. However Nicole maintains the footwork dominance and weathers the brief English storm that has Blunt chasing her around the ring without noteworthy punching success. The crowd becomes a little amused by Emily's ineffective effort however Erin Andrews believes the actress can expose Nicole's questionable jaw strenght at any point of this fight. Round 4: Emily finally gets the early break as she uses the superior reach into her advantage and nails the singer on the mouth before thumping a follow up on the chin. Ugh! Scherzinger wobbles backwards and it's only that Blunt misjudges the approach, she escapes looming disaster. However we're back to the English chase and this time Nicole isn't as successful as before and gets clipped repeatedly which sends her sagging onto the ropes where Blunt can finally deliver proper juice. She pours leather all over the older woman's guard and scythes through it like so many others have done before. Ugh! Nicole scowls behind her slumping guard and finds little response but Emily can't finish her off in a single swoop and gets clinched towards the end of the round with Nicole almost dragging her to the ground in the proccess. Erin Andrews believes the fight will only get going from here on as the singer was on the verge of getting exposed wholesale. Round 5: Nicole's furious in her corner but she's got only herself to blame for that poor showing in the previous round while Emily has smelled blood here and charges at the fellow brunette to immediately resume the pouncing ordeal... however she bounces off the top of Nicole's forehead and gets WHACKED on the liver area as the singer hauls in the big punch to even stun the audience. Emily bends to the side with a whimper and suddenly it's all Nicky!!! The Hawaiian babe rips through the exposed ribcage and pounds the stunned foe back to the ropes where she hits the overdrive button and rains punches everywhere seemingly trying to knock the English tourist off. More precision is required though and Blunt escapes the heat while rocking Scherzinger with a nasty hook followed by a quick jabbing double through the middle. The singer's guard went MIA for a moment and she wobbles back to finally reset the action. Both women look somewhat spend here but Nicole's guilty of not following through on a visibly aching foe. No wonder Claudia Schiffer looks upset in the LCA corner at the bell. Round 6: Emily has recovered from that subdued showing in the sixth but she remains no match for Nicole in the agility department and literally walks into a Hawaiian double combo that splits her mitts and allows the singer to BLAST her across the nose with two more. Oi, Emily! So who has the more leaking defense here after all? Emily's feet were left so far behind she couldn't even make a move while Nicole just laid one in... make that two even. Suddenly the raven-haired babe camps inside the tourist's face and dominates the close range tussle in one-sided fashion. Emily's like dead on her legs and can't escape the heat while throwing woefully wide punches that find nothing but thin air... and Nicky hammers another combo on the mouth that makes Emily gurgle her demise... Oh gawd, DOWN SHE DOES!!! Blunt gets knocked flat on her back and remains there with eyes closed during a speed dial count. No favors for the tourists anymore! Poor girl never makes an attempt to get back onto her feet! KO6 Nicole Scherzinger!!! AFTER: Emily's lack of regular boxing action has caught up with her in the end but she was is questionable physical shape by then regardless of Nicole's mediocre defense that deserved to be punished. Erin Andrews ought to be upset over one woman getting exposed like that since the fight could have gone all the way however she praises the Lioness match-making effort which allowed Nicole to score a very important victory while catching a dangerous floater on a bad day. Emily can only go up from here and she probably will given more gym time and ring action to work on her physical shape. She's not the youngest bird for bantamweight standards anymore but remains a solid gatekeeping scalp. No wonder Nicole gets so animated and vocal when she climbs the ropes to celebrate her success! Eva Mendes might be on the Main Event but this Hawaiian beauty isn't exactly a backbencher anymore. Or is she given the LCA roster talent? Final result: Nicole Scherzinger def. Emily Blunt KO6.

Minka Kelly vs Kat Dennings (Lioness Club of America vs Front Street Gym) (45-20-1, 41 KO vs 25-10-1, 22 KO) Results: Lookout!; Story: VassagoBEFORE: Allthough there's technically nothing to be worried about Minka Kelly's Lioness bantamweight Alpha status the October defeat to young upstart Kira Kosarin has raised some important questions. It's common knowledge that Kosarin went after the former divisional champion all by herself and that suggests Minka is heading towards that uneasy spot on the pecking order where she'd be picked as a high-profile name which can be used as a platform for younger opposition. And even Erin Andrews can't find an answer why this match-up is billed as Main Event allthough some clues are there be spotted. Meanwhile Kat Dennings keeps living the champion's dream - without actually being crowned a champion courtesy of stablemate Chloe Bennet's equally impressive run. Dennings hasn't lost a fight since August 2015 when Kendra Wilkinson of all people knocked her out in seven rounds. She'll try to bag the proverbial elephant outside of the Asylum Arena comfort zone tonight but she's full of confidence she can indeed pull off the upset in Minka's L.A. backyard. The Staples Arena audience is fully behind Minka here while East Coast girl Dennings instantly becomes public enemy number one. This is an atmosphere Kat truly hasn't experienced back home in Philadelphia so let's see if she thrives on it or not. Minka Kelly wears a leopard print bikini top, black hotpants and red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Kat Dennings wears a light blue sports bra, white hotpants and golden gloves. Long dark brown hair in loose waves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division. Round 1: Minka's southpaw stance gives Kat plenty of trouble during the opening round and the older brunette simply works the piercing jab to settle into the fight while thumping Dennings' face a little too easily. Erin Andrews believes this could be due to the hostile atmosphere inside the arena which Kat isn't used to following years of Asylum excitement. Allthough Minka's offensive approach escapes her usual counter-punching style, she meets little resistance in the early going so she only ups the work-rate to keep Dennings weaving around on the back foot. Another quick pounce knocks Kat's head back and leads into a double uppercut combo on the rack but before the younger brunette can properly respond, she gets whacked across the mouth and spins back to the ropes where the bell comes to her rescue. Round 2: Front Street coach Grace Park sounds clearly bemused during the interval but Kat reboots her tactics and jumps into a sudden jabbing frenzy that forces Minka to bring out her very bendy best. However the L.A. native isn't neccessarily in her prime anymore and gets beaten to the punch; Kat really sticks one on the jaw before piercing the solar plexus and blasting the veteran to the body thereafter. Minka dances around on her feet but fails to escape the close range heat as Dennings gets vocal and outworks the southpaw in the center of the ring. Kelly whacks her across the lips but this makes no impression on the East Coast girl as she stuns Minka with another vicious uppercut that slides the former champion onto the ropes. And Minka simply can't move away fast enough so Dennings lands another delicious combo straight up the middle that leaves the Staples Center crowd gasping in anxiety at the bell. Round 3: Dennings' confidence should be at all-time high and it is, she scampers across the ring to bury the older brunette under immediate pressure and Minka just can't use her agility to neutralize this aggressive push. The hostile crowd reaction doesn't matter either and Kat gets vocal as she picks her rival off from point-blank range and forces Kelly to fight on Front Street terms. The slugging tactics isn't best suited for Minka's veteran mentality anymore but she displays more than just shades of former championship glory and matches Dennings toe-for-toe until the Philly brunette wrenches a double combo into her breadbasket and sinks her on wobbly knees. Erin Andrews isn't convinced that Dennings punches harder than stablemate Chloe Bennet but Kelly remains uncomfortable with this Front Street pouncing and has to clinch the fellow brunette in order to limit the damage come the final minute. Round 4: Following a heated discussion with coach Claudia Schiffer during the interval, Minka responds to Kat's aggressive approach with an injection of pace as it becomes clear that outlasting the Philly brunette physically might not a viable option for success anymore. Dennings embraces the slugging drive from the former champion but remains committed to her tactics even though she gets repeatedly picked off by an improved performance from her opponent. Minka works the high jab to set up the left-handed insurance and there are some bruises visible on Dennings' face now which makes coach Park worried in the Front Street corner. However Kat refuses to back off and seek respite in mid-range, she pays a price for it in the closing seconds when Kelly tears a patch over her right eye and quite frankly Dennings looked unsettled against the hard-charging former champion from the get-go in the fourth. Round 5: Perhaps the Front Street entourage never anticipated Kelly switching into such offensive display so early but there's no holding back from Dennings as she tries to work her magic from the front. Both women engage in a wild flyweight-like punchfest which suits Dennings' style better but Minka's speed and precision answer the Lioness demand and Erin Andrews thinks these two would need a lenghty breather during the next round if this crazy pace holds up. The gash over Kat's right eye begins to bleed and Minka leans on the fellow brunette so much she almost head-butts her however the a piercing hook on the liver area drops her back and a follow-up piledriver squashes the ex-champion's lips to finally force a break. Both girls circle around each other for a while but decide to hit the pause button as the fight reaches half-way and it's still anyone's for the taking even though Dennings appears to be ahead on the scorecards. Round 6: Minka maintains the stalking pressure to neutralize Kat's elite potential but questions need to be asked how long can she slug it out like that against a much younger opponent? She's scored a few come-from-behind wins both sides of the Kira Kosarin disaster but Dennings might just be a bridge too far tonight and that appears to be the case when the southpaw magic doesn't make the desired impact anymore and has the Philly brunette riding the counter-punching assault come the latter stages of the round. Kelly's precision stumbles upon an improved high guard and the switch downstairs doesn't work either while Kat scores a couple of nasty hooks to further damage the older woman's lips. Minka wobbles to her heels and struggles to channel her supreme footwork while Dennings cranks it up late and pounds her back to the corner where she carves into her tummy and leaves her moaning in pain at the bell. Ugh! It's like Kat never left the Asylum Arena in first place and the L.A. crowd simply hates it! Round 7: Minka has hit a physical wall now and gets outboxed in close range to the point Kat simply rains punches straight through the middle and rocks the ex-champion's head back & forth while the anguished screams from coach Schiffer fall on deaf ears. The Philly brunette gets vocal as she smacks Kelly's lips into a complete mess and remains committed to the head-hunting drill until she sinks the veteran on jelly knees. Minka tries oh-so desperately to avoid the worst case scenario but Dennings is not to be denied anymore. She WHACKS the aching foe on the solar plexus and when Kelly bends forward with a loud groan, she BLASTS her on the exposed jaw to lift the Lioness stand-out off her feet... AND DOWN GOES MINKA!!!! She crashes down on her right side and mumbles her pain out but this truly appears to be one bridge too far for her. The Staples Center audience loses any hope for a comeback when the count reaches six and the ref waves the bout off soon afterwards since Minka remains deadmeat on the canvas with her eyes closed. KO7 Kat Dennings!!! AFTER: If Kira Kosarin was strike one then Kat Dennings becomes strike two on Minka Kelly's seemingly unblemished LCA bantamweight Alpha resume. Some questions will have to be asked now or perhaps they have even been answered over in the Bradenton front office already? Whatever the case, there's a funereal atmosphere inside the Staples Center following one of California very own's demise. You can actually hear the celebrations from Dennings & Park who hug each other for a long while before Kat shakes her glove at the hostile audience. "This is the TRUE Philly Special, folks! And there's a lot more to come!" Indeed Kat Dennings' rise to the elite has taken another step forward however Erin Andrews points out Chloe Bennet serves as the biggest obstacle to her bantamweight title ambitions. It's like a carbon copy of the Pax Portmanica days when Natalie Portman and Claire Danes prevented HISC stablemate Mila Kunis from a shot at the flyweight straps despite a nine-win hot streak. Let's face it, Chloe IS Kat's biggest problem right now and it's questionable whether the Philadelphia-native enjoys another winning run like that in her career. She remains unbeaten since August 2015 but it's all for nothing courtesy of Front Street's "Next Best Thing". Final result: Kat Dennings def. Minka Kelly KO7.

Odette Yustman vs Kaley Cuoco (Lioness Club of America vs Medallion Boxing) (34-18-1, 27 KO vs 70-45-3, 47 KO) Results: Lookout!; Story: VassagoBEFORE: A few years back this fight could have taken place at bantamweight but Odette Yustman has never established herself in the 120 lbs division despite a relatively slender physical presence for a woman of her height. The lack of eye-catching raw power didn't stop her from becoming one of the most successful lightweights over the years though. On the other hand Kaley Cuoco has grown too big for the bantams performance-wise and managed to hold the lightweight straps on three separate occasions following the move up the weight scale. This being said, both these veterans have never met before so tonight's result is extremely difficult to predict. Odette Yustman wears a navy blue bikini set and silver gloves. Long black hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Kaley Cuoco wears a red bikini set and black gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a curly ponytail, The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division. Round 1: Kaley displays more courage at the start of this California derby fight and begins to stalk the brunette to the body forcing Odette into extended circles as the Lioness girl simply avoids immediate slugging contact. That comes back to haunt her down the stretch as Kaley keeps firing away and finds her targets to the tune of Odette almost tripping over her own feet. While her bendy defense is well known around these circles, Yustman finds little place to hide in the ring so she responds with a late counter-punching flurry and catches the blonde up the middle however there's no stopping Cuoco here and a belting hook to the liver area restores her authority; she pounds a shockingly immobile opponent back to the ropes and cleans out her tummy to sign off the action. Claudia Schiffer better wakes up her fighter here since Yustman was sleepwalking through the opener according to Erin Andrews and several fans gathered inside the Staples Center! Round 2: Odette forfeited that opener and she knows it; she comes flying out of the gate this time but Kaley beats her for the initial punch regardless before blasting her straight up the middle again. Apparently the Medallion blonde could be in for a field day tackling the taller brunette to the body however she bounces off the heavy guard too often to make a difference in the second and gets caught by Yustman's overhand response. A couple of nasty punches crash into the blonde's face before she thinks better off it yet Odette's superior reach does the damage and allows the L.A. native to thump her foe with additional juice. Cuoco wobbles to her heels but avoids disaster and clinches the charging brunette into safety as both women struggle for grip along the ropes in the closing seconds of the round. Round 3: While Odette is a counter-puncher by trade, she owns a significant size advantage over one of the smallest lightweights around. Under Claudia Schiffer's guidance she uses that leverage to thump repeated jabs through the middle to keep Cuoco at bay and even Erin Andrews the blonde stunner ain't doing nothing in mid-distance tonight! She simply doesn't have the reach to outbox Yustman in her comfort zone. The opening minute results in a spirited back & forth display from both girls but Odette's reach eventually makes the difference and she blocks off the blonde's efforts to close right in and fight from the inside of the park. A couple of nasty hooks bounce off Kaley's face and then another one tears her lip too which forces immediate shutdown and a defensive respite from the Medallion fighter. Odette gives up on the pursuit, sticking to her careful and often so effective game plan which might not win her KO of the Night honors but that's not her main goal tonight. Round 4: Kaley just can't make the break in mid-distance and gets pummelled through the middle again with Odette riding the precision wave until she has the blonde scowling in frustration. Ugh! This is getting tough on the Hall of Famer who gets notoriously exposed by the brunette's hit & weave tactics that's so successful tonight thanks to that superior reach. When you add Odette's mobility calling card to the mix, you can understand why Cuoco cuts thin air more often than her opponent's flesh and Yustman seems to genuinely enjoy that script right now even though she holds back the full power supply. She makes the blonde look sluggish through sheer workload alone and Kaley needs a back-up plan fast if she's to stop the bloodletting on the scorecards. That's three in a row for Yustman... Round 5: Kaley jumps into a seemingly all-or-nothing charge and manages to stick some juice into Odette's face however that's nowhere near good enough to throw the brunette off her comfort zone. Odette quickly adjusts to the pace of the onslaught and responds likewise which brings the battle wounds to the foreground. And it's not good news for Cuoco who suddenly displays a couple of nasty cuts on the nose and above the left eye which ultimately stops her offensive mojo in the tracks. She wobbles forward against Yustman's chest but gets drilled to the body and shoved into the ropes where Odette picks up the steam and bashes straight through the leaky high-guard. Cuoco gets glued to the ropes and finds no escape... she groans out her struggles until the bell becomes her best friend. This is now turning really ugly for the Hall of Famer! Round 6: Maybe the fans begin to realize why Yustman/Cuoco never happened over the years, this is just a bad match-up for the blonde based on the evidence and it doesn't get any better when Yustman cranks up the heat and drops the defensive mindset to pour juice straight into her opponent's face again. It's almost like Kaley is unable to find a suitable plan how to embrace the fellow California native and she gets no help from her Medallion entourage so only soaks up more punishment during another tough ordeal where she caves in under the onslaught and spends majority of the action glued to the ropes again! Odette's never been the power puncher type but she dissects Cuoco's confidence hand over the proverbial first now and leaves the Hall of Famer with that deer-in-the-headlights look at the conclusion of another ultra-effective round. Even Erin Andrews didn't see that coming tonight! Round 7: It looks like Kaley is broken mentally more than physically now and gets stuck in reverse while trying to pull out of another head-hunting rush. Odette roots her to the spot though and hauls more facial juice that opens the wound over the left eye and leaves the blonde scowling for mercy. My oh my, this is getting tough to watch! Yustman just doesn't stop harrassing her rival's face and Kaley drops back to the ropes where she eats more misery... she's been battered into such a mental mess she doesn't even seek a clinching respite while Yustman keeps picking her off... IT'S TOO MUCH FOR KALEY WHO EVENTUALLY TAKES A KNEE and that looked awfully suspicious. It's almost like she's done it on purpose just to halt the beating. She stares at some invisible point on the horizon during the count but doesn't even move a muscle which brings the fight to a premature end! KO7 Odette Yustman in shockingly dominant fashion!!! AFTER: If the fight went the distance we could have witnessed one of the most lopsided scorecards since Odette's very own trip to the Asylum Arena almost six years ago. Kaley Cuoco was outboxed, outmatched and outperformed ever since the opening round and it looks like she simply gave up on the fight rather then seek a KO punch recovery. Erin Andrews claims she could have continued but decided not to and that must be blamed on her mental approach or lack thereof. One simply doesn't witness such endings in FCBA so often but this is a genuine mental submission that could be talked about for years to come. It also elevates Odette Yustman back to the spotlight after a very difficult 2017 season. The arrival of Brooklyn Decker removed the L.A. native from the LCA Lightweight Alpha spot she's held by default since 2012. Even a prime-time victory over Missy Peregrym last April didn't change the fact that Decker is the designated money girl to battle the new wave of talent sponsored by Sports Illustrated & Victoria's Secret. However there is plenty of life left in this 32 year old and she shouldn't be dismissed from elite contention just yet. Final result: Odette Yustman def. Kaley Cuoco KO7.

Mandy Moore vs Cassidy Freeman (Foxfire Boxing vs Lioness Club of America) (28-33, 19 KO vs 22-15-1, 18 KO) Results: Lookout!; Story: VassagoBEFORE: Mandy Moore appears to be heading back to her glory days on the back of three straight wins last season and she's scored a big win over Cassidy Freeman before when she stripped the Illinois native of the unified welterweight title back in December 2014. So, is this a genuine revenge mission for the exciting redhead? The Lioness Club front office won't openly admit it but booking Moore for tonight's PPV suggests that particular script indeed. Freeman usually avoids getting involved in any pre-fight trash-talking and so is the case here again meanwhile Moore claims she can see another divisional title shot on the horizon once she takes care of the redhead tonight. This fight has an old school feeling to it as the wave of new Sports Illustrated/Victoria's Secret talent has taken the 130+ lbs division by storm lately but the Staples Arena audience is eager to see some proper boxing action regardless and these two veterans answer the demand in more ways than one. Mandy Moore wears a red sports bra, black hotpants and red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Cassidy Freeman wears a neon green sports bra, silver hotpants and matching silver gloves. Long red hair wrapped in a loose bun at the back of her head. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division. Round 1: These two girls have seen it all over the years so they prefer to see each other out during the opening minute but Mandy is the one who ignites some pace into her attacks and begins to stalk the redhead with a repeated overhand assault down the stretch. Cassidy has knocked several opponents out with a single-punch drill yet that loss to Moore from years back could play on her mind here tonight as she refuses to engage in a proper counter-punching effort and gets knocked around the ring with the brunette looking more and more comfortable out there. Freeman isn't exactly a speed demon across the ring either and she has trouble avoiding Moore's head-hunting tactics however a lack of a truly big punch only gives the Foxfire veteran the artistic impression advantage without inflicting serious damage on the surprisingly anemic redhead. Round 2: More of the same in the second as Moore stalks Freeman around the ring and Erin Andrews in the booth begins to wonder whether that's the original Lioness plan all along. Teasing the former three-time welterweight champion into a mistake is a bold idea but if there's anyone who can shut down the lights with a quick one-two response, it's Freeman alright. Mandy bunny hops around the older woman and simply keeps firing away from both flanks while the redhead responds infrequently and struggles to place a single combo on target which only underlines the brunette's superior impression. A couple of quick hooks split the Illinois guard and snap Freeman's head back but even for all her past glory and determination, Moore is unable to trap the fellow actress on the ropes with Cassidy stepping away at the last moment whenever her rival tries to sink her with a body shot. The lack of success downstairs prevents Moore from really enforcing her dominance in the ring thus far. Round 3: Lioness head coach Claudia Schiffer has a lenghty conversation with the redhead during the interval and Cassidy finally opens up in more aggressive fashion literally sending out an invitation for the slugging brawl that promptly ensues here in the third. The redhead beats the brunette for the opening punch but then Mandy ROCKS the older girl with a nasty hook on the temple only for the redhead to sink a piercing hook on the solar plexus that leaves both hellcats gasping for air. They almost clash heads as they lean onto each other so much but Freeman finds a breakthrough in tackling her opponent to the body which wobbles Moore onto her heels for the first time tonight. A well-placed uppercut double crashes into her chin a few seconds later and the Foxfire veteran can only clinch the redhead but still gets driven onto the ropes where she catches a helping hand from the referee who somehow allows the stalemate drag all the way until the bell. Well, we have two East Coast girls battling it out in L.A. after all so no one should feel hard done by a controversial decision or two... Round 4: Mandy tries to stick it up the redhead's gut but has repeated problems with landing her shots and bounces off the forearms while leaving too much room for Cassidy to counter over the top. The brunette gets whacked across the lips a couple of times and loses her balance however she refuses to back off and drills the older girl's chest with a heavy punch. Ugh! Freeman gasps in pain and wobbles forward almost head-butting her foe in the proccess and Moore can't quite stretch her elbows to punish the briefly vulnerable redhead. Both women end up tangled on the ropes where Freeman recovers to pierce the brunette's ribcage but only finds the desired punch when she NAILS her on the chin with a vicious uppercut followed by a quick hook on the right temple. Mandy leans over the ropes and throws a desperate series through the middle but she finds no way through the high guard and sinks on her knees when the Illinois native delivers a one-two combo on the lips right at the bell. Round 5: Cassidy has truly recovered from the difficult opening couple of rounds while Mandy looks clearly annoyed as she charges at the older woman with another head-hunting drill. She bounces off the redhead's high guard though and eats a crunching strike to the jaw followed by a nasty hook right across the nasal ridge that results in a bloody patch and a significant wobble to her heels. She tries to let one go amid a whimpering gasp but misses the target and Freeman PLOUGHS right through her mouth so hard it sends the gumshield flying off.... AND MOORE GOES DOWN ON THE SPOT!!! She got whacked with a proper welterweight power and there's no cure for such a rough treatment! KO5 Cassidy Freeman!!! AFTER: "She's still got it!", Erin Andrews is quick to praise Cassidy's devastating punch which ragdolled a very demanding opponent in a blink of an eye! That's the old school tale of the 130+ lbs reality and a worthy reminder why the celebrated veterans shouldn't retire from the limelight just yet. While Hannah Ferguson, Tahnee Atkinson and their Sports Illustrated peers got the "wow" factor all covered up lately, there's still room for old champions in their mid- to late 30s to make some noise. Even the LCA's courting of Romee Strijd doesn't change the fact Cassidy Freeman remains their most valuable welterweight asset. And tonight's result only confirms that! Final result: Cassidy Freeman def. Mandy Moore KO5.

Nina Dobrev vs Eva Mendes (Lookout! Boxing vs Lioness Club of America) (32-23-1, 24 KO vs 30-21-1, 25 KO) Results: Lookout!; Story: VassagoBEFORE: Rumours begin to officially swirl around Staples Center as soon as Jessica Lowndes and Selena Gomez - both inactive tonight - perform the ring girls' duty to introduce Eva Mendes to the audience. Prior to this Lioness Club PPV meeting the big question surrounding this Main Event match-up was why exactly Nina Dobrev has skipped the Lookout! Boxing 10th Year Anniversary showdown that takes place tomorrow? Nina isn't Vanessa Hudgens who so often gets vocal in the media to let everyone know what she thinks but Dobrev's absence from her own stable's marquee event suggests all is not well between the Bulgarian Princess and fellow bantams Demi Lovato and Emily VanCamp in particular. Of course Nina was effectively traded to Medallion Boxing to make room for Lovato back in September 2016 but has since returned to the Paris Hilton-led stable and Erin Andrews reckons tensions have risen too high to be tolerated by a team so sharply focused on success. Has Nina became the odd girl out all of the sudden - again? Nina Dobrev wears a violet bikini set with black trim and silver gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Eva Mendes wears a leopard print bikini top, black hotpants and red gloves. Long dark brown hair wrapped in a loose bun at the back of her head. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division. Round 1: Eva struggles to find success against fellow cougars these days - just ask Katheryn Winnick who stopped her last time out - and she's no longer considered a genuine threat across the entire scheduled distance so it's almost natural she tries to secure an early advantage vs an opponent fiften years her junior. She thumps heavy leather over the top trying to catch Dobrev cold but the Lookout brunette has seen plenty of ring action herself and doesn't rush with a response especially that Mendes' spirited attack struggles for outright execution. Most of the cougar's punches bounce off the high guard and even if Nina appears to be stuck on neutral, she does her best Minka Kelly impression by dancing around the aerial attack. On the other hand Eva's footwork is below par and she can't close the distance even with Nina basically avoiding her on purpose during the lukewarm opening round. Round 2: Nina arrives at the boxing party and WHACKS the older brunette straight up the middle, the burst of speed alone leaves Mendes vulnerable and the 'Bulgarian Princess' keeps piling on more pressure with Eva unable to cover up for it. Still, Erin Andrews doesn't believe Nina is running on all cylinders here but it's more than enough to stack the Lioness veteran behind a tight earmuff in the middle of the ring. Dobrev soon switches her targets and pummels the immobile foe to the body; Mendes throws a weak response over the top but just can't live with the fellow brunette ripping her midsection to shreds and balks to the ropes where she gets easily trapped and tackled to the body in relentless fashion again. This is one-way traffic now and Nina leaves the former champion crippled at the bell which is horrible news for the Lioness entourage even with coach Claudia Schiffer keeping her cool in trademark German fashion. Round 3: Eva lashes out in aggressive fashion but it's almost like a desperate cavalry charge already with the previous round serving as a mere preview of Dobrev's skillset. Nobody had any doubts regarding Nina's prospects though even with VanCamp and Lovato stealing her Lookout thunder as of late. It's still too much for Mendes to take but the mid-ring brawl ignites some confidence into the embattled Latina. She matches the younger brunette in a head-hunting exchange and even outworks her following a rare slip from Dobrev. A somewhat fortunate hooks slams into Nina's right temple before Eva adds a belting harpoon on the liver but more importantly she finds a cruel uppercut that finally throws the Bulgarian off her guard. Nina truly thinks better off it and reverts into steady defensive circles while Mendes can't close her down anymore due to a clear difference in fitness performance value. Besides it's ill-advised for an aging veteran to chase a girl in her prime around the ring like that with Father Time ultimately calling the shots. Round 4: Nina channels the supreme physical ability - if VanCamp and Lovato weren't bad enough, the one and only Vanessa Hudgens hi-jacked 'The Fittest' trophy as well - but you don't have to be the fittest girl in the division to dwarf Eva Mendes' plans whatsoever. It's simply too much for the Latin hellcat who gets caught out by another speedy burst from the Lookout girl who cashes with repeated hooks slicing the leaky high guard. Eva begins to gurgle in pain as Nina rips through her defense and bends her to the side. There's just no way Mendes can escape the heat and she slowly drifts back to the ropes where Dobrev's high-octane drill enables her to cut the veteran up and leave her in all sorts of bother. The funny thing is, Erin Andrews still doesn't think Nina's shown the full metal jacket here, it's like a glorified sparring session for the Bulgarian's finest. Quite frankly, Mendes looks like she's ready to quit as she argues with Claudia Schiffer during the interval. Round 5: Nina notices that her opponent has almost checked out mentally but refuses to run her over regardless. She's fought only three times last year due to well-documented roster shenanigans however even the biggest roar from Staples Center doesn't revive Eva into contention. She bounces off Dobrev's guard repeatedly and almost loses her balance when she eats a quick left/right combo up the middle. Nina gives the cougar rack a swift pounding during the second minute and stuffs her with a belting shot to the liver. Poor Eva can only clinch herself into safety but still gets bulldozed to the ropes where Nina drills her breadbasket with the left hand. And it's just hard to watch now... Erin Andrews reckons Claudia Schiffer should throw in the towel but the Lioness Pride lives to see another day. There's not much pride left in Eva's eyes though as she's fallen miles behind the fellow brunette on the scorecards. Round 6: What stops Nina from finishing her aching opponent now? The answer is nothing as she gallops upstairs in another offensive swoop and poor Eva can only stop these punches with her face. Well, she can't stop them fast enough as she sways on her legs and her arms drop so low it's almost criminal to see what Nina is doing here! Demi Lovato who? Eva can't even use her feet to embrace the juice and gets THUMPED TO THE CANVAS as Dobrev threatens to shut her lights out any second now!!! MENDES IS DOWN and tries oh-so hard not to ache her heart out. Nina gives her a quick look and winks back to Jessica Lowndes is the front row before looking around the arena. She thinks she's done enough here but Eva still climbs to her feet! That's one sorry looking Latin cougar there but she's desperate not to end this Main Event flat on her back. However the spark is gone from her eyes and Claudia Schiffer looks relieved when Eva tells the ref: "I'm done tonight. Tonight and forever". TKO6 Nina Dobrev!!! AFTER: Nina nods back to herself in approval but heads over to the woman she's just vanquished to give her a lenghty hug. Soon other members of the Lioness Club of America begin to make their way to the ring, Jessica Lowndes and Selena Gomez who were absent from the card but also Nicole Scherzinger, Minka Kelly (still looking a little ragged by the Dennings experience), Odette Yustman and Cassidy Freeman. The only one missing is Brooklyn Decker who's scheduled for the Kate Upton showdown on tomorrow's Lookout! Anniversary card. They all embrace Eva Mendes and the writing which was on the wall since last year can be finally declared official. EVA MENDES RETIRES FROM ACTIVE FCBA COMPETITION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Obviously the Lioness in-mates were informed of this decision long before, a decision Eva made following the fifth round stoppage at the hands of Katheryn Winnick last December. Stable owner Mr. V invites Erin Andrews to the ring and explains Eva will now join the LCA training staff where she becomes the fly & bantamweight trainer leaving Claudia Schiffer as the light & welterweight coach. Eva Mendes is almost too emotional to bid farewell to active competition so nobody minds seeing few tears running from her eyes but then she embraces Nina Dobrev who was patiently standing in the corner and introduces her to the Staples Center audience: "You know, everyone knows this girl. And everyone knows we're open to The CW talent even if Nina's moved into other things lately. That doesn't matter. I'm calling it a career but this girl will now lead the Lioness into future bantamweight stardom (sorry Minka, no offense). Let me officially introduce you the Lioness Club of America newest and shiniest little toy: Miss Nina Dobrev!!!" The LCA roster change is officially announced and that explains why Nina is absent from the Lookout! Anniversary card. Well, she's no longer a member of Lookout! Boxing anymore. Erin Andrews has that "I knew it" look on her face, she takes a quick glance at Minka Kelly, the designated Alpha bantam of the team but there's nothing but smiles coming from the Irish-American. "Let me tell you this, Erin", Mr. V moves to explain the potential confusion, "The Winnick result wasn't the only one that made us think about the roster change, when Minka lost to Kira Kosarin that rang another bell. You can't fool Father Time and even with Minka still on top of her game, the new talent around the league requires us to pounce on certain opportunities to keep up with the front runners. Minka is fine with moving over", "I am, I really am!", she laughs from the background, "Both she and Nina were teammates at Lookout, everyone remembers that, now they have the Demi & Emily show and Nina deserves the Alpha push from someone. That might as well be us. Minka turns 38 in June, Eva turned 44 earlier this month and Nina turned 29 in January. You do the maths. We're buying eight to ten years of Tier I talent in Nina. It's like drafting Andrew Luck when you still have Peyton Manning on your roster. The very same Manning who set all these TD & passing records AFTER his alleged career-altering neck injury. Some decisions simply have to be made. We've made ours some time ago and announced it tonight. That's called the Lioness Pride. And one last thing, Nicole Scherzinger is safe contrary to some rumours. We need her talents for the beach boxing sessions. This was never a choice between Eva and Nicky. Never". Before things get a little too sentimental for the otherwise ruthless world of female celebrity boxing the entire LCA staff poses for one final picture that will be soon placed on the Bradenton office wall and perhaps on the back page of Tractorpull Magazine. Future suddenly looks a little brighter for all ye Lioness supporters! #HearUsRoar. Final result: Nina Dobrev def. Eva Mendes TKO6.

Well we are sad to see Eva disappear from active duty, I mean even at 44 she still puts a lot of women to shame for looks But Nina is one hell of a signing! Chloe Bennett should be watching her back if Nina gets on a hot streak as she is definitely tier 1 level talent. Also our Kaya tells us to tell Nina "thank God you escaped Lookout and those bytches Demi and Emily" I guess Nina has been telling Kaya secrets on them when they've had coffee together

You predicted wins for Minka and Nicole

First of all, we want to say it's good to see the Lioness Club of America active here - that's always awesome and back in a big way this month with a great event, along some exciting changes to their roster!
Second of all, of course, we only have good things to say about Nina Dobrev and while we haven't been able to lead her to the glory she richly deserves, we have complete faith in the LCA to give her every opportunity to succeed. We wish her all the best, even if that sentiment isn't shared by everybody on our roster. We would ask, of course, that she not share any of our trade secrets to some of our biggest rivals over there and are supremely confident that she won't. No matter what, we will be eagerly following all of her future matches and victories, excited to see what comes next in her career. This is why she wasn't on the 10th Anniversary Event, which we'll be posting shortly, but we couldn't be happier for her future and prouder of what she's accomplished so far.
Last but not least, thanks to Vassago for sharing this fantastic event with us!

Also our Kaya tells us to tell Nina "thank God you escaped Lookout and those bytches Demi and Emily" I guess Nina has been telling Kaya secrets on them when they've had coffee together Kaya should know much better than to talk like this. We seriously doubt that Nina has been telling any secrets of mine to Kaya over coffee and if she has, that's a discussion Neens and I will have in the near future. We don't trade a sister or talent like Nina lightly and of course, I doubt that Dobrev would frame it as an escape. We've treated her like family and you, on the other hand, are part of a treacherous group over there. Several of your girls, you can figure out who, have inquired about "escaping" your organization to the safety and security that WE can offer. Rest assured, Kaya, we would NEVER have room for you over here. I've heard plenty of stories about you and basically, no matter how sweet you may seem, you're just a British bytch. We don't have any room for jealous little Brit bimbos on our roster and while you may be able to bully girls over there, that is NOT going to fly on our roster, so don't even bother asking. Stay out of my way but if you ever want to go out for coffee to discuss things, let me know. I wouldn't miss it. Emily VanCamp Lookout! Boxing

Kaya Scodelario:I guess the truth hurts Emily; I mean this facade you are putting on is cute but we both know you and Demi treated Nina as the third wheel in your stable full of snakes. Trust me also that if any of the girls wanted to leave my stable, they'd be allowed to go without a worry, but no one has shown that they want to leave, so you can f*** off you Canadian c***! see I can be cute with my words too, you can see that in person if you ever do want a coffee with me, I'm sure we can exchange "views" face to face. I have my dress ready for our coffee date

Great card, Vassago! Especially happy to see Mandy and Cassidy back in action. Lots of swimsuit models around these days making all the splash, but it sure as hell isn't like these two chicks just suddenly stopped being amazing fighters...hope to see them in action again, and stir up the top of the division, too.

Yeah, the Decker arrival spoiled a lot of plans for Yustman last year but she's gonna be more active this season for sure. Freeman doesn't fit well with the SI models that have taken over the welters but we're gonna navigate that issue one way or another.

We're a sisterhood around here, which is why I'm going to support Nina with the LCA as long as she doesn't try to get in my way! But, too bad it's not YOUR stable. British people are so snotty and entitled. I know a lot of British bimbos think that they own Canada too, but they freaking don't. If we ever step into the ring, it'll be Canada (me) OWNING Britain (you) and not the other way, you spoiled little skank. If we ever meet up for coffee, then I'm sure we'll have plenty to say to each other. Too bad, you're not going to be able to handle it and you'll probably end up crying. I'm the freaking champ, so just show me some respect or I'll show you the ass-kicking of a lifetime, Kaya! You can't compete with me on any level, Scodelario - so don't even try...!

Kaya Scodelario:Live in fantasy world all you want Emily; Nina told me all your secrets, like how she knocked you out in sparring not long after her return and you told the other girls in the stable that Nina must be on performance enhancing drugs, real classy bytch. We both know that if Nina got you in that ring, she'd strip you of your belt and I'd help her parade you around the ring like the cheap piece of arse you are. Oh and let's keep the nations bit of it and just say what we know, I will be the one to rip you apart when you finally give me a shot at taking your spot, we both know you were lucky the first time she fought, it won't happen twice when that day comes along. Oh and on the coffee, just give me a call and we can set the date, I'll happily tell you to your face what I think of you. I'm getting sick of you as the rest of the bantamweight division is

If Nina and I sparred where she knocked me out, which again never took place, I would give her full credit and Nina is so beautiful that she could never be on performance enhancing drugs. If Nina wants to meet me in the ring, she can do that anytime and if you're around, I'll be happy to show you what a real Canadian winner looks like! I'm fine with that - nations stuff aside, the simple fact is I don't like you at all. I've got some other bimbos to beat down, but when I'm ready to own your overrated bubble butt, I'll give you a call and we can go out for coffee. We've fought before and I knocked you the hell out. I can't wait to do it again!! Looking forward to our Coffee date, you bimbo. But, you should tell me what you think of me before our match, because afterwards, you're going to be too busy crying or unconscious to do anything about it. You're the one sick with jealousy or going to be sick from getting punched...
