The Man In The Hat sits, as usual, at the center of the dais. To his left are Ariel Winter, Kristen Stewart, Britney Spears, Kat Dennings, Neve Campbell, Pink, Grace Park, and Alison Brie. To his right sit Gemma Arterton, Katy Perry, Serinda Swan,Jewel, Mariska Hargitay, Leelee Sobieski, Kesha, and Kat Graham.
Man In The Hat: "OK. As usual, before we get to questions, there are some people I want to thank. Let's start with Bazz, our regular guests here at Asylum. Another great fight tonight, courtesy of that stable, and, that's what you always get when a Bazz girl comes to town. And, of course, I want to thank the indies who competed here tonight. As always, the indies are the backbone of Asylum and we always enjoy giving talented girls without management a chance to get into the spotlight. And, last but certainly not least, the FCBA Commission for sanctioning these fights and making Asylum possible. Now. Questions. Cable Boy. Go!"
HBO Reporter: "The flyweight division has become very interesting around here recently. You had Jennette coming up big on PPV and you had to like what you saw from Stewart and Winter tonight, Stewart especially..."
Man In The Hat (smiling): "Ariel continues to improve. I like where things are going with her. As for Kris, well, she's a top flyweight. Shes proven that before. And, could be she has a little chip on the shoulder right about now. That's not a bad thing. Cable Boy II. Let's hear it!"
Showtime Reporter: "Kat Dennings was coming off the biggest win of her career, and she got a fight tonight..."
Man In The Hat: "She did, indeed. And, this is the thing about the FCBA. You can get a fight any time you step in the ring. Nobody's here to lose. Boone's a girl with some talent and she wanted to make a statement tonight. She may have done that. But, Kat wasn't letting her get the win. That was good stuff from Ms. Dennings. She fought and banged and eventually came out on top. Tess, dear. Go ahead..."
Tess: "Let's talk about your lightweights. People have begun to talk about bantam, traditionally your strongest division, again, but I think it's clear that lightweight remains your strongest, and Katy as good as anyone you have..."
Man In The Hat: "Katy has everything, frankly, and we knew that when we signed her. The physicals have never, ever been in questiuon with Ms. Perry. And, as the rest of it has come along, well. She's become a champion, and, my guess is, she may wear gold again someday. Maybe even at another weight. Smackeroo. Dinner time. Take us there!"
Reporter: "Gemma and Serinda looked pretty good, too..."
Man In The Hat: "Again, I'd say we have an embarrassment of riches at lightweight. Gems and Serinda don't have to take a backseat to anyone, here or anywhere else, as they've proven. We have four girls there in their respective primes. All four had an excellent 2017 and we expect the same in 2018. Now. Dinner time! Tess! Smackey! Limo!"
