Looking through the various stables, I see that yours are the only two stables whose membership have never held a title. I'd like to give one of you a chance to change that. So, between now and the May PPV, put out a challenger to fight Adriana on June 22nd. Looking at your rosters, since Lima's a lightweight, the choices are: Iggy Azalea
The Queens resident big girl, not going to be affected by the change of season, great style contrast with Lima Alessandra Ambrosio
Has indicated a desire to face Adriana more than once Kendall Jenner
Only a guest fighter, but comes prepackaged with backstage drama, given Demi Rose's history with sister Kylie's boyfriend Holly Willoughby
Actually was Tahnee Atkinson's first choice to challenge for the JMDD until Kate Upton tried to steal the spotlight Kelly Gale, Jessica Michibata, Monika Pietrasinska, Sara Sampaio
None of these girls has an FCBA record, but there are few better ways to make a splash than at the Ice hotel. Purely unsolicited advice, Kelly and Sara would probably get more mileage from a title fight, but that's not my decision.

HOW the decision is reached is entirely up to you. If the Girls Friday want to writeup an intermural hair-pull with the winner getting a shot at Iggy in May that's fine. There's enough girls for a tournament, though that's kind of short notice, I realize. I just prefer to give the Ice Hotel shot to somebody other than Kate "been in 13 of the 27 welter and JMDD title fights since 2015" Upton. Good Luck to all of you!

If QOTM don't respond, I will happily nominate Iggy Azalea forward, since we have a co-management. Naturally, they have a decent amount of time to respond, but I figured it'd be smart to suggest this.

Hey, I'm probably going to get stick for this but I'm not interested in the Ice hotel title, so Iggy can have the shot. When one of my girls earns a shot at Adriana for the actual lightweight title I'll be interested as I can see her having a long run. if this decision stops you ever giving me a shot while you have a champion at the top, then so be it. But thank you for thinking of my girls when you made the challenge and good luck to both Iggy and Adriana

No there's nothing to apologize for. If that's what you're aiming for, that's what you should do. I'll make another deal. The BWO top 25 is the generally accepted pool of title contenders. If you can get a girl into the top 25 lights, and Adriana is still champ when the June rankings come out, that girl gets the July title shot.
In the meantime, if Kelly or Sara wanted to run into Eiza Gonzalez on the beach, she has wound up in spontaneous beach bouts before...

I guess I'll be working hard than these next few months, Kendall and Alessandra are the two closest to the top 25 spots at the moment.
Kelly and Sara are staying in the BBU for the time being, both want the BBU lightweight title first before anything else.
But when the crossover PPV comes, if you want to challenge one of them then fair enough, I'm sure they'd like a one off bout here.

OOC: We certainly realize it's a fine balance between promoting new talent and rewarding veteran talent who have achieved success over the years. We think we've done a good job promoting both in the FCBA. We certainly don't want to monopolize any title opportunities but also don't want to see fighters punished for being successful or for managers doing a great job promoting their fighters so that they do get title chances. We, of course, ask managers to keep both in mind and I am certain that every manager in the FCBA does a fantastic job with that. Kate is definitely a rising star in the Welter/JMDD divisions but that star can plummet just as fast if you're not aggressive in terms of match-making, so we are going to continue to push her as hard as we can. Every division, not just welterweight, is littered with fighters who stopped receiving pushes by their management and thus, are largely irrelevant in the title picture or the league at large. We would encourage every manager to be active and engaged, of course, in respects to ensuring their fighters get noticed. Having said all of that, we are definitely happy about potentially Iggy Azalea or any other fresh fighters getting a title shot to the Queen of the Ice Hotel title. We would join Adriana Lima in wishing good luck to all of the potential challengers and can't wait to see who gets chosen to compete for the prestigious title!

This wasn't a criticism, but since it's been two years since my girls last held a title, so as a reminder, I like spreading the wealth around. Shahi's seven title defenses were against 6 different stables. Claire Holt's 4 defenses were against 4 different stables.
Adriana doesn't need the exposure that an Upton bout would bring, but Iggy arguably does. So maybe Kate should be rooting for her fellow blonde!
